The exterior and common areas feel a bit dated, but the room and facilities were well maintained, and we had a comfortable stay. The refrigerator only starts cooling after you switch it on, so it’s best to turn it on as soon as you enter the room. The system of leaving your room key at the front desk and picking it up later was familiar to me, but my daughter was surprised. With both the subway station and bus stop nearby, the location is very convenient for getting around, and there was a vending machine for “City Subway/Bus 1-Day Passes” in front of the elevator on the first floor. Even though it faces a main road, it was quiet (there was a shrine next door), and I’d like to stay here again when visiting Kyoto.

I stayed here because it looked like a wonderful seaside hotel. By chance, I was able to use the Iwate Discount as well, so I got a much cheaper rate—lucky me. The meals were even better than expected and 10/10. I’d definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed at many Accommodations while traveling, but I don’t think I’ve ever experienced service this attentive at this price. The entrance is clean, security measures are in place, and each shower room is thoughtfully set up—with space to put your clothes, a seat for showering, and a choice of shampoos. Everything guests could want has been prepared. There’s also a welcome drink—nothing to complain about.\n\nIt’s also great that the Hotel is just one stop from the airport and right near the station. Whenever I go to Okinawa, I always make a Reservation here. It’s such a comfortable Hotel that I’d happily stay any number of nights.

It was in a wonderful location very close to Sarusawa Pond. From our room we could look out over the pond, and it was great to enjoy different views in the evening, at night, and in the morning. The five-story pagoda was under renovation so we couldn’t see it, but my husband was very happy with how close it was—he could go jogging and visit Kasuga Taisha Shrine and Nara Park early in the morning. Since my husband has a shrimp and crab allergy, they accommodated this as well, and we also requested an additional surprise birthday cake for him. We were truly impressed by the service from all of the staff. We chose a room with a hinoki cypress bath, so we were able to relax both in our room and at the large public bath. After checking out, we fed deer crackers to the deer near the hotel and then left using our rental car parked at their affiliated parking lot. We had a wonderful, fun, and delicious stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed here with my wife during our trip to Shikoku. The room was spacious and very well cleaned, which was great. It also came with free tickets to a nearby hot spring facility, so we were able to relax and recover from the fatigue of walking around places like Mt. Konpira. In addition, the hotel-run restaurant offered reasonably priced and delicious meals (we used a 10% off coupon). The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of options and was very tasty.

Great location, clean rooms, long opening hours for the large public bath, and a wide variety of food—very satisfying!

Although my stay was short, I had a very comfortable time in the clean and spacious Room. The jet bath was fantastic. Next time, I’d like to stay when I have more time and try the breakfast as well. If it’s late at night, there aren’t any nearby shops open (even the station kiosk is closed), so it’s best to buy anything you may need in advance.

I first came across this ryokan during cherry blossom season—the scenery was so beautiful that it caught my eye, and I’ve stayed here several times since. Because it’s a small property, you can relax and unwind at your own pace. When I visited again after a while, there was an impressive lineup of anime books! It has also become all-inclusive, which made the overall experience even more satisfying. The green-colored hot spring is exceptional! You can even see the Banetsu Monogatari steam locomotive passing right in front of the ryokan (not every day, though). One minor issue was that the faucet in the room was a bit hard to turn off completely. The building is clean throughout, and the meals were delicious. I’d love to visit again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. Although the location was a little away from the Onsen town, you kindly provided Shuttle Service. The property was well maintained, and I was able to relax in the Onsen. The amenities were also well stocked. I stayed without meals this time, but I would like to stay with meals included next time.

My mother stayed here with her friends. Although it was not covered by the recovery discount, they were able to stay at a reasonable price and were satisfied with the room, meals, and bath. The portion sizes and seasoning were just right, and everyone was happy.

This was our first trip to Shikoku and Kochi, and the three of us—my husband, our 5-year-old son, and I—stayed here. Although it’s conveniently close to the station, the inn had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. They also offer a free shuttle service, which was especially appreciated since we visited during a hot season. The cute red bridge near the entrance added a charming touch. The room was clean and comfortable. Before our stay, I was a little disappointed that it isn’t a hot spring facility, but the large public bath was spotless and very relaxing. We were also grateful for the space where children can play. Breakfast was truly delicious—I ended up eating too much. All of the staff were kind, and we were able to spend a very comfortable time as a family. The chopsticks we bought at the on-site souvenir shop (stylish yet dishwasher-safe!) are easy to use and have been incredibly handy. My husband and I have already said, “Let’s come again next year.” If I have friends traveling to Kochi, this is definitely an inn I’d recommend.

