I made a reservation on IKYU on a day ending in 9, and it was cheaper than other sites. It appeared as the first option under "Price (low to high)," and I was very satisfied. The place is clean and functional. Amenities are sufficient, and the breakfast includes a bagel set with plenty of coffee.

I used the Plan with breakfast included. The staff provided excellent service, and I was very satisfied with the breakfast. When I was troubled by a persistent cough, they kindly offered me cough medicine, showing perfect attentiveness. I believe this Hotel offers more value than its price.

On my way back from a business trip to Morioka, I took the Kamaishi Expressway via Hanamaki, stopped by the Roadside Station at Kamaishi Sennintoge, and headed south. This was my first stay at Crown Hills Kamaishi. For a business trip with breakfast and a large public bath included, it was very reasonably priced. There is a concentrated dining area nearby, making it easy to find dinner, and this season there was also a summer night market event that I really enjoyed. The late-night Kamaishi ramen was delicious as well. The sea was rough this time due to the typhoon, but next time I’d like to stay again with my family during a season outside typhoon period. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We stayed at this Ryokan for my parents’ therapeutic hot-spring retreat. It’s a Ryokan that’s difficult to reach without a car, but it had a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were especially kind, and we truly enjoyed our stay. My elderly parents were delighted with the nostalgic Japanese-style room. There are many stairs inside the Accommodation, and my father, whose legs have started to weaken, had a bit of difficulty walking around the building. We had breakfast, and it was delicious Japanese food that left us completely full.

I suddenly got some time off and decided to travel. When I searched online, Hill Hotel Sunpia Iga came up with a meal plan. Even though it was only a week before my stay, the large public bath was very spacious, bright, and clean—and it’s an Onsen! My body and hair felt moisturized, and I warmed up wonderfully. Dinner was a kaiseki meal, which I enjoyed in a calm setting that felt like a semi-private room. Breakfast was buffet-style with plenty of options for both rice and bread, and I left completely full. The value for money was excellent—it felt almost too good for the price. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me.

Traveling from Yokohama to Yamanashi to visit a relative in the hospital. This was my second stay at this Hotel. The parking lot is spacious, and the welcome coffee tasted great. This time I used a twin Room as a single. When I called the front desk because the in-room Wi‑Fi wouldn’t connect, they quickly brought me a router. Great service. I also had dinner at Hanachaya. It was nice that ordering white wine comes with free snacks—ham and fried cheese. Apparently it was an idea from the gentleman at the front desk who wears glasses. The wine was quite good. I ordered gyoza and a hamburger steak as snacks; the hamburger steak was very tender and delicious. When it reached the 8:00 PM women-only time for the Onsen, I hurried over. By the time I left, three women came in. It doesn’t get crowded, which is great. The free breakfast was flawless! The curry suited my taste perfectly, and I enjoyed the potato salad as well. A Hotel that definitely makes me want to come back again.

They smoothly accommodated our request to change from a smoking Room to a non-smoking Room, and the Room was clean, so we had a pleasant stay. We would appreciate your help again if we have the opportunity to stay here in the future.

We stayed here on our silver wedding anniversary trip after a day of golf. With in-room dining, we were able to relax at a leisurely pace, and since the bath in the Room is also an Onsen, we could enjoy it whenever we liked. The staff were attentive in many ways, making the stay very comfortable. When we stayed previously, the manager remembered that I get cold easily and prepared extra bedding for us, so I slept comfortably. The Facility is old and there is no open-air bath, but it’s rare to find an Accommodation with such high-quality Onsen water, a charming pond where carp swim, and convenient access. We would love to stay again.

Right after breakfast I had to work, and they kindly kept things quiet—even during cleanup, they were very careful not to make noise. The bath was also wonderful. Some people mention insects or noise, but I didn’t experience any of that at all!

The building itself is simple and has a warm wooden feel, and the view was just as wonderful as I imagined. As a personal request, the amenities were great and organic, but the loungewear was 100% polyester, so I would have been happier with 100% cotton or 100% linen. For breakfast, I chose the traditional Okinawan rice porridge since it was a special opportunity. The seasoning felt a bit mild for my taste, but it was healthy. It wasn’t particularly flashy, but I enjoyed seasonal Okinawan ingredients.

