It was great that public transportation was running on schedule. The Hotel was conveniently located right in front of the station, and we enjoyed local cuisine such as sushi, kappo dining, and Kanazawa oden.

My spouse and I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with a No Meals Included plan. The building itself felt a bit dated in places, but the interior and our Room were well cleaned, so it felt fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. We chose a “discounted” Room that was priced lower than usual. We were told this was because it is on the first floor facing a toll road, but in reality we barely noticed any traffic noise and were able to relax in peace. In that sense, it exceeded our expectations in a good way. Another major highlight was having a Japanese-style tatami room. Being able to stretch out on the tatami, relax, or lie down was very comfortable, and it was impressive how we could unwind like at home even though it’s a Hotel. There was also a convenience store nearby, which made quick shopping easy. The beach is within walking distance as well, so the location is great for enjoying an easy seaside stroll. Overall, it was an excellent value-for-money stay and we were very satisfied.

The breakfast was delicious, and we were very satisfied. We had no complaints about the Facility or anything else. If we have the opportunity, we would like to stay again.

The Room desk was comfortable for setting up a PC and getting work done. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. During my stay, there was an earthquake in Ibaraki around 2:00 a.m. with an intensity of 5, and it shook quite a bit. After a while, an announcement over the public address system said there were no issues and that staff were making rounds, which reassured me. The overnight staff must have had a tough time, but their response was excellent. Check-in and check-out are handled by automated machines. It’s efficient but feels impersonal, so if you’re going to have staff assisting anyway, I think it would be better to offer the option of counter service.

This was my first visit to Hiroshima, and I stayed here for two nights. The Hotel is conveniently located right in front of the tram stop from Hiroshima Station, making check-in quick and easy. The next day, I took a bus to the zoo, and since the hotel is directly connected to the bus center, it was very convenient. Sogo department store is right next door, and there’s a convenience store nearby as well. The Atomic Bomb Dome is also just a short walk away. It’s an excellent location for shopping and sightseeing, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hiroshima.

Perched on a hill in Katsuura, and with our Room on a high floor, we were thrilled by the Katsuura views from the balcony. The terracotta-toned living area also had a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave, so we could relax in the Room at night with takeout side dishes we brought in. The sink area and toilet were both spacious and very convenient to use, and the bed was at a comfortable height so we slept soundly. The Onsen was free-flowing, with just the right temperature. The water felt silky and left our skin smooth; after soaking morning and night, my hip joints even felt more flexible. With breakfast included and a pool on site, it was an excellent value even during the busy summer season—overall a very satisfying trip. Just one thing: the toilet near the pool had a strong odor, which was bothersome.

I chose this Hotel because I wanted my elderly father, who has trouble walking, to enjoy an Onsen, and the Room had a private Onsen. When I mentioned that he struggles with steps, they kindly took photos and sent them to us, so we were able to visit with peace of mind. The Onsen is small but open-air, and it felt wonderful. He was truly happy to be able to soak in an Onsen again after a long time. Every dish was delicious, and there was more than we could finish—we were very satisfied. Above all, every staff member was extremely kind, and we had a very comfortable stay. It’s also convenient because there is Shuttle Service from the station. We would definitely like to visit again.

This is my second stay. Since it’s in the city, I feel safe. I like it because everything is close by.

As this was a “reasonably priced” Room, it was located directly beneath the restaurant. As expected, we didn’t hear chair-scraping or footsteps much, but the sound of people running around carried quite a bit. The chair noise in particular was really loud. However, this trip was just for two adults and we weren’t specifically looking for complete quiet—and since we also used that restaurant for meals, it was within an acceptable range. The Room was spacious and very clean, though it did feel a bit dated. We were told there would be no view, but given the location, it wasn’t like another building blocked everything or we couldn’t see outside at all. If you shifted your gaze slightly, you could enjoy a nature-filled view of Fukui’s wide-open fields, which we were very happy with. The restaurant buffet had a great variety and everything was delicious—I ate too much. It seemed seared bonito (tataki) was the featured item this time; I could only get it once, but it was excellent. The other seafood was also tasty, and there were grilled and fried dishes as well—an indulgent buffet that everyone from kids to seniors can enjoy. Above all else, the Onsen was wonderful. I didn’t realize Awara Onsen is not overly hot. There were also two open-air baths, so guests could take turns enjoying them without crowding—everyone’s good manners made us feel lucky. We stayed here because we had a memorial service in Fukui Prefecture, but there were so many things to enjoy inside the Accommodation—a table tennis area and manga corner—and there was even a morning market held in the lobby. One night wasn’t enough. Next time I’d love to come back for sightseeing at a more relaxed pace. Thank you as well for providing Shuttle Service to Awaraonsen Station.

The Room and bathroom were clean and very nice. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was delicious. I would like to stay here again.

The Room was quiet and comfortable. This Hotel is very convenient, located close to the station.

I really loved the open-air bath on the rooftop. The view was beautiful and it helped me unwind after the trip. The dinner buffet was delicious, and I ended up enjoying quite a few drinks. The next day, I played at the neighboring Cherry Golf Amakusa Course. It was a wonderful trip.

