I usually stay at Route Inn in Tendo, but it was fully booked this time, so I stayed here as there was availability. The Accommodation is not very old, and the Onsen has plenty of space, so I was satisfied. I will stay here again.

They also stored my luggage before check-in. There was one washing machine in the women’s large public bath, so I felt comfortable doing laundry. The bread at the breakfast buffet was delicious.

I was truly impressed by the hospitality. The staff were very friendly, which made our trip even more enjoyable! I’d love to stay again!!

I found this ryokan while looking for a place where my elderly mother could relax at her own pace. Although it is a long-established inn, the furnishings and ikebana arrangements were tasteful and never felt old-fashioned. The room and bath were spotless down to every corner, so we were able to stay in complete comfort. The ocean view filling the entire window was wonderfully calming. True to its name as a kappo ryokan, every dish was outstanding. I was especially moved by the uni tofu appetizer. The beautiful tableware made the experience feel even more luxurious. By the time dessert came, we were too full, so they kindly prepared it for us in the refrigerator in our room. Every staff member greeted us with warm smiles and attentive service that made us feel at ease. I think this is an ideal place for anyone who wants to spend quiet, unhurried time.

I’ve stayed in many places, but this was the best. The Room was clean and well maintained, and the front desk staff were very polite and attentive. There are no meals provided, but they kindly recommended nearby restaurants. I definitely want to stay here again.

The Room is incredibly clean—just like in the photos! You can enjoy a BBQ while looking at the night sky (BBQ grill available as a paid add-on option), and having a sauna on-site was truly great. Self löyly is also possible, and you can fill the outdoor jacuzzi with water to use it as a cold plunge, so you can fully relax and recharge. The sauna temperature could reach around 90°C. There are two bedrooms, each with two double beds, so even with seven people it still felt very spacious. (However, please note that the sauna and jacuzzi are only large enough for up to three people at the same time.) Fireworks were not allowed on the property, but there was a bucket needed for fireworks by the entrance, which we really appreciated.

As always, the room was clean, and it was convenient to be able to adjust the lighting brightness with a remote control. It also helped that the TV angle can be changed electrically. The bathroom was clean as well, and the amenities were well stocked. It was very convenient to be able to view a camera feed from the room showing how crowded the breakfast venue was. The parking lot is spacious, and there are also places nearby where you can have dinner, making for a calm and comfortable stay. This was my third stay, and it has become my regular Accommodation.

I stayed here for an event at Ebisu Circuit. I’ve used this Accommodation many times, and I’m truly grateful for the consistently excellent service. It’s a convenient location, as you can get around easily with the Hotel as your base!

I stayed for two nights. The ocean view from the panoramic bath on the third floor was amazing. The Onsen was also great.

I visited Shibu Onsen during the quieter period just after the Obon holidays. It was a very clean Onsen Ryokan, with the Room, amenities, and baths all well maintained. The level of service was just right, and I had a comfortable stay. As for the meals, I thought the adult dishes were good, but I wish there had been more creativity in the children’s meals. They consisted of fried foods such as sausages, frozen chicken, and French fries, and my child hardly ate any of it.

I have stayed at many well-known Hotels in Tokyo, and this was without a doubt the No. 1 experience. The view toward Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace was outstanding. While other Hotels have unfortunately lost their former views due to new high-rise construction, I believe this Hotel will continue to offer an unchanged panoramic view of Tokyo for years to come. The Room was very relaxing, and the thoughtful touches such as fruit and items in the refrigerator made for a comfortable night’s stay. I also visited the bar—the authentic pizza was delicious, and the staff were attentive, which made me very satisfied. For breakfast I had the American breakfast; everything was high quality, and with the pleasant service from the staff, it was a truly enjoyable time. If I had to mention one thing, I would have liked a more extensive selection of amenities, but overall it was an experience that ranks among my No. 1 stays.

