This was our family’s first trip to Sendai. It was also our first time staying here, and it had a charm that felt different from international hotel chains. The staff were extremely courteous, which made us feel at ease throughout our stay. Our child is no longer an infant, but we were impressed that the baby food service was properly divided into stages. If I come to Sendai again for work, I would like to stay here again.

It’s one stop from Kyoto Station, but it’s surprisingly quiet at night for being so close. For travelers with a packed sightseeing schedule, the access might feel a bit inconvenient. The property is clean, and the room is comfortable. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but on our previous stay it was delicious with a wide variety of options. This time was a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights). We will stay again.

The Hotel is large, and the Facilities are well equipped. Meals are buffet only, and the seafood is especially delicious. However, because they seem to operate with a small staff for efficiency, dining hours are quite limited—18:00–20:30 for dinner and 7:00–9:00 for breakfast—and they start clearing away immediately when time is up. I understand this may be unavoidable in Shiretoko, but it was surprising at first since it’s uncommon at other Onsen Hotels. It’s appreciated that the baths are available all night. The Onsen was also very relaxing.

Perfect in every way! The best value for money I’ve ever had. The Room was spacious and spotless. The fridge had a freezer, there was also a microwave, and the toilet was clean. The in-room bath was amazing, with a great view! The meals offered a good variety, which we really enjoyed.

I’ve stayed at several Kuretake Inn Hotels, and the ones with the “Premium” name are consistently comfortable with no real issues. The Kuretake Inn near Fukuroi Station is simple, very clean, and excellent. Breakfast is also plentiful and filling. Highly recommended.

I stayed here to cheer on my daughter at a track and field meet. It was my first time in Kure City, and the location was excellent—easy access to sightseeing spots, restaurants, and cafés—so I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was wonderful and delicious; I was especially happy they had okonomiyaki. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

My biggest concern was that the Hotel had been renovated. When I looked into its history, I learned it is a building with real historical value. I felt vaguely uneasy at first, but reading the Reviews put my mind at ease. I was also curious about what “EM” meant, but I didn’t look it up and figured I’d find out once I arrived. After making my Reservation, I started noticing that “fermentation” is surprisingly common in everyday life. I hadn’t had many chances to stay here before, but this time I decided to book a stay. It was far more comfortable than expected, and staying here was absolutely the right choice. The view from the Room was amazing—because it’s on higher ground, you can see far into the distance. I could even see the expressway I usually drive on without thinking about it, and beyond that, there was a view of the sea. The Room is cleaned using EM as well, and it made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. What impressed me most was the food. It wasn’t just an ordinary buffet; everything seemed thoughtfully designed with health in mind, and EM is used too—I genuinely felt refreshed from within. The dishes also had a wonderful homemade quality, and every item tasted great with real ingredients you could appreciate. It almost makes me regret not coming sooner. The large public bath was spacious and relaxing, with no crowds, so I could unwind at my own pace. It soothed both body and mind. What surprised me most was how warmly each staff member welcomed guests. They supported one another as a team and treated guests with simple, genuine consideration. Unlike many other Hotels where service can feel formal or scripted, their hospitality felt truly personal—and that made all the difference. This stay was so wonderful that it’s a Hotel where I definitely want to return. If you’re unsure about booking Accommodation here, I highly recommend experiencing it at least once.

The location was reasonably convenient, the property was clean, and I especially felt the staff’s service was excellent. On the other hand, I occasionally noticed an unpleasant odor in the unit bathroom in my room, so that affected my rating (it smelled like a drain odor backing up).

Stayed on the 11th-floor ladies-only floor. The view was great, and the Room had a calm atmosphere, so I had a very comfortable stay. The two paintings were lovely, and I felt the colors and materials of the furnishings, along with the soft warm lighting, were thoughtfully designed for women. The female staff member at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. This is a Hotel I would like to use again.

The meals were excellent. The room and the bath were also wonderful. However, the parking area is on a slope, which was difficult for my grandmother. We liked it so much that we made another reservation for February. We will be visiting from Yamanashi.

On my solo refresh trip, I chose the Onomichi, Ikuchijima, and Mihara area and stayed at Super Hotel for the first time. Check-in was smooth—I didn’t need to fill out any paperwork; I just entered my name on a tablet. There was no physical key either; it was a keypad entry system using a PIN code. They also offered welcome drinks, and even though it’s a Business Hotel, it has a natural Onsen. The bath area was very clean, and since there happened to be no other guests at the time, I could enjoy it like a private bath and truly relax. The free breakfast had just the right variety, and I was very satisfied. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

I was very satisfied with this excellent Hotel. The morning curry and risotto, as well as the late-night noodles, were outstanding. I also enjoyed free soft drinks and alcohol. The amenities were well stocked, and they stored my luggage free of charge until the end of the checkout day. The staff were very helpful—they even looked for a place where I could get my broken watch strap replaced, which was a huge help. Thank you very much.

