This Hotel is in an easy-to-find location right outside Osaka Station’s West Exit. Osaka Station is complicated and I often get lost, but this time I didn’t. It’s also right next to KITTE Osaka, where the Sky Theater is located. It was convenient for shopping and dining between shows. Perfect convenience—100 points!

A compact Hotel in a great location near the station. The Room is on the small side, but it’s more than enough for a solo trip with no inconvenience. The front desk staff were pleasant, and the welcome services—drinks, bite-sized sweets, and evening ochazuke—were a nice touch. There’s also a wide selection of items available to borrow; I borrowed a ReFa hair dryer. At the entrance, there are several types of shampoo at the shampoo bar, and it was great that you can put your favorite into a small plastic cup to take with you. The breakfast was delicious too, though I found it slightly salty. I’d like to stay again.

It’s rare to find accommodation in Nagano Prefecture at this price on a weekend. Since it was Sunday morning, the breakfast area was crowded, but depending on the time, you should be able to eat without any issues. I was worried about the bunk bed, but once I fell asleep, it wasn’t a problem at all.

I have stayed here many times. The location, service, Room, cleanliness, and overall comfort are all outstanding—an excellent Hotel in every way!

We were very satisfied with both the atmosphere in the hotel and the meals! The stargazing tour was also great! One slightly disappointing point was that the time between dinner and the stargazing tour was short, so dinner felt a bit rushed. Dinner was at 18:00 and the meeting time for the stargazing tour was 19:20, so...

Conveniently located near Peace Memorial Park, with a bus stop right in front of the Hotel and frequent bus service to Hiroshima Station. The Facility is an older property, so some age is noticeable, but the twin room is spacious, with a separate bathroom and toilet and a sofa, making it very comfortable. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here the night before because I had errands for my child. Next door there’s Bamiyan and Gusto, and nearby there are a 7-Eleven, Yoshinoya, Sukiya, Cocochi, MOS Burger, and a ramen shop. For one night with two guests, you receive two frozen-meal vouchers at check-in. You can choose from mapo eggplant bento, meatball bento, curry, meat sauce pasta, or yaki udon. The free drink corner offers coffee only, but the machine brews each cup by drip and felt quite authentic. Amenities are next to the front desk; you take what you need yourself. The sleepwear was a gown type. Earplugs were also available. I don’t smoke, but the smoking area is outdoors. If it rains, you’ll likely need an umbrella to smoke. Parking right in front of the Room is very convenient. Check-out was easy too—just drop the card-style room key into the post box outside the front desk and leave. Once inside the Room it’s so comfortable you forget you’re in a container unit; however, because the window is small and doesn’t open much, there was a slight lack-of-ventilation smell in the Room. Since there’s an air purifier provided, it may be best to run it on full power. In the bathroom there were shampoo, conditioner, body soap, foaming face & hand wash (foam), bath towels, and face towels. Inside the Room there were about five hangers; TV channels were terrestrial digital only. Wi‑Fi is also available. I avoided an “issue” Room type (“wake ari”), so there was no vibration or noise for me at all. At Bamiyan next door I sat at a seat closest to Route 1 (the main road), and it shook like an earthquake every time a truck passed—so I’m glad I chose a non-“wake ari” Room along the road side as well. It’s casual and inexpensive, so I’d like to use other Hotel R9 locations in other areas again if I have the chance."""

The Facility and service were excellent, and it’s a place where I’d like to stay one more night or visit again. This is a recommended Accommodation. Unfortunately, there were two issues: 1. The shower in Room 106 had almost no water pressure, so I couldn’t wash my hair. I went somewhere else in the middle of the night to wash my hair. I would like enough water pressure in the Room shower to be able to wash my hair. 2. There was no lobby with staff on site at the Accommodation; if anything happened, I was told to scan a QR code and talk via smartphone. However, I could not access the system from my phone no matter how many times I tried. Even though I went there to relax, I had to struggle for a long time with setting up a smartphone system that didn’t work. Please place a telephone in the Room.

Since it was a weekday, we were able to enjoy the Onsen almost as if it were private, and the water temperature was perfect—wonderful. The food was delicious, and the portions were just right; we were very satisfied. Many of the staff were pleasant as well, and we would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Despite being located almost directly connected to the station, you won’t hear train noise. Just pass through the underpass beneath the tracks to reach a large supermarket, which is very convenient. There are separate large public baths for men and women, and a coin laundry in the changing area. The breakfast buffet includes Western options such as bread, but I was grateful to find locally sourced items like herring kelp rolls and kamaboko (fish cake).

