I stayed for 3 nights to coincide with the Kyocera Dome live event, and the convenience was excellent. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area, which was great. The cleaning during the Multiple Night Stay was thorough, and there was a towel exchange. Amenities are fully equipped. There is a laundry and microwave on the first floor, and there is a smoking area outside. The toilet in the unit bath has a washlet, but there is no seat temperature setting, so it is cold in winter.

We wanted to enjoy restaurants in Karuizawa, so we chose this Accommodation with No Meals Included. The bed was very comfortable, the bathtub was spacious, and the shower had plenty of hot water. For breakfast (8:00–10:00), you can order a hot sandwich and a drink at the café on the first floor—it was very delicious. The owner also shared recommendations for great bakeries and local tips. This is a Hotel we would like to stay at again.

The staff were very helpful, and the Hotel offered excellent service. Considering the price range, style of stay, concept, and services provided, it was a great Hotel and our whole family was satisfied. Its location near the station, the abundance of nearby restaurants, and the convenient distance to sightseeing spots were ideal. There was also no noise around bedtime or during the night, so we slept soundly.

The hotel's parking lot was a bit difficult to find, possibly because I arrived late at night. The entrance is on the 2nd floor, and there seemed to be an elevator nearby, but I didn’t notice it and ended up carrying my heavy luggage up the stairs to check in. However, the room was perfectly fine for just sleeping without any issues. The toilet door and walls appeared to have been renovated and were very clean. The Onsen for women had an auto-lock system for security, and by adjusting the timing of my visit, I could enjoy it privately at a relaxed pace. The shampoo and other amenities were POLA products with a pleasant fragrance, and there was even cleansing lotion available in the changing room. There was a microwave on the 2nd floor, but having one in the room would have been more convenient. Thank you very much for your hospitality. If I visit Kanoya again, I would like to stay here!

We stayed as a family of three. It felt like staying in a regular one-room apartment. There is no front desk, which gives a dry impression, but it was actually more comfortable as we didn't have to be overly considerate. Meals are not provided, but it was enjoyable to find places to eat nearby, all unique to Kyoto. The Seimei Shrine, which is just a short walk away, seems to offer some blessings. There is a parking lot next door, but it's a bit expensive, so we parked a little further away. We hardly heard any noise from other rooms and slept soundly until morning. If we have the chance, we would definitely like to use it again.

We stayed in a 4-person Room with our 12-month-old. It feels geared toward international travelers, but it was also very family-friendly, so I’m sharing what worked well for us and a few things to note. With diapers, baby food, extra clothes, and all the usual baby gear—and traveling solo—I wanted to reduce what I had to carry. When I asked, they kindly allowed me to ship our luggage ahead of time. They even placed our size-80 parcel in the Room in advance, which was incredibly helpful. [Room] A tatami-style Japanese Room where your baby can crawl comfortably. There are no steps at the entrance, and with tatami plus mattresses there’s little risk of a crawling baby falling off an edge. There is a closet with handles positioned out of a child’s reach. It was convenient for storing anything we didn’t want our child to touch. The TV is a smart TV. You can play YouTube (we watched “Shinapushu”). It’s wall-mounted, so there’s no worry about it tipping over. There are firm cushions about 10 cm high. If your child can sit independently, you can seat them on one during meals. [Bathroom] It’s a unit bath but spacious enough that if your child can pull up or sit steadily, you can bathe together in the tub. The sink area is wide with space around it for toiletries, so washing bottles was easy. (There may not be enough space/height to keep a sterilizing case set up.) [In-house Facility] There is a shared microwave available for warming baby food. [Checkout time] Checkout is until 11:00 AM, which makes it easy to feed breakfast/baby food before leaving. [Area] It’s flat from the station. There’s a drugstore near the station and a convenience store almost next door. It gets very quiet at night. [Things to note] If your Room is on the 2nd floor or higher, there is no elevator—carrying strollers and luggage upstairs may be difficult. There are Rooms on the 1st floor as well. Power outlets in the Room are within reach of small children. The entryway area isn’t large enough to leave a stroller open inside. To avoid getting things dirty you’ll need to bring it into the Room folded up; alternatively there is luggage storage space outside the Room where you can leave items (very convenient). The bathroom door can slam shut even with help from a 1-year-old—watch out for pinched fingers. They provide many helpful items such as an air humidifier, thermometer/hygrometer(?), pens, etc., but for peace of mind it may be best to put them somewhere out of reach right away so your child doesn’t break anything. Although each room is private, the layout feels more like a guesthouse than an isolated hotel room—if your child tends to cry loudly at night often/for long periods، you might feel slightly self-conscious.

As this was my first time staying at a private rental, and some Reviews made me a bit nervous about check-in, I was able to enter the Room without any issues. *Please note: the pre-check-in URL and related details are sent a few days before your stay, not immediately after your Reservation.* The location is just a few minutes’ walk from Nagoya Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I didn’t have many Room options due to my dates, but it felt just right for 2–3 people. The fridge/freezer was larger than the one at home (lol), and there were plenty of clean plates and glasses. There was also a rice cooker! The washer-dryer isn’t hot-air drying, but I think most items will dry as long as they aren’t too thick. The bathroom was spacious and had a reheating function. As noted in the in-room notices, footsteps do carry due to the building structure, so I could hear them throughout my stay—but compared with a typical business hotel, it felt acceptable. There were also houseplants on the balcony, and I really enjoyed my first private rental stay near Nagoya Station. Next time I’d like to try another Room as well. Looking forward to it.