I stayed during the lovely summer season.\nBecause it was a weekday, they upgraded my Room, and I was able to enjoy a very spacious Japanese-style room.\nThe town itself has a calm, homey feel and hasn’t been overly commercialized for tourism; being surrounded 360 degrees by nature—green and blue—was truly refreshing for both body and mind.\nThe building has been renovated, so it didn’t feel old and everything was kept clean. However, from the entrance to the lobby there were everyday items that felt a bit cluttered, which was a slight downside for anyone looking for an escape from daily life.\nThat said, the gentleman at the front desk was very kind and warm-hearted, the meals (both dinner and breakfast) were delicious, and the staff’s thoughtful hospitality made me feel like “it’s like coming back to Grandpa’s house,” so overall I’m glad I chose this Accommodation.\nThere is an open-air bath, but it felt slightly exposed as if someone might be able to look in from outside, so in the morning I used only the indoor bath.

Overall, I’m very satisfied. It’s close to the station, has EV charging, and the breakfast is delicious. The bed firmness is just right, and the pillows are great. My only complaint is that the bath water was lukewarm and there’s no sauna. That’s a personal preference, so it’s not a big deal. I’ll stay here again!

I live in the Uchibo area of Chiba Prefecture, and I stayed here for personal reasons. There was nothing negative about the Hotel itself; however, the only thing was that the nori served at breakfast seemed a bit damp. Since it was delicious Chiba-produced nori, I felt it was a shame—I’d love for people from The whole country, or even around the world, to enjoy it. Other than that, it’s truly a good Hotel with no issues.

Perhaps because there was availability on a weekday, they upgraded us to a larger Room. We were very satisfied with the open, airy Room and the mountain views from the large windows in our corner Room. The meals were all delicious, with plenty of dishes, and we left completely full. It was our first time trying venison—it was tender and excellent. The bath and the entire property were clean and very pleasant.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 5 nights. The staff were very attentive, and I had a comfortable stay. The welcome drink and complimentary breakfast were delightful and felt like a great deal. Since I used my own toothbrush, I returned the provided one saying "I don't need it," and in exchange, I received local Umaibo snacks equal to the number of toothbrushes—this was an unexpected bonus! Security was reliable, and the Onsen was very relaxing. Overall, I was very satisfied. The Room was slightly small but perfectly manageable for my stay.

The in-room washing machine and the dryers on each floor were incredibly helpful. It made it easy to pack lighter, so my suitcase stayed nice and light, which was great. The room was spacious, and we had everything we needed with no issues at all. The staff were kind and helpful, so we felt at ease! And the breakfast was outstanding. Every day there were a few different side dishes, so we never got bored and truly enjoyed it. There were lots of Okinawan specialties, and I looked forward to every meal. The island bananas were absolutely delicious. It was also my first time trying gurukun, and I realized what a tasty fish it is. The location was convenient as well—perfect for sightseeing. I definitely want to stay here again next time. I was also soothed by the cat in the outdoor parking area, and I hope it will still be there when I visit again. A very satisfying stay—I’m giving this hotel 5 stars.

The meals were delicious, the room was clean and spotless, and the bath was spacious and relaxing. It was a shame we couldn’t see the Tateyama Mountain Range, but we’ll come back for another try someday! The sea is so close that I woke up with a start when the sun rose and it suddenly got bright (laughs). We felt truly refreshed over the two days. Thank you very much!

While looking for a place where our family could relax while my mother recuperated, we discovered Sansui Niseko. In the end, we enjoyed an even more soothing stay than we had hoped for. They were very considerate of my mother’s legs, and although everything was close by, they kindly drove us to meals and even to the lift station, which was truly helpful. We are sincerely grateful for such thoughtful care. The Hotel is equipped with the latest Facility features and was extremely comfortable. The bed in particular was wonderfully plush—I fell into a deep sleep in no time, and thanks to the restful nights, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. The Onsen was also outstanding. My skin felt silky smooth as if I were soaking in a beauty serum, and I could genuinely feel my energy returning. It was a luxurious moment that washed away all travel fatigue. The staff also shared stories about the “UCI Gran Fondo World Championships” held in Niseko, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Surrounded by Niseko’s magnificent scenery and rich nature, we were able to spend an exceptionally pleasant time at the Hotel. Above all, seeing how lively and confident the team is in this wonderfully international area gave us energy as well. It was a stay where we truly felt warm hospitality beyond any script or manual. For anyone seeking healing nature, superb Onsen baths, deep sleep with comfortable amenities, and heartfelt service throughout their stay, this is an Accommodation I can wholeheartedly recommend. When we visit Niseko again, I would love to stay at Sansui Niseko once more via IKYU.

The accommodation was stylish, clean, and comfortable, and we were able to relax. It was also fun to find photo spots for our dog throughout the property. The dog run was spacious and well maintained. It’s also close to the sea, so we enjoyed walking along the beach. Above all, the food was delicious! It’s rare to find a pet-friendly place where you can enjoy truly authentic cuisine. Since the menu changes with the seasons, we’d love to visit again.
