I stayed on the second floor, and the entire second floor of the house is a room, so it’s spacious. There were guests staying on the first floor, but I didn’t notice any noise at all. For those traveling by car, a map will be attached to your email, but it might be a bit unclear. It’s recommended to check the accommodation and parking lot in advance using Google Earth Street View to avoid getting lost (as it’s a one-way street and there’s no room for searching while driving).

I heard that Hotels in Kyoto were getting cheaper, and this is the one I found after looking around. It was an amazing deal: a private Room with a bath and toilet, within walking distance of Kyoto Station. The amenities are minimal, but the Hotel is clean, the staff are pleasant, and there’s also a drink bar available for guests. The Room was on the small side, but since I basically just slept there, it wasn’t an issue. It also comes with a kettle and an air purifier. The only inconvenience was that there was only a mirror at the sink area. (Maybe I just didn’t notice another one?) There’s a convenience store nearby, it’s quiet at night, and I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

The only Hotel near Shin-Omuta Station, where the Shinkansen stops. About a 5-minute walk from the station, with a Lawson convenience store along the way. The front desk is immediately to the right upon entering. Next to it, there are amenities and coffee available; take what you need before heading to your Room. The Room has minimal extra space but was sufficient for just sleeping. Although the shower is small, both the Room and bathroom were thoroughly cleaned, making for a comfortable stay. Concerns included loud hallway noise and a semi-transparent glass door separating the toilet from the Room. The staff provided very polite explanations.

The Ryokan staff were very thoughtful, even in the smallest details!

Considering the balance with the price, the cost performance is excellent. However, while the hot spring source is hot, the bath is a bit lukewarm. It might be fine in summer, but I thought it should be a bit hotter in winter.

The building was new and comfortable. However, the location was not ideal.

Great food, and the Onsen has a strong petroleum-like mineral scent—very distinctive and amazing. Degawa has visited too. The proprietress is friendly and easy to talk to. Right on the Akita prefectural border, there’s almost nothing around! But that’s exactly what makes it great.

We stayed as a family of four. The room was clean and well maintained, and it was quiet at night, so we had a comfortable stay. The road in front is narrow, but we were able to park our passenger car (Honda Freed) properly in the designated parking space. Above all, it was very convenient—Fushimi Inari Shrine is within walking distance, and by train it’s only two stops from Inari Station to Kyoto Station. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Kyoto.

A 2-minute walk to Haraoka Pier (Okamoto Pier). From the Room you can also see the pier and Mt. Fuji, with the sea right in front—an unbeatable location. The building is old, but the Room has been nicely renovated; you lay out the futon and use it with fresh new sheets. There is no bathtub, only a shower, but there are also nearby day-use Onsen facilities, a roadside station, and convenience stores. If you don’t need luxury, it offers excellent value for money. Strawberry picking at the roadside station was fun too. It also has air conditioning, a TV, and Wi‑Fi. I’d like to come back and try SUP in the warmer season as well. The closest vending machine to the pier is also at this Accommodation—I enjoyed a warm coffee at dawn.

I stayed with my dog. The road and corner in front are a bit narrow, but the parking lot is spacious, and there is a supermarket nearby. The Room was very clean. Even though I came from far away, I would love to stay here again.

Whenever I visit Osaka, I always stay here. The Accommodation Fee is the same for one or two guests. The toilet and bath are separate, and the refrigerator comes stocked with two complimentary welcome drinks (water). It’s an outstanding value compared with nearby Business Hotels. I hesitate to write a Review because it might become harder to make a Reservation if more people find out, but this is a Hotel you’ll want to return to once you’ve stayed. Check-out is also a relaxed 11:00.

I stayed at the accommodation to visit Cape Nosappu, the easternmost point. The room was located at the far end on the roadside. On the first night, I was alone, but early in the morning, it started raining. Due to the old building structure, I could hear dripping sounds from gaps in the roof—drip... drip... It seemed like accumulated rainwater wasn't draining properly and was falling through some gap near my room's height level. From around 3 a.m., it became noisy and kept me awake. On the second night, there were three people staying in total. One person went out and returned quietly after lights-out time without any issues. However, another person made loud banging noises on my door around 2:30 a.m., saying to lock it properly. So I locked it before sleeping again—but still heard banging sounds as if someone was trying to open it! I had read online that similar accommodations across The Whole Country sometimes have incidents where people feel someone's presence or see a man standing if they don't lock their doors while sleeping—so I made sure to lock mine tightly! Even so, there were loud bangs again!! Turning on my room light caused bright light leakage through gaps near my head area which made sleeping difficult once more; additionally intermittent electronic beeping from nearby phones disturbed peace for nearly half an hour… Eventually fell asleep only waking up by 5:00 AM then quietly got ready by half-past five yet received throat-clearing noises directed towards me? Strange experience overall. The skylight also let too much brightness during mornings making restful sleep challenging further compounded by midnight disturbances like door-banging & random electronic alerts being most bothersome aspects honestly speaking... Having milk alongside one slice bread helped somewhat balance things out though felt grateful overall given affordable pricing offered here!

