During the summer holidays, we didn’t have plans to travel far, so we wanted to enjoy a vacation feel nearby and stayed here for the first time. With a location overlooking the airport, a comfortable Room, and a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, it was a wonderful stay. Given the location, there were many international guests and airline crew members, which made it feel like a little trip abroad. Thank you very much.

I visited Yufuin for the first time in a while. The newly renovated room was very clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. The bath in the room was Onsen, and I enjoyed it multiple times. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and highly satisfying. I would love to stay here again.

I made a Reservation simply to stay overnight. The Hotel staff were polite and helpful. I was happy to find welcome curry rice and drinks, and I also enjoyed the breakfast. The shower required adjusting the hot and cold water yourself to get the right temperature, so I was a bit surprised that this type still exists even today! I had a comfortable stay and thought it was a good Hotel.

I stayed for one night. The Room was spacious and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, and I was especially satisfied with the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options.

I love Okinawa and have stayed at many Hotels, and this was a truly wonderful Hotel. Since it has only just opened, I felt a bit uneasy after seeing some low-rated Reviews, but my stay was so good that I wanted to share my thoughts. Good points ◯The food is simply delicious. I had both dinner and breakfast, and everything was excellent. Dinner was a half-buffet and breakfast was a buffet; both offered a wide variety of dishes including Okinawan cuisine. The flavors were great across the board—honestly, it was so good that you might be more satisfied eating “Okinawan food” here than going out to restaurants. The fish main dish at dinner in particular was outstanding. ◯The Facilities are clean As it’s newly opened, everything is spotless. The interior design is tasteful, and the overall atmosphere is extremely comfortable. ◯Large public bath and sauna In addition to the large public bath, there is also a small sauna. I used them many times and felt very refreshed. ◯Indoor pool and outdoor pool available It’s not a large-scale Hotel, so the pools aren’t huge, but you can see the ocean from the outdoor pool, which was lovely. As mentioned above, because it isn’t a big Hotel, it’s designed as a relaxing space where you can truly take your time—and I found it very comfortable throughout my stay. It isn’t an oceanfront Accommodation, but the greenery visible from the breakfast area is beautiful and very soothing. All staff members were pleasant—not only at the front desk and restaurant, but also the international housekeeping staff. One thing to note: although this Hotel is on the west coast, you probably can’t see the sunset from your Room, so sunset lovers may want to keep that in mind. I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff at the reception and dining area were very helpful, the bath was spacious and clean, and the meals were delicious. Also, Hana-chan, the Accommodation’s character, appears in various places and is both soothing and informative with helpful comments, which made me feel that a lot of thought has gone into the details. I would love to stay here again.

A relatively affordable Hotel located right at the entrance to the pilgrimage route. One night with breakfast included. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was satisfying. For dinner, we relaxed and enjoyed eating out near the Hotel, choosing what we liked along with beer—making it feel like a stay with two meals included. We set off for our visit early the next morning, and were able to use the free parking lot next to the Hotel until close to noon, which let us enjoy our visit without rushing.

I’ve stayed here before—have the rooms been renovated? It felt like the bathrooms and other water areas were cleaner than last time, which made my stay very comfortable. I think the complimentary breakfast offers a satisfying amount and selection, especially for women. They also store luggage before check-in and after check-out, which is a huge help since the location near Ueno Station makes it easy to end up with lots of shopping bags. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

Thank you for the early check-in and late check-out, even though it was part of the Plan on IKYU. I had a very satisfying stay, enjoying a relaxing time within the Hotel. This was my third stay this year, and as always, the Room cleaning was impeccable. The Room itself is spacious and comfortable. I also appreciated being assigned to a quiet Room with a nice view as per my request; I love the bay window design. The meals were delicious again this time. The American clubhouse sandwich by the poolside was outstanding—especially on September 25th when it was made with an abundance of fillings; it was truly the best sandwich I've ever had in my life. The inari sushi bento from the Japanese restaurant that I took home also had excellent flavor and quality. What always stands out about this Hotel is how kind and friendly all staff members are—from those at reception to restaurant staff and even young pool attendants—all with warm smiles. This is one of the main reasons why I keep choosing this Hotel every time. I look forward to staying again during a period when the pool is open. My only request would be for you to consider keeping pool hours starting at 9:00 AM not just during high season but throughout all seasons.

Just 12 minutes by train from Kanazawa Station, with a free Shuttle Service from the station, it was a nearby Onsen. I had been curious about the “Tanbo-no-Yu” bath. It was a trip for three sisters in our 60s, and the open-air “Tanbo-no-Yu” bath was wonderful. Maybe because rice planting had just been done around the baths... the chorus of frogs created a great atmosphere. The meals were delicious as well. The staff were from overseas but spoke Japanese very well, and worked hard to provide warm hospitality. It’s an old Hotel with history, and as you walk through the building you can still see impressive old beams, a large cauldron once used to cook rice, and antique chests of drawers. Modernizing the Facility is nice too, but this Accommodation let us truly feel traditional Japanese charm. I think I would recommend it to international guests as well. The price was reasonable, and I will come again. Thank you very much.

