This time, I stayed with my son’s family and my two baby grandchildren. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so considerate toward the babies. The Room was very clean, the beds were fluffy and comfortable, and I slept well; the linens also felt high quality. We could see the fireworks at DisneySea from the Room, which made my grandchildren very happy. It was a wonderful stay—fun and truly restful. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for a friend’s birthday. The food was delicious, and the place was spacious and wonderful! Above all, the Onsen had a great variety, was clean, and helped me feel refreshed! However, it was a bit disappointing to find some hair in the Room and one of the lights wasn’t working. Other than that, I had a really great stay! Thank you very much! Next time I come back, I’d like to stay in a larger Room!

It was close to Disney and reasonably priced, so we chose to stay here. The Room was clean, and having the bath and toilet separate was great. I thought it would have been even better if there had been a chair in the bathroom. I’d like to stay here again when visiting Disney.

I stayed here on the first night of my 3-night trip and liked it so much that I returned for the third night. It was truly wonderful. Thank you for your hospitality. The Room on the third night was different from the first, but both Rooms were clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here again. I made a Reservation for a concert day at Tokyo Opera City in Hatsudai, and it was great to be able to walk back. The next day, I could also walk to Shinjuku Station, which was very convenient. I slept so soundly that I overslept.

This was our third stay. There is a dedicated entrance for dogs, so we were able to relax without worrying about other guests. Since it was the Obon holiday, there were events, and perhaps some guests went out leaving their dogs behind, so we were slightly bothered by a neighboring dog barking. We also noticed some footsteps from small children, but our timid dog didn’t seem too concerned and appeared to relax comfortably. Fireworks went up close to the window, and being able to watch them with our dog from a cool room felt like a dream. The meals were delicious and generously portioned—we were very satisfied. Thank you very much. We’re looking forward to coming again.

It was a very satisfying one-night stay. The buffet was great, and I was very satisfied with the reasonable rate for the Room. The view was nice, the building is large, and overall it was very good. However, I tried to pay the Hot Spring Tax for two Rooms as instructed (“Welcome drink available free of charge”), but after tapping the tag and hearing the beep, it immediately moved to the payment screen. I then tapped the second Room’s tag and heard another beep, so I paid by card and thought everything was fine—but later found out that the Hot Spring Tax for the second Room had not been completed. Not realizing this was somewhat disappointing. The Room reserved on Yahoo Travel suited me perfectly...

All the staff were extremely courteous, and we had a very comfortable stay. The meals were delicious, and the private open-air bath was especially relaxing and wonderful. The complimentary services were also excellent, so we enjoyed our time in the property as well. They kindly recommended places to visit for our planned Kanazawa sightseeing the next day, which made it even more enjoyable.

This was my first stay on Kohama Island, and it was extremely comfortable. I believe this was thanks to the staff’s local knowledge and attentive service. The Room was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. For both breakfast and dinner, I was able to enjoy the buffet without waiting. The Shuttle Service to the beach and back to the Room was smooth and stress-free, with outstanding hospitality! The pool right next to the beach is fantastic! This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again when I visit Kohama Island!

Even if you don’t pay much attention to it, business trips often end up concentrated in certain cities or areas. Last year, I found myself in Kobe so often that I even ended up with a favorite spot in the city (laughs). This year, for some reason, I’ve been repeatedly sent to Okayama and Kurashiki without really knowing why. So this time, this is the Accommodation we chose. I had made a Reservation for a Superior Twin Room, but it seems the dates coincided with high business demand and many solo guests. Since my wife and I were staying together, we were upgraded to a Premium Room. The Hotel stands at an intersection right in front of the station, and we were given a corner room facing the recessed section of the building. The windows stretch surprisingly far from left to right, offering an outstanding station-front view that makes you feel like a local lord surveying your domain. Because of the irregular layout there are some awkward spaces here and there, but since it was a complimentary upgrade, it’s something to be grateful for. The bathroom was also upgraded from a standard unit bath to one with a separate washing area, making for a much more relaxing bath time. After sleeping soundly in the spacious Room, it was time for breakfast. Served on the reception floor, it features many small dishes; arranging them on the provided tray makes for an especially photogenic spread. Of course, there are also local specialties such as shrimp rice. The after-meal coffee is properly drip-brewed as well. As my wife and I enjoyed everything—saying “so good” over and over—I happened to glance out the window and realized the view was exactly the same as from our Room (laughs). Since our Room was upgraded this time, my overall impression may be slightly biased upward—but with direct underground access connecting to the station area shopping street (Ichibangai), Takashimaya, and AEON Mall among others, this is an extremely convenient property with plenty of advantages. It’s easy to recommend as one option for an Okayama stay.

