The staff were wonderful, and the Facility was kept very clean, making for a truly comfortable stay. The drink service and dinner were excellent, and most importantly, the Onsen was outstanding and very relaxing. Thank you very much. I will definitely visit again!

I stayed here for several nights while sightseeing in Hagi, and it was truly a wonderful hotel! First of all, the location is perfect—just a short walk from Higashi-Hagi Station. Since I had a rental car, it was easy to get around to the sights in Hagi, and the spacious parking lot was very convenient. What impressed me most was how large the room was! It felt far too roomy for a single room, and I also appreciated that the toilet and shower were separate. There is also a large public bath, so having only a shower in the room wasn’t an issue at all. The morning onigiri were delicious—and being able to enjoy soft-serve ice cream as well was fantastic! Another pleasant surprise was that free drinks were available on every floor. I was genuinely touched by how thoughtful this hotel is. They even have free massage chairs and a relaxation room. I didn’t use the massage chair this time, but I was amazed by how well-equipped everything is. With all these amenities, the price still felt very reasonable, and my overall satisfaction was incredibly high. Most of all, what stayed with me was the warmth of the staff. When I mentioned that I came to Hagi for an anime collaboration event, the front desk staff chatted with me in such a friendly way—it made me really happy. When I asked about places to eat, they kindly took time to help me as well, which I truly appreciated. It felt different from hotels in big cities—there was something genuinely warm and gentle about their hospitality that left a lasting impression. One more personal highlight: all of the artwork displayed throughout the hotel! Near the glass elevator up to reception, above the free drink area, and even in places like the women’s public bath changing area, there were adorable glass animal ornaments on display throughout various parts of the building. The dolphin and penguin pieces in particular—brightly colored yet beautifully transparent—were so stunning that I couldn’t stop looking at them. There were also many paintings and other crafts displayed everywhere; just walking around inside was enjoyable. Perhaps they are part of the owner’s collection? Everything was lovely and very memorable. The location, rooms, facilities, food, staff service—even the atmosphere inside—everything exceeded my expectations! This hotel became one of my favorite memories from Hagi.

This was our second stay, and we had a very comfortable time. We would love to stay again next time.

My long-awaited trip to Ibusuki finally came true, and I had the pleasure of staying at Ibusuki Shusuien. Everything was outstanding: the warm and attentive service from the staff, the historic atmosphere of this long-established Ryokan, spotless guest rooms, free-flowing Onsen straight from the source, and delicious meals. (I’ve stayed at a few Hotels on my limited travels, but this became an unforgettable Ryokan for me.) It was so wonderful that I honestly wondered if someone as young as me deserved to stay at such a great Ryokan. My only regret is that I felt unwell during my stay and couldn’t finish my meal. (I truly feel terrible about it...) Please let me make up for it when I stay again...! I’m still savoring the afterglow of what was, even understatedly, an incredible stay—and I feel like other Hotels might pale in comparison (lol). It was truly a luxurious time. If you ever visit Ibusuki, please do yourself a favor and stay here. I’ll say it again: it’s amazing!

I visited Kamogawa during Silver Week. After checking in at reception, I was able to relax in the lobby lounge and enjoy complimentary drinks until check-in time. The property was very clean, and the interior was carefully maintained. Since it was Silver Week, there were many families with children, and the kids’ room in particular was very popular. There were various play areas including model trains, and the immersive attraction using video was especially impressive and seemed well received by families. The large public bath also had a spacious open-air bath on the 7th floor, where I could bathe comfortably while feeling the sea breeze. Dinner this time was a buffet; the tuna and bonito, simmered golden eye snapper, and grilled scallops were especially delicious. For dessert, the homemade pudding was excellent. The staff were flexible and very helpful. Thank you very much.

We stayed for two nights with breakfast included. We previously stayed at the Akita location and found it very comfortable, so we chose the Aomori location this time as well. The Room was clean and spacious, the bathtub was deep enough to relax in, and the amenities were well stocked. Breakfast was delicious.\nWe would like to stay again.

Our family of four stayed for two nights. At the dinner buffet, our 6-year-old daughter was thrilled by the wide variety of ice cream and got so excited! Our whole family enjoyed the meals and the Onsen. A few things we noticed: the elevator took a long time to arrive, it was hot inside the kids’ play area, and on the second day we were bothered by dust on the floor (possibly from the futons). The elevator situation may be difficult due to the building layout, but it would be even better for families with children if there were more efficient measures during busy times, such as better guidance. Overall, including leisure activities, it was a memorable and wonderful trip!

An oceanfront location right in front of the sea, delicious meals, and a private open-air bath in the Room made our stay extremely satisfying. This Hotel is highly recommended for trips with your dog.

I stayed here for business. It is located along a main road, with many izakayas nearby. There is also a convenience store very close by, which was convenient. There is a large public bath, so you can relax and unwind. I had a great value stay. I left early in the morning and did not use the breakfast service, but I would like to try it next time.