We were very satisfied, including the staff's excellent service. The meals were abundant, carefully prepared, and delicious. We would love to stay again. Thank you!

The covered balcony was perfect for BBQs. It was convenient to return indoors quickly to grab ingredients or drinks. Even without our own BBQ equipment, we managed easily with charcoal, fire starters, and a lighter. The disposable grill net and not having to clean up the charcoal were also very helpful. As a suggestion, providing mattresses, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, instant coffee, or tea would make the stay even better. Thank you for hosting us!

It was my first time visiting Shimane Prefecture, and thanks to this hotel and its wonderful staff, I had an amazing stay. They kindly accommodated my last-minute breakfast request, and were always happy to chat, share recommendations, and teach me about Hamada. They also informed me about a Kagura performance, which was spectacular and will remain a treasured memory. The room was comfortable, the location was great, and the breakfast was delicious! The warmhearted staff were the highlight of my trip. I hope to return someday.

We stayed as a family of five. The Room was spacious, clean, and had a loft. Overall, we were very satisfied. Here are a few points we noticed that weren’t mentioned in the Hotel details. Check-in is done by yourself on the tablet in the Room; you need to enter personal information for all guests and take a face photo. Check-out was completed with just one button. There was a washing machine outdoors. (We didn’t use it, so I’m not sure if it’s available for use.) There is no TV in the Room. (It’s quiet without one, but families with small children may want to bring a tablet or similar device.) The hair dryer is located near the bed rather than in the bathroom vanity area. (We searched all over before finding it.) The bathtub is quite large, but the front area is deeper than expected, so be careful when getting in. (Even adults may find it surprisingly deep; please watch children closely.) We were concerned that the light shades above the dining/kitchen area were quite dirty. The kitchen exhaust fan won’t run unless you first press the switch next to the small window. The rice cooker has a 5-cup capacity. We heard that the outdoor sauna was easy to operate and very enjoyable. In summer, it would be nice if it could be used until later hours. We would like to stay again if we have another opportunity.

This was my first time using this type of accommodation. Since I didn't receive any information about the check-in process on the day, I contacted them via email. They responded promptly, and I was able to enter the room without any issues. As it was a multiple night stay, there were no towel replacements, so I either washed them in the washing machine or dried and reused them as they were. Since pajamas are necessary, I would consider staying again during a light-packing summer season or when traveling by car. Although I wasn't familiar with how things worked at first, now that I've experienced it, I'll be better prepared next time with all the essentials. Basically, as long as you have pajamas, you'll be comfortable enough here.

We stayed here for a family trip. The kitchen was well equipped, so we were able to cook sayori (halfbeak) we bought at a local fish shop without any trouble. Since the market on the first floor had closed, it would have been helpful if this had been clearly stated in the information provided. The Room was clean and comfortable. Thank you very much!

It was nicely cleaned, and the heating facilities were well equipped, which was great. The location is also convenient for anyone with plans around Lake Sagami, so I recommend it.

We stayed as a family of five, including three children. Four beds at this price! The Room was spacious with a sofa, table, and counter in addition to the beds—absolutely fantastic! Amenities were well-prepared with five heat-resistant glass mugs, toothbrushes, and towels. Managing glassware must be challenging due to fingerprints and such, but they were spotless. Please note that pajamas are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. The URLs in the check-in email didn’t work at all; I had to copy them into Google Drive to access them. It was difficult since they couldn’t be converted via Safari or other browsers. A functional URL would be much appreciated. Regarding check-in: although I presented the QR code after completing pre-registration, additional verification like an ID check and signature for the representative was required. While this is standard for any Hotel, it would be helpful if there were prior notice about needing both pre-registration and on-site verification so guests don’t have to rummage through their belongings amidst heavy luggage. The location is excellent! It’s close to the station with restaurants and a discount supermarket on the main street nearby for easy shopping. I’d love to stay here again when I have business in the area!
