We had a relaxing stay! The front desk staff’s warm smiles and service were excellent!

Very close to the station, with a LAN behind it. Shopping areas are also not far—an excellent location. We booked at a good rate: 39,000 for three days for three people. If I can get a price like this again, I would consider staying here again.

Every time I visit Osaka, I stay at this chain of accommodations. Despite being very affordable, the rooms are comfortable and clean with excellent access. Complimentary drinks are available in the lobby. Additionally, this accommodation offers a women-only large public bath. While room wear and bath towels are available for an additional fee, the value for money is outstanding, so I plan to continue using it in the future.

This was my first time using it. The amenities were sufficient, and I was pleased with the coffee service at the front desk. The location is fairly close to the subway station, and while some people might have different impressions, I found it to be a hidden gem? It suited my taste. A large TV was mounted on the wall in the Room, allowing me to relax on the bed with a drink. I would love to use it again. Thank you very much!

My spouse and I stayed in a Deluxe Double. The bed was spacious enough for an average Japanese build, and we slept very well. There are vending machines inside the Hotel where you can buy alcohol and simple snacks. As for parking, the space next to the Hotel is narrow and fills up quickly, but there is a slightly larger area about one block away. I was worried after checking Street View whether there really was free parking, so it would be nice if the website provided clearer guidance. However, when we parked on the street that day and asked at the front desk, they kindly explained it to us, so it wasn’t a problem. It’s a very typical Business Hotel, and it was comfortable. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the TV is fixed to the wall and its HDMI port is only accessible from behind, so I couldn’t plug in my laptop or smartphone to display anything (even though there’s an input button on the remote...).

We stayed here for a trip to Yamanashi. We stayed two nights, and it was disappointing not to see Mt. Fuji from the first day, but on the last day we could see Mt. Fuji perfectly from the window! There are houses nearby, but it was my first time seeing Mt. Fuji so beautifully and I was truly moved. I think this is a log cabin with a spectacular view. The cabin has a cypress barrel bath, which feels wonderfully luxurious. This time we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji while bathing, but on a clear day it seems like it would be an amazing scenic bath! The public bathhouse directly across the street was also great.

I’ve stayed at several guesthouses, and I always ended up noticing other guests’ footsteps and thinking, “I guess that’s just how it is.” But here, the rooms are carpeted, so you don’t hear slipper noise at all. There are thoughtful touches throughout to ensure guests can stay comfortably, and I was truly impressed. The single lounge chairs were also very comfortable—I wanted to relax there forever—so I switched to a late check-out and got some work done. It’s clean and an excellent guesthouse!

They upgraded me from a single to a double. Due to my schedule, I checked out before 10:00. On the way from the Room to the elevator, I passed a housekeeping staff member (a foreigner), but they did not greet me at all. I believe a pleasant greeting is the best way to start the day.

I stayed in Sapporo for two nights and chose this place for value. First of all, the parking fee is only 660 yen, with free in-and-out access during the stay—an incredible deal. At other hotels, I think it would be around 3,000 yen. The Room is a bit dated. I did notice poor ventilation in the bathroom, but it was clear that cleaning is done thoroughly. The front desk staff were also kind. There are many restaurants around the Hotel, so you can enjoy yourself without going all the way to Susukino. I used to stay only in Susukino, but my family liked this place too, so I’d like to stay here again next time.

This was the only place I found, and I had heard there would be construction, but there was no noise. If the construction hadn't started yet, it might be better not to mention it during check-in as it could cause unnecessary concern.

Although it is a long-established Hotel, it was clean just as the Reviews said. We made good use of the water dispenser and microwave. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to stay here.

It was a very beautiful Hotel. I would love to visit again.

Every year, we stay for about a week for my wife’s birthday trip. The Room is spacious and the Facility is well equipped, so when we travel to Miyakojima, we can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Hotel California. We didn’t even request it, but there was towel art on the bed, and my wife was absolutely delighted.

I felt this Accommodation could be rated very differently depending on the purpose of your trip and the Room you choose. I stayed because I was interested in their guest Room with a semi-open-air bath. The exterior looks dated, and the front desk area doesn’t feel like a typical Hotel, which made me a bit uneasy at first. But once I entered the Room, it was very clean and instantly lifted my mood. The Facility also felt relatively new and well maintained. And of course, it has an ocean view. The refrigerator includes a freezer compartment, and there’s also a microwave and a washing machine (with dryer). Amenities such as skincare items and cleansing products are all provided individually packaged. There were two bath towels set out plus one spare in the drawer—three per person in total, which was more than enough. (Though I’m not sure if this applies only to Rooms with a semi-open-air bath.) Most importantly, the semi-open-air bath was truly wonderful. You can see the ocean at a glance through the large window, and the tub is spacious enough for what feels like four people. The Onsen in the Room is not free-flowing, but it’s easy to adjust the temperature so you can soak as long as you like at your preferred heat. Because there’s a glass partition between it and the living area, you can even watch TV (with subtitles) while bathing. The staff were pleasant and kind—they quickly helped me exchange my indoor sandal size and delivered them to my Room. It was No Meals Included, but it’s close to both the station and Atami Ginza, making dining out and shopping very convenient. It’s different from an ordinary Hotel, but as a condominium-style stay with an in-room Onsen, it was excellent. I highly recommend the Grand View Room. I’d love to visit again.

Luggage storage service is available after check-out. It offers great value for money and is a highly recommended accommodation.

I stayed for one night and two days. I had previously seen a container Hotel on TV, so I was really looking forward to it. The front desk staff explained everything very politely, and I had a pleasant stay. It was a bit disappointing that there weren’t any restaurants nearby, but there is a convenience store within walking distance, so it wasn’t an issue. I’d be happy to see this expand across the whole country.

The staff were very friendly, and the bed was spacious, soft, and comfortable. The hairdryer is powerful.

The rates are affordable, and the large public bath is perfect for relaxing after a long day. I was a bit concerned that there were no clocks in the Room or the bath area. Since the only wall clock is at the first-floor front desk, a wristwatch is essential.

Its convenient location near the expressway is a plus. The service was also excellent.

About 10 years ago, I always stayed here whenever I was on a business trip to Osaka. This was my first stay since it became Prince Smart Inn. Some Reviews were negative, but in my experience there were no issues at all—if anything, it felt improved with the free breakfast included. I accidentally locked myself out at checkout, but the woman at the front desk kindly helped me and it was a huge relief. If I had to mention one thing, it might be nice to have a wider variety of amenities, but if that would raise the room rate, I’m personally fine with just the essentials. It’s close to the station and offers great value for money—overall a very convenient Hotel.