This was a family trip with friends, mainly for the buffet. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and were very delicious, but it was disappointing that some items we wanted to eat hot, like fried foods, had cooled down. The bath area may have been during a busy time; there weren’t many washing stations, so it felt crowded. The Room was 10 tatami mats, but once three futons were laid out it did feel a bit small. However, since we came for the buffet and only needed the Room for sleeping, it didn’t bother us much. There was a welcome drink service, so we could relax with tea after arriving until dinner. We would definitely like to come again for the buffet.

I stayed here on a business trip to Okinawa. Regarding the multi-story parking garage operations that others had mentioned, the staff explained everything carefully, and I was able to park without any stress. It would be even better if there were a space near the entrance of the garage where guests could temporarily place their luggage. The front desk staff at check-in were professional; although they were from overseas, communication was not an issue. The Room was very spacious for one person, as this is a condo-style Hotel (in a good way). There were many features that highlighted the benefits of a hotel condo, such as a large refrigerator, a comfortable sofa, and a spacious vanity area. The view of American Village from the lanai was also wonderful. Staying just one night felt like a waste—I think this Hotel is ideal for families planning a Multiple Night Stay. I’ll stay here with my family next time!

Stayed at Asarigawa Onsen for the first time in 30 years. Since the reservation was made the day before, room options were limited, but it was a spacious room. However, there was some noise from the pipes. Dinner was very delicious, though I wished for a few more dishes. The breakfast buffet had more variety than expected, and the curry was tasty. Next time, I’d like to try using the izakaya. The Christmas decorations inside were beautiful, and the live piano performance was amazing—I listened for an hour. The open-air onsen was nice, but I felt there could be more baths available. The staff's service was excellent; I’d love to visit again in a different season!

I stayed at this Hotel for the first time recently, and it was truly a wonderful stay. Above all, the ocean view from the Room window was amazing, and I enjoyed the luxury of waking up to the sound of the waves in the morning. The jacuzzi in the Room was also very relaxing and helped soothe my travel fatigue. I also appreciated having drinks such as coffee provided in the Room. The food was delicious as well—especially breakfast, which was carefully prepared dish by dish like a course meal, and I was impressed by how it showcased so many wonderful flavors from Shimane. The staff’s hospitality was warm, and I was completely satisfied with the views, cuisine, and service. It was a fantastic Hotel that made me want to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed to recuperate after an illness during the intense heat. We would definitely like to come again in every season. The view from the Room and the night scenery were very soothing. The hamo hot pot kaiseki was exquisite.

The location is just a short walk from JR Otsuka Station, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby—it was such a great area that I regretted not having more time. Also, buses starting from the station’s south exit make it easy to reach subway stations such as Otsuka and Myogadani, which is very convenient when visiting the University of Tsukuba, Chuo University, or Ochanomizu University in Myogadani. There were several buses each hour. The Room and the large public bath were both very clean. In addition, security cards were required not only for the Room but also for the elevators and the large public bath, so even as a solo female traveler over 60, I felt safe and comfortable. I also truly appreciate your kind help with my lost item. Just one thing: I prefer tea, but since I assumed it would be provided and didn’t bring any, I was a little disappointed. Other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The welcome coffee helped me unwind. The open-air bath was spacious, the Onsen water felt gentle, and the late-night rotation was a nice touch—overall, it was excellent. For dinner, the half-buffet Sukiyaki beef was delicious. I wish the free private bath had a bit more water flow, and I’d like it to be by Reservation. The karaoke room had a great view of Lake Akaya and a wonderful location. I’d also like to see more Hotel signboards along the road.

We stayed for one night to visit Seiganto-ji Temple, Kumano Nachi Taisha Shrine, and Nachi Falls. The buffet meals were all delicious—Japanese, seafood, Chinese, and Western. We also ordered Kumano beef with our Plan, and it was incredibly good. When we arrived, we were tired from driving, but the Mont Blanc served in the lounge was excellent. We chose a Room with an open-air bath, and being able to soak anytime was wonderful—the Onsen was amazing. The views were beautiful in the evening, at night, and in the morning. The only downside was that the open-air bath in the public bathing area alternates between men and women by time/day schedule, so you may not be able to use both on your arrival day. Thank you for a relaxing stay. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

We stayed in a Room on the 3rd floor. The hallway was quite clean, and it was convenient to access everything—the annex Onsen, the buffet venue, and the main building Onsen on the 1st floor. Since the main building Onsen operates on a rotating schedule, we were able to enjoy it three times in total, which was great. We also appreciated how thorough the staff’s explanations were. The only disappointment was that the private karaoke rooms closed early. We would like to stay again if we have another opportunity.

The food was truly delicious! Not only dinner, but also the vegetables at breakfast were excellent. The restaurant where we enjoyed the welcome drink and the guests-only lounge were both very comfortable, and we had a wonderful time. The bath felt a little small, but it was clean and pleasant. We were impressed and would love to stay again.

We stayed as a family. We booked a plan with dinner and breakfast included, and you can choose dinner from three options. I chose the seasonal set meal, and the eel was delicious. However, the steak set meal my mother chose had meat that was extremely tough, and she said she couldn’t cut it at all even with a knife. The Onsen was great, especially the open-air bath. It was also convenient because the expressway is nearby.
