The open-air bath is spacious and the views are wonderful. The proprietress at the dining area and the staff offered warm, unpretentious hospitality and thoughtful care. Of course, a good Accommodation has great meals and Facility, but it reminded me again that it is ultimately made complete by the people. I was personally very happy that our futons were not put away during breakfast.

We stay here every year, and the food is simply delicious. If you stay for two nights, the dinner buffet menu changes slightly. It’s fun to see that something from yesterday is gone, or that something new has been added. It’s also convenient that Suganodai Bus Center, Komagane Farms, and “Boke” apple pie are all within walking distance.

I visited again after three years to enjoy the full tiger puffer course. It is delicious every time, and I never get tired of it. The hassun, soup dish, and takikomi rice were also excellent, and I ended up drinking quite a lot again. Of course, the ara course and other courses are also very tasty, but I still think Yoyokaku’s tiger puffer course is the best. The staff and everyone at the Accommodation were very pleasant, and the building and garden felt spacious and relaxing, so I was able to unwind once again. Thank you for upgrading us to a wonderful Room.

Everything—the views, the Room, the baths, the meals, and the hospitality—was outstanding. My whole family kept saying again and again that we had never stayed at such a wonderful Ryokan. First of all, the baths! The view of Otaru spread out below from the open-air bath was breathtaking. (We also really appreciated that the amenities were from a well-known cosmetics brand and that towels were always available.) Inside the Ryokan, there were furnishings that evoked the former prosperity of the Herring Mansion, making it an irresistible place for history lovers. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and I especially can’t forget the potato with butter sauce—a long-loved specialty of this Ryokan. It was such an incredible time that I almost didn’t want to recommend it to others. I definitely want to come back again next time.

With only a few Rooms, it was quiet and very comfortable. The in-Room bath was spacious—large enough for about three adults to bathe comfortably. I liked the in-Room bath more than the public bath and used it many times. The amenities were well stocked, which I think many women will really appreciate. All of the meals were delicious, and the portions were just right—filling without being too much. The staff’s attentiveness was excellent, making this an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

This was a Hotel I had always wanted to visit. The interior had a calm atmosphere, like a Relais & Châteaux in the European countryside. The library’s book selection and the décor suited my taste, and after working up a sweat in the Onsen, I was able to relax and enjoy reading at leisure. The restaurant had an unpretentious feel, and the staff’s understated yet attentive service was very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed local seafood and mountain produce from the Goto Islands. The optional breakfast menu was also excellent, and being able to add items for free is a great value. Although it rained throughout our trip to the Goto Islands this time, I took it as an opportunity to come back again, and I look forward to staying with you at Margherita again.

This was a wonderful Hotel with great taste felt in every detail, and it made me want to take lots of photos. The Bulgari Bar was a spacious, relaxing place that made me feel like I was abroad. In the Room, they had kindly prepared fresh fruit for us, which helped soothe the fatigue of traveling. For breakfast, we had the Gymnasium Breakfast, and every item was a special menu that felt gentle on the body. The freshly pressed apple juice was also unbelievably delicious. We also enjoyed lunch at the Italian restaurant, and thanks to the staff’s warm kindness, my daughter and I had a truly pleasant time together. I would definitely recommend lunch at the Italian restaurant as well. I bought chocolates as souvenirs, and even after returning home, I continued to savor the wonderful memories of our time at Bulgari Hotel. I would love to stay again.

Our family of four stayed for two nights in connecting Rooms. From our Room, we enjoyed beautiful views of Lake Biwa and different sunsets each day. The large public bath was also wonderful, allowing us to relax and recover from our travels at a leisurely pace. During our stay, we were able to unwind with complimentary drinks in the 10th-floor lounge as many times as we liked. The staff kindly spoke to us throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. This was my first stay here, and I was extremely satisfied! The size of the building felt just right, and I was able to relax comfortably in a calm atmosphere. The Onsen had excellent water quality, and every time I bathed it was soothing and truly refreshing. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious—I was genuinely impressed. A welcome beer right after arrival, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. The Sora Room we stayed in also had a very pleasant indoor bath, and I couldn’t decide between that and the Onsen, so in the end I took four baths. It’s a wonderful Accommodation that I’d love to visit again soon.

