It felt professionally managed rather than run by an individual, so we could stay with peace of mind. The Accommodation was very clean, easy to use, and spacious! As noted in the guidelines, there are no streetlights at night, so it’s safer to arrive before it gets completely dark. They also answered our questions politely and thoroughly. If you have a group of women, having only one mirror and slightly dim lighting was a bit inconvenient, but overall it’s a very comfortable Accommodation!

I had reserved a twin room, but it was set up with a king-size bed, so I checked with the front desk. They confirmed it was a setup mistake and promptly corrected the bed arrangement. Since I needed to head out right away, I couldn’t take it, but their offer of complimentary coffee was also excellent. The service of providing free drinks in the in-room refrigerator, including alcohol, was wonderful as well. I would definitely like to stay again.

I made a Reservation the day before the rocket launch. It was my first time glamping, and I was impressed by how clean the Facility was! The sky was full of stars, and we were able to see many shooting stars in a short time. The toilet and bath were separate from other guests, which made them easy to use. The rocket launch viewing spot and supermarkets are nearby, so it’s very convenient. The owner was also kind and easy to talk to. I’d love to stay again.

Check-in is self-service, and pre-check-in is available before your stay, allowing you to enter the room easily and without hassle. The room was very clean, with a sauna, bath, bed, and everything else maintaining a high level of cleanliness. Amenities were also well-stocked and greatly appreciated. Sauna hats and sauna wear are available for rent, making it an excellent choice for girls' gatherings or group stays. Located in the city center within walking distance of bars, making transportation very convenient. Highly recommended! I would love to stay here again.

Perfect for groups of four or more! The place was very clean and equipped with plates, frying pans, chopsticks, spoons, and more. Condiments like soy sauce and sugar were also provided. The fridge had mineral water for each guest. There was a stylish electric kettle, as well as a microwave and toaster. The bedding was fluffy and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, with excellent water pressure in the shower—almost too strong! We were very satisfied!

We stayed here for a family trip. The Room and bathroom were clean, and the kitchen was well equipped, so we had a comfortable stay.

We stayed for 2 nights as a family during our Obon trip. Upon arrival, the owner couple welcomed us with kind explanations and thoughtful hospitality. Although we hadn't planned our itinerary, they provided helpful advice. There is a 24-hour supermarket nearby, similar to a wholesale fish market, at Kuromon Market, which was very convenient. The location is excellent as you can walk to Namba. There are also many coin parking lots nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with stylish and well-thought-out interiors. Above all, the warm hospitality of the owner couple was truly heartwarming. Having stayed in non-face-to-face apartment-style accommodations in recent years, it was refreshing to experience such a pleasant trip again. Thank you very much!

Close to the nearest station, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The facility was clean and offered great value for money. I will use it again.

This was my first time staying at The Villa Hotels. The building was very clean, and all the appliances were new. I brought my own seasonings and pajamas in advance, so I had no inconvenience during my stay. Additionally, there was floor heating, making the room comfortable even on a cold day. Thank you for two enjoyable days!

We stayed here last year and had a wonderful experience, so we chose it again this year. The Room is spacious, clean, and well designed for comfort and convenience. We truly appreciate the staff’s warm and thoughtful service. This is a Hotel we would love to stay at again.

The facility was very clean, and with Izumo Taisha nearby, we were able to enjoy a morning walk. We stayed as a group of 8 and cooked meals, but felt that there were slightly insufficient cooking utensils. Additionally, although it was stated that there would be 3 futons, there were only 2, which was a bit disappointing. The air conditioning worked well in every room, making it comfortable even in summer. There were no insects, so we could stay without worry. An insect spray was also provided in case any appeared. However, the walls seemed thin, so consideration for neighbors is necessary. Trash bins were placed in various locations and were convenient; however, with 8 people staying together, the trash bags needed to be replaced frequently to accommodate all the waste. It would be helpful if extra trash bags could be provided. The sink strainer had replacements available as well, so there was no issue with odors from food waste at all. We created wonderful memories over two days with friends—thank you very much!

We chose this Accommodation because smoking is allowed while sightseeing in Amanohashidate. Both the owner and his wife were friendly and warm, and the Accommodation in the detached building had a wonderful Room where we stayed very comfortably. There is a pine-lined path within walking distance, so we enjoyed an evening stroll at dusk, and the next morning we visited Motoise Kono Shrine before heading to Ine’s boathouses. Although our stay was short, we were able to forget everyday life and spend a relaxing time. It was such a satisfying trip that we would like to visit again in another season. Thank you very much.

After booking for two adults, we needed to add two children. Rebooking was an option, but since it was during spring break, we worried someone else might take the Reservation while we were redoing it. When we asked for advice, they kindly told us that additional payment via PayPay was possible, so we were able to keep the Reservation and change the number of guests by paying the extra fee. We shared our children’s ages and mentioned that we were worried about them falling off the bed, so we asked if mattresses or something similar might be available. They gladly prepared them along with duvets so the kids could sleep safely on the floor—we truly appreciated it. They also provided child-sized chairs, which were extremely helpful at mealtimes. The fridge was stocked with complimentary water, juice, and beer, and they even prepared snacks suited to our children’s ages—plus cup noodles, tea, and coffee. The hospitality was exceptional. The bathroom had a proper washing area like a home bath setup, which was a huge help when traveling with kids. There was also a sink, kettle, and microwave, so making formula—and cooling it at the sink—was easy. There is parking on-site as well; we could bring large luggage in directly from the car through the window area, which was very convenient. The airport is literally right in front of the property, so with small children we could stay in our Room until just before departure and minimize waiting time at the airport—something we really appreciated. The Room was very clean too, and above all we were moved by their heartfelt service. We would love to stay here again when using Matsuyama Airport. Thank you very much.

I stayed with five male colleagues and had no issues during our stay. Although it is a bit away from the city center, the location represents the charm of Otaru, known for its hilly streets and nostalgic atmosphere. The check-in process was unmanned, so there was no face-to-face interaction. However, I forgot something after my stay, and when it was sent to me later, it came with careful packaging and a thoughtful thank-you note that made me want to visit again. I truly felt the high quality of service from the staff. Thank you very much!

I had planned to visit Enryaku-ji Temple on Mt. Hiei during Golden Week, but due to a typhoon I made a last-minute Reservation. There were no Reviews for this Hotel on YT’s site, so I was a little worried—but I was amazed when I arrived! A spacious, very clean Hotel exactly as shown in the photos!! Even someone like me who tends to look for flaws was impressed by the thoughtful attention to detail in so many ways. Since it’s an apartment-style Accommodation, you won’t run into staff, but they emailed me in advance with clear instructions on where the key would be (a lockbox with a code) and how to enter the Room, so check-in went smoothly. There is also a washing machine and kitchen. I requested “parking included,” but I wasn’t sure where to park. When I messaged them via LINE (also provided in advance), they replied immediately and it really helped. I wanted to keep this place as a hidden gem and didn’t want to write only good things, but their attentiveness was truly outstanding. (They even had welcome cup noodles—haha.) Thank you very much.
