Thank you so much for your hospitality! The receptionist's warm and cheerful demeanor made our entire family feel at ease. The area has a youthful vibe with nearby convenience stores, restaurants, and souvenir shops, yet it was quiet at night, making our stay completely stress-free. Being so close to the beach was incredibly convenient—we could easily return even after a late-night visit. There’s also a foot-washing station nearby, which made things super handy after spending time by the sea. It was so comfortable that I’d love to live here! Enoshima is within walking distance as well, making it an excellent choice for long-term stays.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. It was sufficient for a place to sleep. I was disappointed that there was no bathtub and only a shower.

The ocean stretches out right in front of you, and the sunsets were so beautiful they felt truly cleansing. All of the staff were kind, making this a very comfortable Accommodation. Above all, the meals were delicious, and we enjoyed plenty of fresh seafood—an unforgettable, happy time. We’d love to come back again soon to relax.

I saw Google Reviews mentioning that the Facility was old or dirty, so I made a Reservation as a bit of a gamble. The building is indeed old, but it was fairly well maintained and cleaned, and I didn’t find it unpleasant. The public bath isn’t really “large,” but the water was very pleasant. Breakfast had a focused menu with not many items, but everything was well seasoned; there was also curry, and the miso soup was exceptionally good. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay again. The parking spaces are narrow and it feels like car doors might hit each other. The shower pressure is weak and it takes a long time to rinse off soap. The rice is cooked too soft and doesn’t go well with curry. There was some small dust on top of the bed sheet. I think it would be even better if these points were improved.

The staff were very kind and left a great impression. The Room and other facilities were compact and clean. Although it requires a Reservation, we appreciated being able to use the large public bath.

The reservation was made on short notice, but the front desk staff handled it smoothly. I appreciate their attentive service. Other than the room being slightly small and the toilet paper being placed in a recessed position that made it difficult to use, everything else was great. Thank you very much.

We had a spacious and comfortable stay as a couple. The baths were on a rotation system, allowing us to enjoy both types. The hot and lukewarm water options were thoughtful. It was disappointing that the evening bonfire we saw on the elevator poster was only available on Fridays and Saturdays. Unlike large hotels where you often face long buffet lines or wait for shower spaces in the bath area, this mid-sized Hotel felt just right. Being close to Shirahige Falls made for a lovely evening stroll. The shuttle service to Blue Pond seemed seasonal, but it would be great if there was an option for one-way transportation at least. The best time to visit Blue Pond is reportedly around midday when parking lots are extremely crowded; having one-way transport would save guests from walking back for over an hour after their visit.

While the building and Facility are undeniably aging, there is free parking, and considering the price, I think it is more than adequate. It is only natural that paying a higher rate generally comes with better facilities, so reviews should be based on how it was relative to the price, and I would rate it as fully satisfactory. I would stay again if I have the opportunity.

The building is old, and the rooms are not very spacious, but the interior is clean and sufficient for a comfortable stay. Guests can use the large public bath at the neighboring Yurari facility. The pool is also available, so bringing swimwear could be a good idea. For dining, famous restaurants like Toyotsune and Ichiriki are located nearby. For Multiple Night Stays, cleaning service is provided every three days; however, towel replacement is available upon request. As a tip, you can access the neighboring public bath in loungewear provided by the Hotel. Since the Hotel slippers are thin, it might be helpful to bring your own from a 100-yen shop. The loungewear is well-made and warm enough even during winter. Parking is available at a paid parking lot right next to the Hotel for 600 yen per night. Please note that fees apply each time you enter or exit. The location of the Hotel may be slightly difficult to find; using Yakiniku Ichiriki as a landmark could help guide you there easily.

The moment I opened the door, there was a strong fabric softener smell, which was very disappointing, but the Room was spacious and I could relax comfortably. I think it would be even more comfortable with a small table and chairs, so I hope you will consider adding them.

The check-in and other procedures were smooth and convenient. I didn’t use the bath because I went to an Onsen nearby, but the Facility and amenities were well provided, and it was more than sufficient for a solo stay.