A last-minute trip to Fukui. We stayed at Mayu-san’s Accommodation for one night, and they took great care of us. We originally made a Reservation simply because we wanted to visit a gravel beach and this was the only available place nearby, but it exceeded our expectations in the best way!! Since we had been playing at the beach, we headed straight to the bath right after check-in. There are four washing stations, and from the tub you can look out over the Sea of Japan. In the women’s bath, there were about six types of shampoo and conditioner to choose from—such a thoughtful touch! Dinner was what we had been looking forward to: an incredible boat platter packed with fresh sashimi. We actually said out loud, “Is this really for two people?!” The selection may vary by day, but everything was extremely fresh and delicious. Even though we visited in August, we also got to enjoy crab. When I asked later, I was told that Echizen crab in winter is even better—now I’m already excited. And just when we thought we couldn’t eat another bite, they served one whole fried flounder per person—what a surprise!! Rice refills were free as well. It was also great that we could enjoy everything in our Room. After dinner they laid out our futons for us, and our family of three—completely full—immediately sprawled out flat (laugh). There was only one small thing I noticed: At lights-out, it would have been nice to have a nightlight or bedside lamp! If there actually was one and I missed it, sorry about that! We also had breakfast in our Room the next morning. The grilled mackerel was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had!! Ah… I want to eat it again. The proprietress and staff were all truly cheerful and kind—we really felt their warmth. They took care of everything so efficiently that we had no inconveniences during our stay. Everything was kept very clean throughout as well, making it a comfortable stay. Since it took us over four hours each way from Nara, one night felt too short—I wanted more time to enjoy Fukui’s seafood. We’ll definitely be back!! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

I stayed here solo as a reward to myself after working hard through the summer. Perched on a hill with ocean views, about 15 minutes from Atami Station by Shuttle Service, it’s only around two hours from my home in Tokyo but felt like a real getaway. From the welcome afternoon tea while soaking in the footbath to the Onsen and delicious meals, I enjoyed everything to the fullest. I’d heard that drinks at dinner were free, but the selection was far more extensive than I expected—even I, who rarely drink alcohol, ended up having sparkling wine and fruit liqueur. This Hotel is surprisingly reasonably priced for what it offers, and you can really feel the effort behind that throughout. The Room was a bit dated and there were some scratches on the fittings and furniture, but details like simple, stylish glasses and cups; using local ingredients even if not luxury items; and keeping amenities to only what’s necessary actually left me with a very positive impression. In earlier Reviews I saw comments such as indoor footwear being wooden geta sandals that were hard to walk in, or that things had become digital and explanations at reception were confusing. However, they now provide stylish slippers indoors, and they also gave clear guidance—including how to use your smartphone—so I felt they genuinely listen to guests’ feedback and keep improving. All of the staff were pleasant right down to housekeeping. As we left in the Shuttle Service car and passed through the gate, I looked back and saw an adorable female staff member waving enthusiastically goodbye—it really warmed my heart. There are a few minor shortcomings if you look for them, but considering the price it’s truly excellent, and I’d love to stay again. Maybe it’s just my bad luck with weather: despite a sunny forecast it stayed cloudy throughout so the sea didn’t look its best. That’s something I’d love to come back for revenge next time (lol).

This was my first time staying with Itoen Hotels. The Accommodation at Yunishikawa Onsen was very clean and pleasant. The buffet dishes were also replenished promptly, and I am truly grateful to all the staff. I would definitely like to stay again.

It was good. However, while there is a restaurant in the Hotel, there are not many places to eat around the East Exit of Higashi-Hanno Station. There is a FamilyMart inside Higashi-Hanno Station, and near the Hotel there are a 7-Eleven and a Lawson.

This was my first time staying here, and I had a comfortable stay. However, when I returned to the Hotel by car while nearby restaurants were open, the parking lot was full and it was a bit difficult to find a place to park. It would be helpful if parking spaces could be reserved for guests.

Although the property is old, it was thoroughly cleaned and comfortable. The meals were delicious, and depending on the Plan, we appreciated having them served in our Room. All of the staff were kind, including those providing the Shuttle Service. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t mind an older property. We would definitely like to stay again.

Located in a downtown area, I was unsure at first, but even though I checked in around midnight, the front desk staff kindly assisted me, which made me very happy. The Room was clean, and I was able to sleep well and relax. Breakfast included side dishes unique to Akita and was delicious, and the female staff member was also kind and told me about some tasty local items. I don’t think I’ll be visiting Akita Prefecture again, but if I have friends going to Akita, I would recommend this place without hesitation. Thank you very much.

A welcome drink was provided. You could choose any one drink you liked. I've never seen such a service before. The staff who assisted us were very kind. I'm glad I stayed here!

It was excellent. Not only is it close to the station, but the Room was also clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again. Next time, I’d like a Multiple Night Stay! Thank you.

We stayed here with my son and daughter-in-law and our 2-year-old grandchild, four of us in total, to visit the Anpanman Museum. The Room was spacious and clean, and our grandchild was thrilled and ran around happily. Adults could also take off their shoes and relax comfortably, which helped us fully recover from travel fatigue. It was conveniently close to the station, and breakfast was delicious with just the right portion size. During breakfast, we really appreciated your thoughtful attention to our grandchild. If we have a chance to visit Sendai again, we would definitely like to stay here again.