I had a Multiple Night Stay, and to be honest, it exceeded my expectations. Although I couldn't see Mount Fuji from the Room I stayed in, I enjoyed a blissful time on the beautiful garden terrace where the day seemed to pass by in an instant. The medicinal stone bath was incredibly relaxing; after just one soak, my body felt thoroughly warmed to the core. By the second time, I even started looking forward to the bath preparation process itself. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. During my stay, housekeeping cleaned while I was out for the day during my Multiple Night Stay. Returning to such a spotless Room felt like coming back to a brand-new space—it was truly impressive! The staff were kind and greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, making my stay all the more pleasant. When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I will definitely return to Hana no Yado Yumefuji! Used for a memorial service. There aren’t many shops in front of the station, but there is a shop inside the Hotel, as well as izakaya pubs, Komeda Coffee, and Ootoya. A convenience store and an Onsen Facility are on the opposite side of the station, about a 7–8 minute walk away. The Room has a unit bath, but there is also a large public bath (women’s side is locked). Loungewear and amenities are placed in front of the elevator; there are also a washing machine, ice maker, and microwave, which was convenient. Breakfast portions are small, but there are both Japanese- and Western-style options—more than enough. Recommended if you can allow plenty of time. Every staff member was pleasant and very kind, which made our stay comfortable. The Room isn’t large by any means, but it was clean; you can choose your pillow type; and there were welcome drinks including alcohol—overall excellent value for money and we were very satisfied with this Hotel.

With its high Review ratings, we chose this Accommodation to celebrate a birthday. All the staff welcomed us warmly, and we enjoyed creative dishes at both dinner and breakfast that we had never tried before. Everything was truly delicious and beautifully presented. We were impressed—no wonder the head chef has received the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award. The Room was simple yet very comfortable for relaxing, and the free-flowing natural Onsen water in the open-air bath was outstanding. The water was pleasantly lukewarm, so we could soak for a long time. This is the first Accommodation where we’ve been able to unwind so completely. Unfortunately it rained and we couldn’t see the stars, so next time we’d like to come back on a clear night. We had a wonderful birthday celebration. Thank you very much.

The building is a bit old, but the service, meals, and Onsen were all excellent. The staff’s warm hospitality made our stay truly wonderful. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay, following my visit in July. Perhaps because of that, the owner seemed more relaxed than last time, and I felt we were able to connect a little more. In my previous Review, I wrote things like how it didn’t feel like the cats were the type you could constantly pet, and that one of them seemed unhappy when we took photos. I got the impression the owner may have been a bit concerned about those comments. However, what I really meant was that this Accommodation is worth visiting not for the cats, but for the food—so if it came across as a negative Review, I truly apologize. This time, Candy looked very pleased when I petted her around her neck and chin, and Mew repeatedly showed off catching food in her mouth. I felt we became friendlier than last time. Cats are naturally moody—and just like people, there are times when they’re not in the mood. Since taste is subjective, it might be clearer for first-time guests if you highlight “cute cats” rather than focusing too much on the cuisine. Personally though, I think of this place as: amazing food first, plus the bonus of meeting adorable cats—so honestly, I would come even if there were no cats. This time I added breakfast as well. The homemade dressing was delicious; the miso soup had a rich dashi flavor; and overall—including dinner—you can really feel how much care goes into every dish. Dinner included some items from last time as well as some changes, so even repeat guests can enjoy it. I travel almost every month throughout The whole country and overseas (40 countries), so I can’t visit very often—but whenever I’m heading to the Izu area again, I’d love to return. Please keep running this Accommodation for as long as your energy and motivation allow.

Everything about the service was outstanding! The complimentary items in the refrigerator were amazing too, and we didn’t have a single problem during our stay!

I often enjoy refreshing stays at luxury hotels mainly in central Tokyo with friends, but this time I ventured to Yokohama for the first time. The spacious room offered a wonderful view through the large windows, and I was able to spend a relaxing, luxurious time. When I returned from dinner, the drinks and towels we had used during the day had been replenished, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail and high-quality hospitality. This time, I also enjoyed afternoon tea and a teppanyaki dinner. The afternoon tea was not overly sweet, and it paired beautifully with a wide selection of teas, including original flavors. The teppanyaki dinner highlighted the excellence of the ingredients; every dish was delicious, and I was impressed with each course. From the room to the dining and service, everything exceeded expectations, making it a truly refreshing stay. I would love to visit again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

This was my third stay. Although it is your 6th anniversary, the entire property felt very clean, and the changing room in particular was spotless—shiny and very pleasant. The meals were also excellent. Last time I borrowed a magnifying mirror and a hair iron, and this time they had already been prepared for me. I was truly impressed by such attentive service. Next time, I would love to bring my daughter’s family and stay again.

My first trip to Shizuoka was very comfortable. The Facility was new and pleasant. One disappointing point was that they couldn’t arrange a taxi, and when I was told to handle it ourselves because they couldn’t get through, I felt disappointed that some Hotels are like this.