I stayed here while attending a concert at Hiroshima Green Arena and had a comfortable stay. The streetcar runs right in front of the Hotel, and the location was great, so I would like to stay here again when I visit Hiroshima.

The Room faces the sea and overlooks Sagami Bay, with a perfect sunrise view from the balcony. There is a small sauna, but it has a traditional feel and was enjoyable.

The Onsen water quality is unquestionably top-class. My wheelchair-using parent could also access the private family bath and move around the property with ease. Thank you. Opinions may vary about the meals, and I can’t say how true gourmet diners would feel, but we really liked the half-buffet. Personally, I think a full buffet would be fine. It’s a very good Ryokan.

The location was great. There was a 7-Eleven nearby, which was convenient. The Hotel Facilities aren’t new, but there were no inconveniences at all during my stay. However, at night I could clearly hear the sound of the neighboring room’s shower head hitting the wall, and in the morning I could hear voices in the hallway and doors opening and closing quite loudly. Also, I stayed on the 4th floor and felt that the water pressure weakened when multiple people were bathing at the same time. Basic amenities were available in the lobby, so it wasn’t a problem. I relaxed until right before checkout time, and the housekeeping staff’s greeting and smiles were very nice. I’ll consider staying here again when I come to Ueno.

I stayed in Nagoya for a live concert. Since the venue was a five-minute walk away, I made a quick Reservation several months in advance. The room size and Facilities were more than satisfactory. I usually just take showers and don’t use a bathtub, so the clean shower booth was perfect for me. With only the essentials provided—and at this location—I think it offers excellent value for money. I’ll likely stay here again next time if I have the chance.

I didn’t used to come to this area much, but these days it gets crowded with backpackers from overseas, so you need to go a bit further in to find a safe and secure Accommodation. The Room has all the basic essentials, and it was quiet at night so I could sleep well. From the morning, it’s easy to get anywhere by subway or JR, and above all it’s very affordable, which really helps. I’ll upload some photos.

The lobby feels very pleasant with its spacious layout and high ceilings, but the carpets on each floor from the elevator to the Room are old and noticeably stained. It may be time to consider replacing the carpets.

We had planned a summer vacation trip to Okinawa, but due to a typhoon we changed plans at the last minute and stayed here instead. With the Plan that included resort vouchers, we were able to fully enjoy the pool, amusement park, and gondola—our child was thrilled! Daniel Street brought back great memories. The bus ride from Sapporo also felt like part of the trip and was fun. The amusement park had a charming old-fashioned feel in the best way, and we really enjoyed it. “Be happy” is wonderful! There was a wide variety at breakfast and it was enjoyable—I even wished we had booked dinner as well. The baths were very clean, and the amenities were great. If I had to mention any drawbacks, it would be that the Facility is so large that getting around can be a bit tiring (which also shows just how spacious it is!). Also, if the morning bath hours were extended until 9:30, it would be nice to relax after breakfast. Our child loved it so much—“the best in the world!” Thank you for such wonderful memories. We’d be happy if you could keep offering such great value for money! We’d love to visit again someday!

We thoroughly enjoyed the full course of fugu dishes—they were absolutely delicious. We were told that you can’t see the fireworks unless you go all the way to the seaside, but after our meal we were so full we decided to watch from our Room. To our surprise, they were right in front of us, and we were completely satisfied without even going outside. As for souvenirs, we ended up with an entire lineup of canned mackerel, and we’re looking forward to savoring how good it is.

My spouse and I stayed in a Deluxe Double. The bed was spacious enough for an average Japanese build, and we slept very well. There are vending machines inside the Hotel where you can buy alcohol and simple snacks. As for parking, the space next to the Hotel is narrow and fills up quickly, but there is a slightly larger area about one block away. I was worried after checking Street View whether there really was free parking, so it would be nice if the website provided clearer guidance. However, when we parked on the street that day and asked at the front desk, they kindly explained it to us, so it wasn’t a problem. It’s a very typical Business Hotel, and it was comfortable. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the TV is fixed to the wall and its HDMI port is only accessible from behind, so I couldn’t plug in my laptop or smartphone to display anything (even though there’s an input button on the remote...).
