We stayed here during the Obon holidays—this was our second visit. Last time we stayed in Building 1, and this time in Building 2. It was very stylish, and the living room was spacious, so we were able to relax with our dog. On the day, we brought our own ingredients for a BBQ and asked them to handle all the setup, which made it comfortable and enjoyable to dine. It was quiet at night, so we slept well and had a great morning. For breakfast, since it was our second stay, they upgraded it for us; everything—from the bread to the butter—was carefully selected and absolutely delicious. The Room was also thoroughly cleaned down to every corner, giving a great sense of cleanliness and making our stay very comfortable. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you very much!

I was disappointed by the limited number of dishes. In particular, the menu didn’t pair well with bread.

While there are many new and spotless Hotels these days, an unpretentious, good old-fashioned Accommodation like this is truly relaxing. It’s in a quiet area and close to Cape Irago, making it a perfect base for going to see the sunrise in the morning. I ended up checking in late, but they welcomed me warmly with a casual “Feel free to use the bath,” which was a relief. The owner’s courteous guidance—attentive yet comfortably not intrusive—suited the atmosphere of this Accommodation perfectly. With a convenience store right across the street, it wasn’t inconvenient at all, and I think it’s a great fit for touring trips or solo travel as well. Rather than being flashy, it was the kind of Accommodation that makes you think, “This is exactly what I need.”

I stayed here for one night on the second night of my five-night solo trip to Kusatsu Onsen from Fukuoka, and I’m glad I was able to get a Reservation. I had heard that Kusatsu Onsen has various types of spring water, so I chose this Ryokan because it has a great reputation for its water quality and allows solo guests to enjoy the Onsen. Just as expected, the Onsen was truly wonderful, and I enjoyed soaking many times. I also visited several public baths—hot, tingling springs like Jizo-no-Yu felt great—but Gokurakukan’s comfortably warm Onsen was perfect for a long soak. It’s also recommended for those who don’t like very hot water. Towels were available in the Room as well as in the changing area by the bath, which was very convenient. Another nice point was being able to go to the Onsen without passing through the front desk, making it easy even early in the morning. The Room was clean, and the toilet was exceptionally spotless. I was happy to find Matsumura manju served with tea snacks. The free breakfast was delicious—the bread was wonderfully chewy. I also had dinner at the restaurant on the second floor; both the curry doria and carrot salad were excellent. At check-out, the owner and staff kindly gave me detailed sightseeing tips around Kusatsu. Thanks to them, I learned about Jigokudani Monkey Park in Nagano Prefecture and went there using car sharing. After waiting about 30 minutes, I was lucky enough to see monkeys soaking in an Onsen—it was amazing. The next day, I used car sharing again and enjoyed Ikaho’s hot spring buns and Mizusawa udon as well. It became a truly memorable solo trip. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and next time I’d love to stay with my family—thank you very much.

My children stayed at the Accommodation with their father for the first time. They said the food was delicious and their stay was comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and they couldn’t set off the fireworks they had been looking forward to, but it still seems to have become a wonderful memory. If we have the opportunity, we would love to visit again.

We stayed here with two people for an overnight snowboarding trip to Tengendai Kogen Ski Resort. After a full day on the slopes, they served us must-have snacks for drinks, and we enjoyed a toast. Then we took a bath; the tub is a bit small for two adults at once, but taking turns was no problem. They also make sure guests don’t overlap. The dinner menu that day featured Yonezawa’s specialty Yoshitsune-yaki (Genghis Khan), and there were also appetizers like oden and pork miso soup—satisfaction level 120%! After returning to the Room, there wasn’t much to do, so I thought it would be nice to have at least a TV. Still, we had another satisfying breakfast the next morning, enjoyed coffee, and headed to the slopes with plenty of time—no need to line up for the ropeway. We’ll definitely stay again.

The view from the Room was wonderful, with beautiful scenery such as Okazaki Castle and the river. The breakfast selection was extensive, with many healthy options that helped soothe my tired body. The bath also had a great view, and I was able to relax. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

I checked in around 9:00 PM. With pre-check-in, everything went smoothly and I was able to enter my Room right away. A washing machine (with detergent provided) and a dryer were also available in the shared area, and since it was raining that day, I really appreciated being able to wash and dry my wet clothes and socks immediately! I was exhausted, so I brought in some simple convenience store food, and I was very grateful that a microwave and an electric kettle were available in the shared area as well! I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Osaka! Nearby, I also found a public bathhouse and some great-looking independently owned restaurants, so next time I'd like to check in earlier and try them out!

