After the Obon holidays, my spouse and I stayed at this Prince Hotel to relax. 　As always, we enjoyed watching Tokyo Tower in the distance, along with the Shinkansen and the Keikyu Line, and felt like kids again. 　What impressed us most was dinner at the Chinese restaurant—wonderful dishes that made the most of fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, with excellent flavor and generous portions. 　We enjoyed it at a leisurely pace with draft beer. 　We were also worried about breakfast crowds, but we were seated smoothly and fully enjoyed the lavish buffet. 　Good food makes you happy. 　Thank you very much. We will be back again.

We stayed here as a family of three during the summer holidays. I often visit the Chunichi Building, and the 7th-floor restaurants and observation terrace have long been favorite spots, so I wanted to stay at the Hotel as well. The view from the front desk was wonderful—you can overlook Sakae and even see as far as Nagoya. Depending on the Room, you may get that same view, but our Room faced the opposite side, with views toward landmarks such as Higashiyama Tower. Even so, it was still a great view and we enjoyed it fully. As it is a new Hotel, we were very satisfied with both the design and comfort. The Room and bathroom were spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably. We also appreciated how crafts showcasing artisan techniques from the Tokai and Hokuriku regions were incorporated throughout. In particular, I love Arimatsu shibori dyeing, so I was happy to see it used for items such as cushion covers in both the front desk area and our Room. My husband used the bar and said it was great. We felt this is an Accommodation we could confidently recommend to international guests as well. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed in the Moon Room on a solo trip. Due to various circumstances, I made a Reservation after 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, and with the same-day discount it was a great deal. Since my expected arrival time was set for 10:00 PM, the Accommodation contacted me, and their warm and kind response raised my expectations. I arrived just before the welcome drink service ended. Soaking in the iconic footbath, I enjoyed sparkling wine poured generously. The Room was more than spacious enough for one person, and although I initially thought the Onsen on the terrace might be small from the photos, it was also plenty for one. It’s a circulated bath from Kiga Onsen, but for someone like me who prefers hotter water, it was just right—and it warmed me up so much that I started sweating. The door from the Room to the terrace is accordion-style, so after daybreak I left it fully open all morning—it felt wonderful. The open-air bath at the large public bath uses free-flowing spring water from Owakudani. As someone who likes Kusatsu and Manza, I felt the sulfur scent was mild, but I still really enjoyed the milky-white water. However, it was unpleasant to have long hairs and fallen leaves cling to my body. In addition to the powder corner in the large public bath area, there is also a separate powder room with a ReFa hair dryer, a Panasonic hair iron, and a Panasonic facial steamer. Since I had been considering buying them anyway, it was great to be able to try them out. (For reference, the hair dryers in the large public bath were Dyson.) There were many negative Reviews online so I felt nervous until actually staying here, but it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. I’m also interested in one of their higher-category detached Rooms (annex), so I’d love to visit again.

* The parking lot is a coin-operated parking facility that photographs your license plate number. You can receive a discount ticket at the front desk; use it at the payment machine to make parking free. (I didn’t understand how to do this and, during a September event, parked for 14 hours and ended up paying ¥4,000 with no maximum cap. I recommend confirming the procedure in advance…) Other - There is a container labeled “Front,” where you can pick up amenities (towels are in the Room). - The Room has plywood finishes with a pleasant scent, and the warm-toned lighting creates a relaxing atmosphere. For this price, having an in-room washing machine and microwave—and plenty of space—makes it great value for money!

This was my first time staying here.\nIt’s close to the station, and the property was clean and well maintained.

The Facility and amenities were clean. All the staff were friendly and made our stay comfortable. Two of the four elevators were out of service due to maintenance, so the wait was long, but that couldn’t be helped. Meals were served buffet-style. The local seafood was delicious! Perhaps the timing was right, and I was able to stay at a very good rate. Because of that, even though it was a bit far from the station, it didn’t bother me at all at this price. The Room was clean, there were no noise issues, and I had a peaceful stay. I also appreciated the complimentary selection of several types of tea. If the conditions are similar, I would like to stay again next time.

Although this was a business trip, the bath, meals, and complimentary drink service were all very comfortable. In addition, my Reservation became complicated due to multiple changes in the number of guests, but the front desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous over the phone. If I have a chance to visit the area again, I would like to stay here.

The front desk staff were very helpful. I stayed long-term, and the Room on the side away from Route 170 was quiet, even on the upper floors. I could hardly hear any noise from the neighboring Rooms.\nThere are supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient.\nYou can buy drinks in front of the front desk, but it would be helpful to have a vending machine inside the Accommodation.