Close to the sea and in an excellent location. The Room and unit bath were very clean, making for a comfortable stay. There was also more parking than expected, so it feels reassuring even if you’re traveling by car. There’s a supermarket within walking distance, and a gas station nearby as well, which is convenient. However, if you plan to use local shops or an Onsen, it’s a good idea to have cash on hand. I stayed for two nights and was very satisfied using it as a base for dining out, bathing, and sightseeing. I also felt the value for money was excellent. The breakfast buffet is homemade and thoughtfully prepared with health in mind. There’s a wide variety of items—I was impressed they offer so much. The only downside was that I couldn’t eat much since it was early in the morning. The owner and staff were also very kind and helpful, making the stay pleasant. Overall, I think this is an Accommodation with exceptionally high satisfaction as a Business Hotel.

The Room and Facility are clean. Having laundry facilities was very helpful. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The sashimi was delicious. We chose the standard option, and it was very filling. Everything was explained clearly and politely.

I visited with friends on a trip. The green-themed glamping interior was adorable! We chose a meal-included Plan, and the Shiga beef barbecue for dinner and the bread for breakfast were delicious—the bread was enjoyed while watching the sunrise. The Facility staff were very friendly, making our stay comfortable! There were kiwi fruits growing on the premises, and we heard they might be ready to eat around November, so I’d love to visit again.

I stayed in a tent, but having a bath at the front desk was very helpful for freshening up. I will use it again. The deck site was too large for solo use, but the flat floor and protection from the rain were great.

During Golden Week, from May 3 to May 5, we stayed for three days on a one-night stay with two meals Plan for two adults and one dog. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The Hotel owner was very young, and it was wonderful to see how dedicated they were to their work. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would love to visit again if we have the chance. Thank you for the wonderful meals.

We stayed in a Compact Suite for a 4-night Multiple Night Stay in winter. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the location and the concept of “staying as if you live here,” and it truly lived up to that idea. First, the location is excellent. We were able to visit Lake Mashu every day and enjoy how it changes with the weather and time of day. It was also convenient to shop in Teshikaga before or after sightseeing, and access toward Lake Kussharo was easy as well, so we could adjust our plans flexibly depending on how we felt. The services provided and the level of interaction with the staff also felt just right for us. Even without special offerings, we could freely enjoy drinks in the lounge, and by making good use of the refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and electric kettle ourselves, we had a very comfortable stay. We could unwind from everyday social fatigue while still receiving support that never felt inconvenient—highly recommended for guests who prefer minimal interference or for Multiple Night Stay. We booked the dinner course for one night only, but each dish conveyed sincerity toward the ingredients and careful creativity. Everything was delicious, and we’re glad we tried it. One minor point: because the toilet/bathroom fixtures and appliances are very design-focused—and apparently overseas-made (based on labeling)—they weren’t immediately intuitive to use. Once you get used to them, it’s not an issue. Overall, we were very satisfied to be able to spend our time quietly at our own pace throughout the stay without stress or inconvenience.

It was a very homey accommodation! Some of the amenities felt a bit dated (the desk lamp in the closet was not functional), but the breakfast was delicious, the garden had a wonderful tropical vibe, and I was able to relax! Thank you.

The moment you enter the Room, a pleasant fragrance greets you, and the space is impeccably clean, creating a very comfortable environment from the first impression. The view from the large windows was stunning even on a rainy day, making it easy to forget everyday life. It left us wondering how amazing it would be on a sunny day, giving us something to look forward to for future visits. The shampoo in the bathroom had a lovely scent and was popular with the kids as well. Additionally, there were plenty of power outlets throughout the Room, combining high design aesthetics with convenience. One thing to note is about using the projector and Bluetooth speaker available in the Room. While instructions are provided, they might be challenging for those not familiar with such devices. Also, if you log into YouTube during your stay, it does not automatically log out upon checkout—so this requires attention before leaving.