It was a truly enjoyable trip with our dog. The warm hospitality, delicious meals, and silky-smooth Onsen made us very satisfied. We were surprised at how luxurious the dog meal was! Thank you very much. The Room air conditioner felt a little weak... probably because the Room is spacious. I understand it can’t be helped in this extreme heat, though. We look forward to visiting again.

Even though we eat a lot, the portion size was very satisfying. Everything was delicious! We’d love to visit again during crab season!

With only up to seven Rooms, it wasn’t crowded, and I was able to relax and unwind in the Onsen in peace. The service was polite and very good. Please note that amenities are available for a fee (toothbrush: 100 yen, yukata: 500 yen, etc.). Meals are not included, but there is a kitchen space where you can cook freely. It would have been even better if the Room had something like Febreze.

We stayed here with our beloved dog, who is 16 years and 8 months old! The friendly owner chatted with us in such a fun way, and we were very satisfied with the meals. It was especially appreciated because there aren’t many Accommodations where you can dine together with your dog. There was also an electric kettle and drip coffee set up near our Room, which was a nice touch. The bath was a brown Onsen rich in iron. The tiled design had a charming atmosphere—it's a bit chilly at first, but then you stay warm for a long time. It was truly a comfortable Accommodation. We’d love to visit again if we have the chance.

My wife and I stayed here on a trip for two. Since it had just opened, we were excited to see what kind of Hotel it would be—but it far exceeded our expectations! I even found myself asking the manager, “Are you sure this price is okay?” (laugh) - Sauna access 24/7, and couples can use it together - The cold plunge is ice-cold (set to 15°C) - The breeze is wonderful, and the outdoor relaxation area feels amazing - ReFa hair dryer and shower head Being able to go out whenever we want without being tied to set times is also great—personally, it made the stay very comfortable. We’ve visited Miyakojima several times, but I don’t think there’s any other Hotel with a system like this. Honestly, even across Japan, it’s probably rare. My wife—who doesn’t usually use saunas—loved it too, and we went in together many times. It’s been a while since I found a Hotel that made me think, “I want to stay here again.” Thank you for taking care of us—we’ll be back!

They said the breakfast and dinner were delicious. It was also very convenient for going to the beach (paid parking for cars). The staff were kind. The Room was spacious, and they said the view was great. They said it offered excellent value for money and was the best. Thank you very much.

I stayed with the No Meals Included plan. I relaxed in the large public bath, enjoyed some sparkling wine, and checked out at 11:00. I slept soundly, and it made for a wonderful trip.

I was a little worried because it’s unmanned, but I received an email and a phone call in advance, which put me at ease. It’s more of a Room than a Hotel. I only went there to sleep, but I wish I had arrived earlier! The Room is clean and comfortable. The entrance has an automatic lock, so it’s best to have your smartphone screen ready before you get there. I fumbled with it outside. The toothbrush comes with toothpaste on it, so since I always brush at night and in the morning, I thought it might be nice to have a small tube of toothpaste as well. Also, I’d like a chair in the bathroom.

It suddenly turned into a long weekend, so I went to Ryujin Onsen, which I’d been curious about for a while. Since there’s nothing around, I brought my own ingredients and drinks and relaxed. The shared kitchen was clean and easy to use. The Room was a bit old, but it was also well cleaned and comfortable. The toilets were shared, but they were modern Western-style with a washlet and felt brand new, so they were pleasant to use. The main bath was very close by, and I really enjoyed being able to enter for free as many times as I wanted as a guest. The winding mountain road made the drive tiring, but I’d like to come back again to unwind.

The Room was clean and comfortable, so I was very satisfied. The bathroom also felt new and was spotless. It was very convenient with the station and Seiyu supermarket nearby, and I also liked the view from the window, so I plan to stay again.

The reception staff and housekeeping were all very pleasant, and the Room was clean and comfortable, allowing for a quiet stay. It is close to the station, with a supermarket, market, and convenience store nearby. Even during the Nebuta season, it was only about a 15-minute walk to the venue—an excellent location overall. I’m glad I stayed here.