It’s in a very convenient location. The Room was spacious and felt clean. A Review mentioned that you could drink coffee at the front desk 24 hours a day, but that service was no longer available. However, each guest receives one bottle of water per day, and there is an electric kettle, so it wasn’t a problem. The Room had plenty of outlets, lots of hangers and hooks for clothes, and a shelf by the entrance where you can place various items, which made it comfortable. There is also a microwave and a refrigerator. The amenities were plentiful with a wide variety. Because the bathroom and toilet are slightly elevated, you need to watch your step. Also, as noted in other Reviews, it’s convenient that you can enter and exit without passing through the front desk when going in and out of the Room, but it also means non-guests could potentially come in as well—so using the double lock is important.

The building and the Room are old, but it was more than enough for a business trip since I only needed a place to sleep. Above all, it’s reasonably priced and close to the station, so I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Utsunomiya on business. I also appreciate that there is a large public bath, and all the front desk staff are kind.

I was initially concerned as there was no mention of a hairdryer, etc., on the Hotel's website, but everything necessary was provided, which was reassuring. The Room and bathroom were clean. The single Room was slightly small but reasonable considering the price. There is only one elevator, but it was fast. It would be helpful if the website included a map for after getting off at Suwa Shrine.

It feels like an old business hotel. There is no elevator, only stairs. Amenities include only a toothbrush, but you can get additional ones at the reception desk. There seems to be a microwave on each floor, with chopsticks available next to it. The room's air conditioner doesn't work well, and it was extremely hot at first. There is no hairdryer in the room, so you need to borrow one from the reception desk. It might be smoother if you request it during check-in as they are limited in number. The outdoor parking space can accommodate only three cars. It's better to secure your spot early by confirming via phone when making your reservation.

I stayed here on a business trip. It’s a calm, comfortable Hotel with a monthly-apartment style, so it felt easy to stay for a Multiple Night Stay without any hesitation. The cleaning was thorough and everything felt very clean. It’s within walking distance of Miebashi Station, and there’s also a supermarket nearby as well as inexpensive parking, so the location was great. *Even though I accidentally left something behind, they kindly mailed it to me with careful packaging, which was a huge help. This is an Accommodation I’d definitely like to stay at again.

As mentioned in other Reviews, the building is old, but the interior has been nicely renovated. In the first-floor lounge, we could relax with free coffee and other drinks.

The maisonette-style room instantly lifted our spirits the moment we walked in. The view of Mt. Fuji from the bath was also spectacular. However, one thing: the cleaning wasn’t thorough. There was trash left on the balcony, and we even found potato snack crumbs under the cushion of the massage chair.

I was looking for an affordable Accommodation for a 10-night Multiple Night Stay and ended up here. The toilet and bathroom are shared, but having a private Room at this price is truly appreciated. The location is also great—right near Chion-in Temple, and within walking distance of Gion-Shijo and Heian Shrine. (I even walked to Ginkaku-ji.) The landlady is usually there from around 9:00 to 21:00, which made me feel safe. The Room and bathrooms are clean, and both the landlady and other guests are friendly, making it very comfortable. In the dining area there is a toaster, microwave, and hot/cold water dispenser, so you can do simple cooking. Free coffee and tea are also available, so I enjoyed a relaxed breakfast every day. Highly recommended!

It was a small Hotel, but the shower room had been renovated and was very clean. Even though I made a same-day Reservation, it was great value for money and I was very satisfied.

Both check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the room was clean, which was great.\nI would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.\nHowever, it would be helpful if the check-in information for the key box included not only the key code but also the box number.

I was just staying, so I don't think I have the right to say anything, but the reception and service were handled by foreigners. I think they provided service even better than Japanese people! Thank you very much! No meals, standard amenities, no large public bath. No issues in various respects.

Although it’s called a Hotel, the system felt more like a whole-building vacation rental—for example, you take the key out from a dial lock in front of the Room. [Location] It’s about 15 minutes to the center of Minami, so it’s not bad but not great either. If you walk from the Minami area through the underground mall (Namba Walk), there’s a large supermarket on the way, which makes it easy to pick up late-night snacks or breakfast and head back without much inconvenience. The nearest convenience store (Lawson) is also close. OCAT is nearby as well, which was very convenient for me as an Itami Airport user. [Facilities Overall] We used a family Room. There isn’t a kitchen like many vacation rentals have, but there is a microwave. Even at night, it stays bright outside due to lighting, and since the curtains are not blackout curtains, depending on the person and season it may affect how easily you fall asleep or wake up. An eye mask might be helpful. Amenities are well stocked. We had a Multiple Night Stay; when we hung out the cleaning request sign, they replaced towels and replenished amenities. Trash is basically disposed of in the hallway trash bins. [Beds] A single bed listed on their website wasn’t shown in photos, so I didn’t know where it would be until arrival. There was a dead-end-like space extending along the window from the table by the window, and that’s where it was placed. Since it’s a narrow space enclosed on three sides, some people might actually find it cozy. The mattress firmness is average. There are power outlets near all beds, so charging phones etc. is easy. [Bath/Toilet] They are properly separated into different rooms. The bath area is small but acceptable. The changing area is also separate. I felt there was slight odor coming up from the drain at times, but it wasn’t bothersome. [Service] When I contacted them by email with questions, they responded quickly and politely. However, I didn’t stop by reception on check-in day, so I can’t comment on front desk service in person.
