Located in Shinjuku 2-chome, the accommodation is completely quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. Due to the compact building size, it was hard to locate the free coffee service and only realized it was where some foreign guests were gathered when leaving. I also wanted to use the washing machine but couldn't due to mismatched usage hours. Still, it's clear that efforts have been made to make the most of this older facility. I would like to stay here again. However, hotels in Shinjuku are ultimately priced too high for ordinary people...

Overall, I was satisfied. The cleaning was thorough, and the property had a clean and fresh feel. However, the water pressure in the shower was quite weak, which made me worry about rinsing off shampoo properly. Additionally, the sofa bed was too worn out to sleep on comfortably as it was. On a positive note, convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants are all within walking distance, which is fantastic!

Although the weather was not great, we still enjoyed our stay and even had fun with the little inconveniences. A wonderful Room and meals. Next time, I’d love to watch the stars.

After getting off the expressway and driving through town, we arrived while watching people fishing for ayu in the Oi River flowing alongside the road. At reception, we paid the Accommodation Tax and the dog fee in cash, then moved to our Room. The owner kindly explained how to use everything in detail. It’s a small but beautifully renovated riverside one-story private rental house, and this time we chose the bring-your-own-ingredients BBQ plan. The Accommodation also has a resident Shiba Inu “greeter” and a gorgeous cat who welcomed us—the cat even walked with us to our door. The kitchen was fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, dishes, pots, and cutlery, so all we needed to bring were seasonings and ingredients. For dogs, they provided a crate, toilet tray, pee pads, deodorizing spray, lint roller (sticky cleaner), and water bowl—so as long as you bring food for your dog(s), you’re all set. You can park right in front of the house, which made unloading luggage easy. We changed into swimsuits and headed to the river right in front of the Room with our two dogs. The high that day was 26°C (30°C in Osaka), so it felt a bit chilly for swimming; our dogs started shivering so we went back inside pretty quickly. We’d love to try again next year. In the evening we had a BBQ in the garden. The staff handled both lighting the fire and cleaning up afterward, which was very reassuring. There aren’t any tourist spots or shops nearby around this Accommodation, but it’s quiet with no traffic—just relaxing sounds of the river and evening cicadas. Thank you very much! Looking forward to staying again next month.

It was a new and clean Hotel.\nThe Facilities were good as well.\nHowever, the information sheet I received at the front desk had the Wi‑Fi ID printed on it, but part of it was in small text within bold text, which made it hard to read. When I asked the front desk, they told me, but it was clearly a printing mistake and I think it should be corrected.\nAlso, the phone provided in the Room would not connect to the front desk, so even though I was in my Room I had to call the Hotel from my smartphone. It was a bit disappointing that these small details were lacking.

Excellent value for money. The automatic entrance door was out of order and had to be opened manually, and the Room bathroom was extremely small, but considering the low price, it didn’t bother me at all.

The location is very convenient, as it is right next to the station and bus terminal. The Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Although there is a large public bath, it operates on a time-based schedule with separate hours for men and women, and the washing area has only three stations and feels cramped. The in-room unit bath is also small and not very easy to use. I always stay in a non-smoking Room since I don’t smoke, so it was disappointing that the smoking room that should have been on the first floor was no longer available.

Ideal for business use. Enjoy the large public bath, a rarity these days! Unlike unit baths in Room bathrooms, you can stretch your legs and soak up to your shoulders, relieving fatigue. There is also a sauna, clean and satisfying. Breakfast is self-service but convenient as you pick small dishes one by one. Located in the top-floor panoramic restaurant, you can enjoy meals while gazing at the Pacific Ocean. Although there is an attached pachinko parlor, with separate elevators and Hotel rooms located on higher floors, it does not affect the environment at all. Even on rainy days, the indoor multi-story parking lot has plenty of space; after parking, take the elevator directly to the front desk (7th floor), making it more convenient than flat parking lots. I would love to stay again!