This was my first time arriving at Kagoshima-Chuo Station by Shinkansen, and the location was close and reassuring. They also kindly stored my luggage after checkout, which was very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

Magnificent views of Mt. Fuji and a stylish Fuji Onsen, conveniently located with easy access from the interchange. The Room was clean, and we were very satisfied. On the way back, we enjoyed strawberry picking at a nearby farm called Agri Monster.

I made a Reservation at this Hotel for a concert at Kyocera Dome and stayed here. It was very comfortable, and the location was excellent. There are many stylish cafes and great restaurants nearby, so I really enjoyed it and would like to stay here again. Thank you to all the Hotel staff for your kindness.

I stayed here last year as well and was happy that the large public bath wasn’t crowded. It’s also great value—close to the station and affordable even with breakfast included—so I chose to stay again this time. The bed felt firm, so I requested a mattress topper, and at check-in I was surprised to be told that since I had made the same request last year, they had already prepared a Room with it in place. Since this is a business hotel, I honestly wasn’t expecting this kind of thoughtful service, but I was truly impressed. This time there seemed to be fewer tourists as well, so the hallways were quiet and I slept very well. I often stay at other chain business hotels too, but this kind of consideration—based on past records—is something I’ve only experienced at 4- or 5-star hotels. Thank you very much.

I stayed here as a base for sightseeing in Matsuyama. It offers great access to the airport, Matsuyama Castle, Dogo Onsen, and the downtown area. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes—just as expected—and I was very satisfied. Above all, the staff’s respectful sense of distance and thoughtful attention made my stay especially comfortable. This was my first time staying at Dormy Inn, and I was very satisfied. The service, breakfast, and location were all excellent, and it was also very convenient to have free coin-operated laundry machines in the large public baths for both men and women. (Drying costs 100 yen for 20 minutes.) I would definitely like to stay here again.

I stayed one night during the last day of Silver Week with a “room assigned by the Hotel” plan. This was my first time using the West Exit location in front of the station. It’s close to the station, and the Hotel itself is very new. The in-room TV was huge, the desk was spacious, and there was also an air purifier for house dust and pollen removal. Breakfast was an all-you-can-eat buffet with plenty of healthy options such as Kanazawa curry, tuna sashimi, unlimited grated yam (tororo), kinpira burdock, broccoli, and more. It was definitely better than the famous top-tier Hotels nearby that charge higher Accommodation Fees. When I chose the “room assigned by the Hotel” plan this time… unbelievably, I was shown to a triple Room on the top 12th floor with a view of Kanazawa’s night skyline! I felt incredibly lucky and got really excited. Getting such a spacious suite-like Room at such a low price felt like winning the lottery. The Room was clean, and I slept amazingly well on fluffy Simmons beds with great pressure-relieving mattresses—perfect for recovering from travel fatigue. On top of that, all front desk staff greeted me with smiles and were happy to help; their service made me think to myself, “Booking this Hotel was absolutely the right choice!” (with an inner fist pump). The parking lot directly behind is capped at just 500 yen within 24 hours. This truly is a Smile Hotel that lives up to its name—everything exceeded expectations in so many pleasantly surprising ways! Then after breakfast and a hot coffee, I went to hand my Room key back at reception before heading home—and they told me: “A foreign tourist who stayed here last night found this driver’s license dropped in the parking lot next to the Hotel and brought it to us.” I was shocked! I hadn’t noticed at all that I had dropped my license outside. What a kind inbound traveler! I wanted to thank them, but there were so many foreign guests that I couldn’t tell who it was… The warm smile of the lovely female front desk staff member who returned what had been entrusted to her right as I was leaving became a lifelong memory for me. When I go to Kanazawa again, I will definitely make another Reservation at this Hotel. Thank you very much for your kind support and for sharing everyone’s warm smiles. It made for a wonderful ending to my Silver Week trip—I felt truly refreshed.

We had a truly wonderful time. The homemade-style meals, the thoughtfully prepared Room and space, and the open-air bath while listening to the sound of the waves were all exceptional. The all-inclusive plan was very satisfying. And we were deeply moved by the former proprietress’s storytelling. It reminded us to feel grateful once again for being alive—being allowed to live—here and now. Thank you very much. This is a highly recommended Accommodation.