I didn’t used to come to this area much, but these days it gets crowded with backpackers from overseas, so you need to go a bit further in to find a safe and secure Accommodation. The Room has all the basic essentials, and it was quiet at night so I could sleep well. From the morning, it’s easy to get anywhere by subway or JR, and above all it’s very affordable, which really helps. I’ll upload some photos.

Our family of seven stayed here, and our grandchildren had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, fishing, and fireworks. My father uses a wheelchair, and the barrier-free facilities were excellent. He could go to the large public bath in his wheelchair, our Room was right in front of the elevator, and at the restaurant the staff member in charge was very kind. We truly appreciated the thoughtful care in every aspect. The food was also delicious. One disappointing point: we found a single hair left on the pillow on one of the two beds in one of our Rooms. We hope that after cleaning, checks will be done more thoroughly so that not even a single hair is left behind. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you won’t have trouble finding a place to eat. It’s also convenient to have a convenience store right in front of the property. The Room was spacious and comfortable. There were no particular issues, so I would like to stay here again.

The location was great, and the breakfast was especially delicious. There were many vegetable-based dishes and a wide variety of fruit, which made my daughter very happy. The staff were kind, and everyone greeted us with a warm smile, making our stay very pleasant. We would love to visit again.

As I was traveling from outside the prefecture for dinner at Le Clos de Mariage, I was looking for a place to stay because I’m not good with directions. While searching for a Hotel near the station and even closer to Le Clos, I found APA. The soundproofing was excellent, everything was very clean, and all staff were kind and courteous. Accommodation Fees have been rising lately, so I truly appreciated that it was nearly half the price. A few years ago in Tokyo, after attending a Christmas dinner show, it was dark and I lost my way back to my Hotel near the venue. I ended up walking around Tokyo Tower for almost three hours before finally arriving—so exhausted that I collapsed onto the bed still wearing my coat. What should have been a wonderful memory turned into a painful one. Being in an unfamiliar place in the dark is frightening. As an older person who easily gets lost, choosing the right Hotel is very important to me. When I saw the APA sign from the station, I was so relieved that it brought tears to my eyes. Because it’s also close to Le Clos, I could attend with peace of mind and return safely afterward. I was able to take my time and enjoy a relaxing bath as well, making it a truly good memory. Thank you very much. With sincere gratitude—I didn’t get lost this time.

I stayed here for two days for work around Wakayama City. I had visited Wakayama on day trips before, but this was my first overnight stay. With little local knowledge to compare, I chose this Hotel because the price was reasonable and it looked good in the photos. (Location) It seems to be about a 5-minute walk from Nankai Electric Railway’s Wakayamashi Station, so it should be fine even if you’re traveling by train. However, the area is mostly residential with some factories nearby, so there aren’t many restaurants right next door. I recommend planning to eat around the station area. The nearest convenience store is also a bit of a walk, so it’s better to shop beforehand. We came by car with help from someone at our workplace, but perhaps because it was nearly fully booked that day, the adjacent public parking lot was full as well. If you definitely need parking by car, I recommend reserving the Hotel parking in advance. (Room) The Room felt spacious and clean. Even with a suitcase opened on a stand, there was still plenty of space left without getting in the way. The bathroom/toilet seemed relatively new; the bathtub was larger than expected and very comfortable. There was no step up into the bathroom (perhaps because the floor is raised due to stairs near the elevator hall), which made it easy to use. The ceiling didn’t feel low either. A few things about the Room stood out: - The light switches were spread out and hard to understand; labels would be helpful - The air conditioner blew directly onto me—cooling worked well but I worried about comfort/health (may depend on the Room) - It was hard to figure out how to adjust the bath water temperature; it was set all the way toward cold water at first, so hot water took a while and I panicked a bit - The sheets felt slightly damp Overall though, I think it’s a good place. (Service) - Not like big-city hotel staff, but everyone was warm, polite, and pleasant - Around 6:00 a.m., I went downstairs for a drink and staff were at reception; even if there’s an intercom when no one is present, having someone there is reassuring in case of emergencies - When we asked what to do since parking was full, they suggested possible options nearby and that really helped I don’t often stay overnight in Wakayama so I’m not sure if I’ll return myself, but someone who traveled with me comes into Wakayama Prefecture frequently for work—so in that case this could definitely be an option. My spouse and I stayed in a Deluxe Double. The bed was spacious enough for an average Japanese build, and we slept very well. There are vending machines inside the Hotel where you can buy alcohol and simple snacks. As for parking, the space next to the Hotel is narrow and fills up quickly, but there is a slightly larger area about one block away. I was worried after checking Street View whether there really was free parking, so it would be nice if the website provided clearer guidance. However, when we parked on the street that day and asked at the front desk, they kindly explained it to us, so it wasn’t a problem. It’s a very typical Business Hotel, and it was comfortable. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the TV is fixed to the wall and its HDMI port is only accessible from behind, so I couldn’t plug in my laptop or smartphone to display anything (even though there’s an input button on the remote...).
