This is my several-time use during a business trip. Since I always have dinner meetings with clients, I search for hotels around Susukino or Odori due to convenience, but Daiwa Roynet stands out as the most comfortable hotel with spacious rooms, well-equipped facilities, and clean water areas. Although there are cases where I cannot make a reservation due to sudden trips, I would like to continue using it as long as it's not fully booked.

The front desk staff were polite and very pleasant. The Facility had everything we needed, and we stayed comfortably. They also clearly informed us that socks for indoor use were provided, so walking around never felt uncomfortable at all. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

I was looking forward to staying in the newly renovated Room. From the Room, we could see the Tenryu River, and we were also able to enjoy the beautiful fireworks at night. Since the bedroom and living area are separate, I was able to relax without worrying about the TV noise. The large public bath was kept clean and comfortable to use. The lockers in the changing room can be locked, so I felt safe soaking in the bath. The in-room bath is a bit small, but I think it’s perfectly fine for one person. The Room amenities also showed great attention to detail, with Sekkisei skincare items and bath salts. Dinner was served in the Room, and everything came out at a good pace so we could enjoy each dish at the right temperature. The fish served with the chef’s original sauce was delicious. I also felt that the carp sashimi-style dish was enhanced by the sesame vinegar miso sauce. The miso soup at breakfast was delicious as well—just as other Reviews said. I would love to visit again.

Conveniently located near Susukino Station with excellent access, and right next to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, which features restaurants, drugstores, and many convenience stores. During my 2-night stay, I enjoyed the Onsen with an open-air bath that helped relax my tired feet and body after walking around. I also requested an in-room massage, and they were very flexible with the schedule and menu options—it was truly rejuvenating. I would love to stay here again!

I made a reservation on IKYU on a day ending in 9, and it was cheaper than other sites. It appeared as the first option under "Price (low to high)," and I was very satisfied. The place is clean and functional. Amenities are sufficient, and the breakfast includes a bagel set with plenty of coffee.

The Room was spacious, and the views were wonderful from both the guest room and the large public bath. Above all, the location was excellent. I woke up just after 5 a.m. and took a walk to nearby Ubuyagasaki and the Kawaguchiko Ohashi Bridge. The scenery from there was truly beautiful, and it was a moment that made me genuinely glad I chose this Hotel.

All staff are Japanese and very courteous. Their service is excellent, so you can feel at ease. The breakfast here is outstanding!

We stayed as a family of three. Free parking is available. The Room was spacious, so we could relax comfortably. The Room, bathroom, and toilet were all large and clean. It was helpful that they lent us a phone charger and an extension cord. There are also restaurants and a drugstore near the Hotel, which was convenient. We would like to stay again if we have the chance. One downside was that the entrance door opens inward, so it was a bit difficult to get in and out when shoes were in the way, but the staff were kind and the service was great, so I give it 5 stars.

The staff were very courteous. It was raining, but we managed to have the BBQ under the tarp. However, the tarp leaked in several places and water dripped down, so we had to choose our seats carefully. I guess that’s somewhat unavoidable with a tarp tent. The BBQ meat was very well seasoned and delicious. The vegetables were fresh and tasty as well. The French toast for breakfast was also great. We stayed in a Comfort Tent and it was comfortable. It was cool enough that we didn’t really need air conditioning, but because of the rain it was very humid, so we used the AC to dehumidify. Even with that heavy rain, we still had a good time—this really felt like glamping at its best. There were deer near our tent late at night—we truly enjoyed being close to nature.

All staff members were very friendly, polite, and kind. Everyone was incredibly pleasant, making my stay truly enjoyable. This was the best point of my experience. The amenities available at check-in were abundant, including options like face masks. The welcome drinks on the first floor were available until midnight with a wide variety of soft drinks to choose from. There was also an ice server (or ice machine), allowing me to enjoy chilled oolong tea or iced coffee after relaxing in the Onsen—such a great touch! Disposable cups for hot beverages that are easy to hold without getting burned showed thoughtful consideration as well. The Onsen featured saltwater baths where you could float comfortably when stretching out your body—it felt amazing! It was open until 9 AM in the morning! For women’s baths, only female guests receive a passcode required to enter, and lockers with wristband keys provided extra security and peace of mind. By the way, rooms also use passcodes instead of physical keys, eliminating any hassle about who holds the key when going out—very convenient! The room's soundproofing was excellent; I couldn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms and slept soundly. Breakfast started at 6:30 AM. While not overly extensive in variety, it had just the right selection and everything tasted delicious. I enjoyed both rice and bread options until I was full. There were four types of bread; I tried two savory ones—the croissant was so good that I went back for seconds! They even offered regular milk instead of low-fat milk—a surprising delight for me—and finished off with yogurt and coffee as dessert. It didn’t feel like a free breakfast because it exceeded expectations in quality and satisfaction levels! Food replenishment was prompt too—everything reflected great attention to detail. This was my first time staying at Super Hotel but definitely won’t be my last visit here. Thank you very much!