The front desk staff were kind, there was a welcome drink, a large public bath, and breakfast—especially the curry—was delicious. When I checked in, the front desk staff said, “It was hot outside, wasn’t it? Please enjoy plenty of cold drinks,” which made me very happy. I went ahead and made my next Reservation right away. I’m looking forward to staying again.

We arrived by car. Before check-in, we went to confirm the parking, and the front desk staff kindly advised us that if we planned to take the car out after checking in, the affiliated parking lot would be best, but if not, a nearby coin-operated parking lot might be cheaper. Thanks to that advice, we were able to keep our parking fee low. Thank you very much. The drink service and complimentary breakfast also had a great selection and were delicious. The special dessert financier was especially tasty. We were also happy they had apples. The large public bath operates on a rotating schedule, and when it was the men’s time slot, there seemed to be too few washing stations. It looked like someone entered without washing first, which he found unpleasant. (This is not a complaint about the Hotel—more of an individual issue—but it would be nice if guests could be mindful.) Since there were three of us and we had a lot of luggage, it would have been even better if there had been a simple luggage rack or stand. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for taking care of us.

Reliable AZ With prices rising these days, this quality at this price! 6 nights in August 3 nights in September. Always reliable, no matter when I stay at AZ. In October, I’m going to the newly opened AZ Hotel in Okayama Prefecture (as posted inside the AZ Hotel) to have breakfast. The hot weather continues—wishing all staff good health and take care of yourselves.

Thank you for having me for one night. I had made a Reservation for a standard Room, but since rain was forecast, I changed to a Room with an open-air Onsen bath on the day. Choosing to soak at a slightly cooler temperature while listening to the rain turned out to be exactly right. The Room was well designed and functional, and I didn’t feel any particular inconvenience. If I had to name one thing I personally wished for, it would be a Bluetooth speaker—I wanted to play a little music, though that may be asking too much. I arrived before noon, left my luggage, and had lunch at “Saryo Sese” on the property (I had requested seats in advance). It’s not cheap, but it was relaxed and enjoyable. After that, I spent some time walking around the city and then checked in properly. The evening champagne free-flow was also wonderfully unhurried, and the rice crackers served as snacks were delicious. For dinner we ate at one of the Hotel restaurants as well; each dish had its own character, and it paired nicely with drinks. If anything, I only wished there were a bar in the Hotel—this is an Accommodation with an atmosphere where having somewhere for “one more drink” would fit perfectly. The area around the Hotel is very quiet too, so even a small bar could really change how you spend your time here. That said, given the location, waking up early to stroll toward Todai-ji in the calm morning is also lovely—and perhaps that kind of stay suits this Accommodation and setting better than staying up late. The concierge team helped me greatly throughout my stay. Overall it was an excellent Accommodation, and I’d love to return when I visit Nara again.

A cozy, family-run Onsen Accommodation with a warm atmosphere and a nostalgic Showa-era charm. The meals were outstanding, and the open-air bath was more than satisfying. The proprietress’s tea room next to the entrance was a relaxing space.

This was my first visit to Asamushi Onsen. Yanagi-no-Yu, with its rich history, had wonderfully hot water that I truly enjoyed. The building may be old, but it was impeccably clean, making for a comfortable stay. The friendly service made me feel at ease, almost like visiting relatives in Aomori. The grilled shellfish for breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the attentive care to ensure it didn’t burn. Thank you very much!

I usually stay for two nights, but this time I stayed for one night and was still able to relax at a comfortable pace. The beautiful hot spring left my skin glowing and smooth. With the carefully prepared meals, I felt I could spend my time in a healthy way. Next time, I’d like to stay for two nights and take it even slower.

I visited during Golden Week with two dogs. The Room was a Japanese-style room, but it was spacious and the dogs could run around. There is also a park nearby, and the Hotel is right in front of the quiet inner side of Amanohashidate, so it was great for peaceful walks. The meals were Japanese cuisine, and there was more than enough—we were completely full. There is also an open-air bath, and it was quiet and relaxing. It’s conveniently located close to both Ine’s Funaya boat houses and Amanohashidate, making them easy to visit.

My brother and I stayed here for the Gion Ato Festival. This was my second visit; the Room was quiet, and the front desk staff were very helpful. This time as well, my brother and I talked on the way to Kyoto Station about what a good Hotel it is. Thank you for your hospitality.