The buffet selection was very extensive, every dish was delicious, and we were extremely satisfied. Our Room had an ocean view, the scenery was wonderful, and we were able to relax comfortably. There were also various types of baths, each with a different atmosphere, and we enjoyed them very much. As it is all-inclusive, it’s an especially appealing stay for those who enjoy alcohol. Since we don’t drink much, that part felt a bit wasted for us; however, we understood this in advance when booking, and the complimentary soft drinks and other beverages were plentiful, so it wasn’t inconvenient. One thing we noticed was the in-Room amenities: items such as toner were provided for only one person. We felt it would be more comfortable if they were prepared for the number of guests. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the food, views, and baths alike—it was a wonderful Hotel that we would definitely like to stay at again.

This was my first time in Himeji to see an opera. I considered other options, but chose this Hotel because of the Nikko brand, a separate bath and toilet, on-site parking, and even a club floor. However, the parking lot fills up quickly (it’s near the station and there aren’t many spaces), which made me nervous as a guest traveling from far away. A male staff member at the parking entrance kindly secured the last available space for me, which was a huge help—thank you very much. It would be great if parking could be reserved when making a Reservation, though I understand it may be difficult to manage. I also appreciated that parking is free for club-floor guests. The Facility feels a bit dated in places, but the Room has been renovated for comfort and convenience, with no shortage of amenities. The ReFa shower and hair dryer were excellent. The toilet wasn’t just updated cosmetically—the fixtures and piping also seemed new, making it very easy to use. The pajamas were a comfortable two-piece set with a soft feel and relaxed fit. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. The lounge made me wonder if this price is really okay—the food and drinks were impressively plentiful. Not only alcohol but also a great selection of HARNEY & SONS teas; the cinnamon tea recommended by one of the hotel staff was so good that I bought some afterward. Overall, the service was pleasant throughout and I could truly relax. Breakfast offered an extensive variety of both Japanese- and Western-style dishes—so much that even with my big appetite I couldn’t try everything. Live-cooked egg dishes are common at Hotels, but this was my first time seeing burgers made to order right in front of me. The burger was delicious—and perfectly sized as well. And the Awaji Island milk was outstanding. With no time limits on parking or lounge access, I could visit Himeji Castle and shop in the arcade as well. This isn’t just convenient for guests—it also feels like support for local revitalization efforts. Breakfast included many locally inspired items, and even the vending machines next to reception carried products from local confectionery shops—another nice touch. I don’t often have reasons to come to Himeji, but I’d love to return for a relaxing staycation. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The architecture, service, and dining were all exceptional—an experience that went beyond anything I had imagined from a Hotel stay. Although the building is historic, it is clearly cared for with great attention, making for a very comfortable stay. This time we stayed in a suite in the annex, and the view of the main building from the window was beautifully framed; if you love architecture, I highly recommend viewing the main building from the annex. The food was also delicious, and it was a truly wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

From the moment we arrived, the parking guidance, check-in, shop, and breakfast venue staff were all very welcoming, and their smiles and service made our stay truly comfortable. The staff’s hospitality, the pleasant and spotless atmosphere of the Facility, and the silky Onsen water that left my skin feeling moisturized were all wonderful. The Hida beef steak and every dish were delicious. I would love to stay at Hanaogi again when I have a chance to visit the area. I was completely satisfied in every way.

I often stay here for business, and the check-in and check-out times fit my schedule perfectly, allowing me to plan my work appointments with plenty of time—this is always a great help. No matter how many times I stay, the Room is always kept clean and well prepared, and I had another comfortable stay this time as well. The staff are consistently polite and pleasant whenever I visit, so I can always stay with peace of mind. I have stayed five times, and it is a Hotel that satisfies me every time. I would like to stay again on my business trip next month.

This Hotel made my first trip to Dogo Onsen even more enjoyable, meaningful, and relaxing. The Room and bath were clean, and the staff were kind and wonderful. We stayed here overnight while traveling back home. My child loves cars, so seeing engines and car bodies everywhere was exciting in itself, and we were able to spend a fulfilling, luxurious time. As I was traveling with my mother who has difficulty walking, we ordered room service and enjoyed our meal at a relaxed pace on the balcony, feeling the pleasant breeze while watching the circuit.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the station with great access. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, I was told I could enter right away, which was a big help on such a hot day and gave me a chance to take a break. The entire building has tatami flooring, making it comfortable to spend time in the Room, and there is also a large public bath where I could relax and recover from fatigue. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The young male staff member on the floor was quick and efficient, which made for a pleasant start to the morning.