I’ve stayed at many Hotels while touring, and I highly recommend this Hotel. Motorcycles can be parked free of charge under a roof on the property behind the Hotel. I stayed on the 11th floor and had a panoramic view of Sakurajima from the window, and the room rate was very affordable. Both the rooms and common areas have been renovated and are very clean. I got a blister on my heel and asked the front desk for a bandage; they were very kind and helpful. I’m planning to use this Hotel as my base for touring all around Kagoshima again soon.

There was an event nearby, so I stayed here. It’s close to the subway exit, and the Hotel is easy to find. There was an issue with the bath, but even though it was late, they responded right away. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in the area.

Rather than a Hotel, it was an Accommodation. The Facility is simple and unadorned. However, the Room was clean and very comfortable. The menu at the on-site restaurant featured carefully prepared, home-style dishes. We ate there for both breakfast and dinner, and everything was delicious. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The only downside was that the bathroom and toilet were small (but they were clean!). It’s a comfortable Hotel, and I’d like to stay again.

It feels like an old business hotel. There is no elevator, only stairs. Amenities include only a toothbrush, but you can get additional ones at the reception desk. There seems to be a microwave on each floor, with chopsticks available next to it. The room's air conditioner doesn't work well, and it was extremely hot at first. There is no hairdryer in the room, so you need to borrow one from the reception desk. It might be smoother if you request it during check-in as they are limited in number. The outdoor parking space can accommodate only three cars. It's better to secure your spot early by confirming via phone when making your reservation.

After actually staying, I felt there are things that people considering staying should be aware of and understand in advance. That is, this property is located in a golf course, not a hotel. The people working here are not hotel staff. They are individuals working in their respective positions at the golf course. There is no bathtub in the room. It is available in the clubhouse, but cannot be used at night. It needs to be used by the evening. Being a golf course, it is full of nature. There are insects, spider webs outside, and dust is naturally present. Located in the mountains, there are no shops or convenience stores nearby, and it gets completely dark after sunset. The staff all leave after business hours, so there are no people other than guests at night. (There seems to be a contact for emergencies) Due to the limited information and reviews available, it is easy to misunderstand, and those unfamiliar with golf courses may perceive the differences from a hotel as "dissatisfaction" due to preconceived notions. However, Since it is not a hotel with many rooms, you can spend a very quiet, extraordinary, and leisurely time. Surrounded by nature and greenery, you can only hear the birds, the sunset is very beautiful, and if the weather is favorable, a starry sky spreads out at night, and in the early morning, you can see a family of deer walking slowly on the course with no one around, and enjoy a beautiful sunrise. Moreover, you can fully enjoy special practice unique to a golf course, which cannot be done at a driving range in the city. (Of course, within the bounds of manners and morals) The reception was courteous, and they pleasantly accommodated my sudden requests, leaving a good impression. If I may say one thing, it would be nice if "one round per guest is OK." Although I originally went for the purpose of staying, seeing the course in front of me made me want to play a round. The few days I stayed this time were very good, and I felt like I found a "special good place!" and was very satisfied.

We stayed here for a family trip with our grown sons. Perhaps because the building is set back from the road, it was very quiet, and we were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful time. At night, we connected to Netflix and watched a movie with craft beer and snacks—it was a great time. We bought bread from a famous bakery for breakfast and toasted it in the oven here. It tasted freshly baked again, and we enjoyed it with the complimentary coffee. The bathroom is stylish and lovely, but the only downside is that shower water gets into the washroom area, making the floor sticky. As for service, everything is self-service, so I rated it 3. I was a little worried because there were some negative Reviews, but it was a great Facility that I would like to use again.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind!! They were also so sweet to our child, which made us really happy!! We’ll definitely stay again when we visit Puroland.

This review focuses on staying affordably and comfortably near Anan Station. I stayed for over 20 nights. Although it’s a bit of a walk from the station, it was comfortable. I was very satisfied with the price as well. The cost-performance ratio is quite high, in my opinion. The internet speed is fast (down=88mbps, up=79.9mbps). Noise levels may depend on whether contractors are staying at the same time or not. Additionally, the sound of frogs at night can be considered part of the local charm. Before summer, during S Electric's regular maintenance period, many electricians stay here, which might slightly increase noise risks depending on compatibility (though I had no issues).
