Everyone was satisfied with the Facility, amenities, and services. However, starting use from 3:00 PM felt a bit late. In summer, many guests come to the beach early in the morning, so being able to use it from at least 12:00 PM would make the stay even more enjoyable. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

We stayed as a group of six, including my in-laws, my spouse, and our two children. In conclusion, everyone was extremely satisfied with the stay! The first thing that amazed us was the spaciousness and stunning design of the living room. With its high ceilings and open layout, it never felt cramped even with a large group. The terrace featured a "water garden," where the sound of flowing water created an extraordinary sense of relaxation that made us forget we were in a residential area. With multiple bedrooms available, my in-laws stayed in the Japanese-style room while we used the Western-style room. This arrangement allowed everyone to rest comfortably without any concerns—perfect for a three-generation trip. The kitchen facilities were state-of-the-art, allowing us to cook ingredients purchased at the morning market and enjoy a family party together. Features like underfloor heating ensured comfort for families with small children as well. As a base for exploring Takayama, this "perfect private villa" offered far more relaxation than any hotel could provide. We look forward to visiting again during another season!

I stayed at “Hiire IZU,” which I’d been curious about for a long time. The lava irori hearth at the center of the room was simply outstanding. It’s a gas-fired irori co-developed with a kitchen equipment manufacturer, so you can enjoy not only grilling meat and fish, but also hot pot and even ajillo—truly a special time to savor the experience of gathering around the fire itself. Cooking and enjoying Izu’s bounty over the flame ourselves—such as splendid alfonsino landed at Ito Port, seasonal fish, and Yamakiichi dried fish—was unforgettable. The dishes were elevated even further by beautiful local craftsmanship: tableware by Shichiro Fujii of Azanayama Kiln, Gendo yosegi woodwork, and IZUIRO wooden trays. We also stopped by the nearby general store “Kosanchi,” and were moved throughout our stay by how deeply this Accommodation embodies a spirit of making things with care.

We were able to relax and forget about time. This time we stayed as a couple, but next time we will come with our family. The food was also very delicious. The atmosphere was great, and the greenery of the trees was wonderful. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality.

While traveling home, I spent some quiet time alone away from my family. It’s close to the airport and just over a 10-minute walk from Higo-Ozu Station. You can also pick up groceries at AEON. The property isn’t brand-new, but you can tell the Room is carefully maintained. The bed was neatly made as well. From the open-air bath at Sky Pass, I could watch planes overhead and see their undersides. I would likely stay here again when visiting home. The staff were courteous and attentive.

I stayed here because there was a live event in Minami-Aoyama. When making the reservation, only smoking rooms were available instead of non-smoking ones, so I was initially concerned about the smell. However, it wasn't as bothersome as I had expected. The proximity to Akasaka Station was also very convenient. I would like to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

I stayed here on a solo trip to unwind from daily fatigue. I made a Reservation at this Accommodation because I wanted to enjoy a spacious bath... (I soaked morning and night and fully enjoyed both the large and small public baths—absolutely satisfied!) Above all, the breakfast was unbelievably delicious! (The simmered daikon with pork belly was shockingly good!) The female staff member at the breakfast venue was so kind and comforting...! If you’re considering this Accommodation, you should choose a Plan that includes breakfast! It turned into a truly satisfying solo trip. Thank you very much!

The Room felt a bit small, but there was enough space to open a suitcase, and it was clean, so overall it was good. The noise in the hallway from people coming back late at night was a bit loud, but there was no noise coming through from the neighboring Room, so it was quiet. There were face masks among the amenities, which really helped because I had forgotten to bring some. All of the staff greeted us with smiles and were very polite, and when we left they even saw us off with flint and steel—an unforgettable experience that made for wonderful travel memories. The Room was clean, and the kitchen was easy to use. There was a washing machine and detergent, and the bathroom has a drying function, so the laundry was dry by morning. There were also plenty of hangers, which made it easy to hang clothes. Recommended for a Multiple Night Stay. We had ramen for breakfast at the ramen shop next door.

The Facility is newly renovated, very clean, and highly satisfactory. The water facilities were also spotless. The space was used luxuriously, making it very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. Having a convenience store just 10 seconds away on foot was very convenient.

This is a popular Hotel with no front desk, and housekeeping is kept minimal to save energy. It’s a good choice for solo stays or business trips. There is a desk suitable for working on a laptop and plenty of power outlets, which is very convenient. The biggest highlight is the large public bath.

On short notice, we decided to watch the women’s golf tournament in Karuizawa on the 14th and 15th, and while looking for a Hotel, we found this one in Sakudaira—just 8 minutes away by Shinkansen—so we made a Reservation right away. After the tournament, we took the Shinkansen to Sakudaira! We were lucky to find seats even in the non-reserved car. After exiting the ticket gates, we headed to the Hotel on foot while taking a little walk around—about 7–8 minutes, I think. It seems there was also a free Shuttle Service! When we arrived and went to the front desk, a very pleasant female staff member explained everything carefully, which left a great impression. I later learned that it had only been open for about two months, so everything was spotless and brand-new. The lounge drinks were delicious as well! The Room was more spacious than expected, with a great layout and very comfortable. The unit bath was also easy to use. There is an Onsen Facility on the first floor, and it was incredibly relaxing! It’s very clean, and the water temperature felt just right. They even had ice pops after your bath! We had reserved dinner at a nearby Italian restaurant, but the Hotel restaurant was also open—maybe because it was during the Obon holiday period? The breakfast buffet the next morning had a great balance of Japanese and Western options, and everything tasted wonderful. After check-out, another very pleasant male staff member gave us a Shuttle Service ride to the station. The area around the Hotel is beautifully maintained, and it feels like a new townscape is being developed. We had such a comfortable stay. Thank you very much to all of your staff. We will definitely come again—next time with a round of golf included!

The Facility was clean, the service was excellent, and we had a very comfortable stay. If I had to mention one thing, it would be great if the grilled fish at breakfast could be deboned, as there was not much edible portion.

I stayed one night at “Niko,” tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood. Since there are few Hotels in Koganei City, I always choose “Niko” whenever I visit. There isn’t a bed, but you can sleep soundly on the fluffy futon. Highly recommended.

Recently, hotel prices in Tokyo have become very high, so I searched for a way to stay cheaply and ended up making a reservation here. The room had a slight smell of tobacco, which was a bit tough to get used to at first, but at this price, the only other option is a capsule hotel, so being able to sleep in a private room with a proper large bed, plus a small kitchen, was more than enough. It was also convenient to have access to Nakanobu and Nishi-Oi. Thank you very much!

The Room is clean and spacious, very satisfying. The service was decent; the man in the morning wasn't very friendly but not unpleasant either. The price is relatively affordable for the island, making it a good choice. However, in my case, while the Wi-Fi worked in the lobby, it disconnected when I went to my Room, and even after asking the staff, it couldn't be fixed. Still, it's a good HOTEL.

No unnecessary services—simple, clean, and comfortable. The staff are kind and very pleasant. Excellent value, especially at this price during cherry blossom season.

I stayed for one night. It is a family-run accommodation with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The room was 4.5 tatami mats in size, which was sufficient for a solo traveler. The bathroom was well-equipped with amenities, including an exfoliating towel, which was a thoughtful touch. It’s a relaxing and comfortable place that I highly recommend.