Thank you for hosting us for a Multiple Night Stay. Despite the reasonable price, the property was clean, well equipped with everything we needed, and the included frozen meals were more than tasty enough. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and although snow accumulated during our stay, the team quickly cleared it so we could stay comfortably without any inconvenience. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

This Hotel offered excellent value for money. The bath and toilet were separate, and everything still felt new and very clean. After the typhoon, the humidity was high, and I was surprised to get bitten by ants. Three appeared, so I contacted the staff and they moved me to another Room. The bed was a bit firm, but having a washing machine, microwave, and stove was great. I didn’t use them this time, but they would be ideal for a longer stay. Watching planes take off from the balcony was also fantastic.

The parking lot is spacious, and the front desk staff were very helpful. With the welcome bar and welcome food, it honestly felt like, “Is this price really okay?” Breakfast was a Japanese and Western buffet with a great selection—I ate too much. I immediately messaged about a dozen friends on LINE telling them to go. The Room was comfortable with a unit bath, and the air conditioning worked well. The only downside was that the washlet was an older model and not very easy to use.

We stayed here during the summer holidays. True to its reputation as a hidden hot spring in Tohoku, the location was quite challenging to reach, but it was a wonderful Accommodation. The interior was kept very clean, and arrangements of lisianthus and asters placed here and there were soothing. One minor point—perhaps due to the deep mountain setting and humidity—the indoor toilet had a slight musty smell at times, but otherwise it was a very comfortable Ryokan.

Since it was a short trip nearby, we hadn’t planned much, but the staff recommended places to visit and we were able to enjoy sightseeing in the area. The Room, renovated from an old merchant house, still had a slightly aged feel, but it felt fresh and unique. The meals were all carefully prepared dishes, and we were very satisfied. All of the staff provided thoughtful service that anticipated our needs, which made our stay very comfortable.

This was our first trip with our three dogs. What made us choose this Accommodation was the private dog run. The dog run had wood chips, which I think helped reduce strain on our dogs’ paws. It was also a great size, and they were able to run around to their hearts’ content. The Room was kept extremely clean, and I don’t think our dogs noticed much lingering pet odor from previous guests. The restaurant also has private rooms and is dog-friendly. We were truly able to spend the whole stay focused on our dogs. The Villa Suite we stayed in offered in-room check-in, and the parking space was right next to the Room. If I had to mention one thing, I would have liked one more set of single-use amenities such as face wash.

It was wonderful to experience the atmosphere of a Swiss Hotel. We were glad we could reserve the bath for private family use, and we were able to use it without any waiting time.

This was my first visit to Asamushi Onsen. Yanagi-no-Yu, with its rich history, had wonderfully hot water that I truly enjoyed. The building may be old, but it was impeccably clean, making for a comfortable stay. The friendly service made me feel at ease, almost like visiting relatives in Aomori. The grilled shellfish for breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the attentive care to ensure it didn’t burn. Thank you very much!

This was my first stay here. The Room, bath, and view were all wonderful. If possible, I think it would be nice to have a TV on the first floor as well. There was a projector, but it isn’t really usable during the day. However, I realized on the last day that the projector can connect via Bluetooth to the Bose speaker in the Room, so at night you can enjoy videos with great sound. Now to the main point! During my 3-night stay, I tried all three options: yakiniku, sukiyaki, and shabu-shabu. One note: for the yakiniku set, the beef tongue was labeled “premium tongue,” but most of it seemed to be tongue tip rather than premium cuts. Other than that, everything was delicious and very satisfying.