I arrived by motorcycle, and they kindly allowed me to park right by the entrance. The meals were very delicious and felt luxurious for the price. The open-air bath was a little on the cool side, but overall it was a relaxing, indulgent break that really soothed my touring fatigue. Everyone was very friendly, and it’s an inn I’d love to visit again.

I didn’t have much time to relax on this trip, but I was very satisfied with the courteous service despite my late-night check-in.

All the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, friendly, and wonderful!! Even though it was very reasonably priced, the Room was clean, there was a private bath, a relaxing area with manga and games, free drinks, a microwave, and access to the rooftop—our kids were delighted! Overall it was compact and easy to get around, making it very comfortable to stay! This time we booked No Meals Included, but next time we’d like to come back and relax with meals included as well! Thank you very much!

I went with modest expectations because the dinner buffet offered all-you-can-eat crab, but it exceeded them. There were surprisingly large crab legs, pork and beef shabu-shabu, and teppanyaki. It also included all-you-can-drink beer and local sake, which delighted my wife, who loves both crab and drinks.\nThe Onsen was excellent. The Room was old, but the tatami mats had been replaced, so we stayed comfortably.\nI would love to visit again during the autumn foliage season.

The Onsen was wonderful. We couldn’t finish all the meals. We’d like to stay again.

Overall, I’m very satisfied. It’s close to the station, has EV charging, and the breakfast is delicious. The bed firmness is just right, and the pillows are great. My only complaint is that the bath water was lukewarm and there’s no sauna. That’s a personal preference, so it’s not a big deal. I’ll stay here again!

Because we had such a wonderful stay last year with my preschool-aged child, this year the three of us—including my husband—stayed again. On the first day, we played at Toy Kingdom nearby. We entered at 1:00 PM, and the park closed at 5:00 PM that day, so it felt like there wasn’t enough time to do everything. There were athletic activities, rides, and events as well, and we had a very fulfilling time. As for the dinner buffet, there were plenty of kid-friendly options again, so we were very satisfied! The roast beef, seasonal pasta (soy milk lemon), and Basque cheesecake were especially delicious. My child was thrilled to find sushi, hamburg steak, and straight-cut fries and ate until completely full. We were also surprised to see watermelon even though it was October—my child went back for seconds. The milk was tasty too; they drank a lot of it. During other times, we enjoyed the mystery-solving activity included in our plan as well as fireworks. Even inside the hotel we didn’t have enough time—we kept having strategy meetings like “What should we do next?” With one night including two meals for three people plus fireworks and Toy Kingdom tickets included in the plan, JPY 37,000 is an incredible value. At other hotels we often end up with nothing to do after check-in and spend time feeling bored, but here you can truly have a packed and enjoyable stay. Also, in August I booked through another site but had to cancel on the day due to my child not feeling well. When I called the hotel that morning, the front desk staff handled it very kindly. Thank you again for your help then. We will definitely stay again next year!

I booked my first glamping stay to coincide with a meteor shower. During the BBQ, the staff came around and we enjoyed chatting, making it a really fun day. The creative options at the vegetable market, roasting marshmallows over the campfire, and stargazing were all amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t see any meteors, but we did get to watch a procession of deer in the middle of the night. However, it was far too cold at night and I couldn’t fall asleep, so warm clothing is essential in this season. I struggled a bit with making up the bed. Breakfast also turned out well.

The meals were exceptionally delicious and luxurious. Choosing this option was absolutely the right decision! The room was clean, and a Dyson humidifier was provided, so I stayed very comfortably. The amenities were well stocked, and I was happy they had Sekkisei. There were many kinds of bath salts, and it was fun choosing one. All the towels—even the hand towels served with meals—were Imabari towels. At the vending machines on the 4th floor, you could buy beer, chu-hai, and highballs in addition to soft drinks. When I visit again, I’d love to stay here again—it’s an Accommodation I’d also recommend to others.

The room was beautifully maintained and thoroughly cleaned, with a refreshing sense of cleanliness in every corner, making it truly comfortable. The views of nature and the hot spring town from the window were soothing as well—I was able to relax right after arriving. 2. Dining: Exceptional cuisine showcasing seasonal flavors Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely satisfying! Each meal featured plenty of fresh local ingredients and seasonal specialties, and you can tell every dish is prepared with great care. Beautifully presented and full of flavor, it was delicious enough to leave both my stomach and my heart completely satisfied. 3. Hot Springs: You’ll feel it immediately—silky-smooth skin after bathing When it comes to Yumeryutan, the hot springs are a must. The water is soft and gentle on the skin, and as soon as I stepped out of the bath I could feel how smooth and supple my skin had become. Soaking in the open-air bath while listening to the river’s gentle flow was pure bliss—so relaxing you’ll want to stay in longer.