On my trip to Yamanashi, I stayed for two nights because I was attracted by the idea of enjoying an Onsen in the Room. The large public bath was enjoyable, with differences in the hot spring water between each tub. However, as others have pointed out, it was disappointing that it cannot be used in the morning. That said, I was very satisfied because I could use the Onsen in my Room at any time. The Facility has a bit of a Showa-era feel, but it wasn’t inconvenient. One downside was that the air conditioner in the Room didn’t work very well, which felt slightly inconvenient during the daytime.

I’m very pleased that this Business Hotel offers such a great selection of amenities. I will definitely stay here again.

I often visit Fukuoka on business, and this was my first time staying here. It’s a bit of a walk from Tenjin Station, but still within a reasonable distance. Above all, I enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options. I didn’t have much time on this trip due to work, but as the name suggests, the Hotel has an impressive collection of manga—perfect for manga lovers. The amenity bar, which is common these days, was also great.

An Onsen-loving couple. We found it the same day and made a last-minute Reservation. A detached Room with both an indoor bath and an open-air bath (of course, both are Onsen). At first, the main building looked like it had been renovated… and the detached unit, with its golden torii gate, felt a bit questionable… We wondered if we’d made a mistake. But that first impression was completely wrong. The Hotel staff seemed to be from overseas, but they were pleasant, explained everything clearly, and were friendly and kind. The detached Room had everything we needed—nothing to complain about. It’s No Meals Included, but delivery is OK and there’s a microwave. We considered going out to eat, but since we wanted to soak in the Onsen repeatedly and relax, we bought locally sourced sashimi and sushi at a nearby supermarket and ate in the Room. Without worrying about anyone else, we went into the Onsen over and over—back and forth between the indoor bath and the open-air bath… I’ve lost count of how many times. The fridge has separate freezer/refrigerator compartments, so we could even buy ice cream and store it. The free Onsen-boiled eggs were great—we had several—and they were really delicious. Plates and chopsticks for meals were also provided. You can adjust the water temperature to your liking, and the Room size was more than enough for two. Some Reviews mentioned that the Room was dark or that there were no loungewear/pajamas, but it wasn’t dark at all—and loungewear was provided. If I had to mention one thing: the wooden wall around the open-air bath has some peeling discoloration here and there, with a few spots that look worn/rotted. It’s probably unavoidable due to Onsen minerals; it would be perfect if maintenance reached every detail. Still, they do seem to maintain it regularly—it may just happen quickly because of mineral buildup—so it’s within an acceptable range. We loved everything about our stay. We’ll be back.

The sink was a bit shallow, which made it slightly difficult to wash up. However, the bathroom felt spacious since there was no bathtub. I wished the meals had a bit more variety. Still, they kindly accommodated my request for hot tea and provided efficient service, which was pleasant to see. I was very satisfied with the hospitality!

I’m enjoying retirement and return to Japan twice a year (we usually live in Los Angeles), spending a month visiting Onsens with my American husband. His favorite is a famous Accommodation in Kinosaki Onsen, but even he said the food here was exceptionally delicious. We enjoyed two days of truly tasty meals—not just generous portions and many dishes, but outstanding flavor—and it made for a very satisfying Onsen trip. Transportation was inconvenient, but the food was so good it made us forget the inconvenience! Also, as coffee lovers, this was the first time we’ve been able to enjoy authentic coffee at an Onsen Ryokan. This is an Onsen Accommodation we definitely want to stay at again every year before our trip to Kinosaki Onsen. Also, the shampoo and conditioner in the Onsen smelled wonderful and left my color-treated hair smooth—I was very happy with them! Compared with Kinosaki Onsen, the proprietress and staff here were incredibly kind. I hope everyone gets to enjoy the same positive experience we did.

We coordinated our sons’ schedules after a busy summer and made a Reservation here because it’s pet-friendly and offers a pool, sauna, and BBQ. We requested BBQ for two days, and they kindly adjusted the selection of meat and seafood, and even changed the vegetables for both the BBQ and breakfast on the second day—such thoughtful attention was truly appreciated. There were plenty of vegetables provided, along with helpful seasonings you’re glad to have on hand, so we had a very comfortable stay. Because our stay was so pleasant, we immediately made another Reservation for year-end! Thank you very much for all your help. We look forward to staying again.

The staff's response was excellent. Upon arrival, I was able to change from a smoking Room to a non-smoking Room. They also recommended some nearby shops.
