This is an ideal Hotel for families with children. We stayed as a parent and child, and it was a trip of nonstop play and plenty of drinks. It rained heavily that day, so we only played indoors. Even so, there was more than enough to do, and our child was completely satisfied. Parents can also relax with a drink in hand while watching their kids play, making it a special getaway for adults as well. Above all, the dedication of the Hotel staff was truly moving. Their care for children felt so professional that it could have been a daycare center. It’s common to see a cake brought out at dinner for a child’s birthday, but this Hotel goes beyond that. I won’t share details to avoid spoilers, but the performance despite the rain became an unforgettable experience. The event starting at 9:00 PM also surprised us with its creative, child-participation format. Parents were exhausted by then, but seeing our child’s happy smile—and the staff’s thoughtful production—made us feel happy too. One challenge was that there is no large public bath. There are only two private baths indoors and two outdoors, so it becomes very competitive. Since you can’t make a Reservation and can only enter if one is available, we managed to use one once by luck but couldn’t find any availability after that. The outdoor open-air baths were difficult in the rain because you have to walk there with an umbrella, so we gave up. Also disappointing was that the Shuttle Service pick-up point at Ito Station has no roof. We waited in the rain, and when a bus finally arrived it turned out to be for another affiliated property—overall it was hard to understand. The price range felt on the higher side, but considering how happy our child was and how devoted the staff service is, overall satisfaction felt high. Thank you very much for taking care of us during our stay.

We stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday. Check-in after arrival was quick, and we appreciated being able to enjoy complimentary drinks. The Room also had a small flower gift, and we were able to relax in an ocean-view Room. The meals were delicious as well. She was very happy, so it became a memorable day. Thank you very much.

The views of the islands in the bay and the Izu Seven Islands are stunning. The attentive service down to the smallest details and the kindness of the staff were wonderful, and I would definitely like to stay again. One concern: when entering for dinner, a tall bearded white male staff member spoke in an overbearing manner and told us to wait outside. Please address and improve this. A female staff member quickly came over and kindly assisted us. Aside from that, the food was excellent, and the open-air bath was amazing—I would love to return again.

Our first stay at this tropical hotel, and our grandchildren were thrilled! The room was spacious, and the ocean view was amazing. The large public bath wasn’t too hot, so the kids could soak and relax, and at dinner the staff were very kind. We also appreciated being able to enjoy the game arcade for 100 yen. We only wish we had come to stay here sooner.

This time we stayed for two nights. On the first day, we took the airport limousine bus from Itami, got off at Yamato-Saidaiji, and visited Akishino-dera Temple. On the second day, we went to Matsuo-dera Temple from Yamato-Koizumi in the morning and had lunch at Edogawa. On the third day, we relaxed in the large public bath on the 6th floor and enjoyed the Onsen. As always, it was a comfortable two-night stay and made for a wonderful trip to Nara. We look forward to staying with you again—thank you very much.

I stayed for two nights and it was excellent. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were both very courteous. The twin room on the 9th floor was spacious with a great view, and I could truly relax. The unit bath is small, but since there is a large public bath, I recommend using that instead. The hot-spring public bath was also very pleasant. In particular, the open-air bath has a wonderful view with the sea right in front of you. The meals were great as well—the sashimi was very fresh, and there was a wide variety of other dishes, all delicious. It’s also nice that alcoholic drinks are available at reasonable prices. I would like to stay here again when I visit Hakodate.

The bath was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was also of good quality. If I had one complaint, it would be that the Room could have been a bit larger.

We stayed at Kusatsu Now Resort Hotel from 10/3 to 10/4, and this time we booked Yubatake Sensui near Yubatake. It was cleaner than expected, and while not very large, it was spacious enough and comfortable. You take off your shoes at the front desk, and the building is barrier-free with good attention to safety. For dinner, we had sukiyaki on the first floor; the meat was delicious and we were satisfied. Although breakfast was said to be unavailable, they kindly provided a complimentary meal service, which we truly appreciated. The value for money and location were both great; however, one downside was that you park at Now Resort Hotel and travel by bus, but the bus does not go all the way to in front of Yubatake—having to walk from the bus center felt a bit far and disappointing.

I stayed here on my first trip to Ishigaki. About 80% of the reason for my 5-star rating is the perfect location, but the room was also clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. ■ Location The Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal is just steps away. Highly recommended especially for those heading to other islands or joining activities with pick-up service. Many pick-up tours in Ishigaki offer direct hotel pick-up only for luxury hotels; otherwise, meeting points are often on-site or at the Remote Island Terminal. Staying here felt almost like having direct hotel pick-up access—it’s incredibly convenient to get to the terminal. It’s also located in an area with many restaurants open late, so even when looking for a late-night bite around 11 p.m. after activities like stargazing, I had no trouble at all. ■ Breakfast I stayed two nights, and there were thoughtful changes so you don’t get bored even on consecutive days—for example, the large-pot dish changed from beef bowl to pork soup. My favorites were Yaeyama soba and Aasa soba. The broth here was even better than what I had at a specialty shop…! ■ Misaki Wing This time I booked the Misaki Wing. It’s a little farther from the main building, so it’s slightly more of a walk to the breakfast venue and shops—but in return it’s even closer to downtown as well as the Remote Island Terminal and bus terminal, which is very convenient. There’s also an entrance directly connected to Misaki Wing with an elevator right inside, so you don’t have to go back and forth through the main lobby every time. It made it easy to drop off luggage during sightseeing or quickly head out again (even just for a convenience store run). ■ Request The public bath closing at 11 p.m. feels too early…! Because of activities (stargazing) and dinner plans, I couldn’t use it at all due to timing. My companion managed about 20 minutes on the first night and said it was spacious and nice. I’d really appreciate it if it could be open until at least midnight. One reason I chose this hotel was because it has hot springs—I wanted to soak away travel fatigue—so that was my only disappointment. I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone sightseeing around downtown area(s). Especially if it’s your first time in Ishigaki and you want an active trip packed with sightseeing and activities rather than relaxing at a resort—and you want great value—this place is hard to beat. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay on August 9 and 10. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with just the right portions. The peaceful riverside view from our Room was so relaxing that we spent a long time enjoying it with our dog. The in-room Onsen bath was also spacious and very comfortable. The Room amenities were well equipped, so we could relax without any stress during our Multiple Night Stay. Most of the staff were from overseas, but their service was excellent, and their dedicated hospitality was truly outstanding.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Since one of us was pregnant, we asked to change the dinner menu, and they kindly accommodated our request, which was very helpful. However, it seemed to be stink bug season, and at night many of them were on the windows. For that reason, we recommend using the open-air bath in the morning.

The Room was cleaner than I expected.

It was very clean and nice. There was more space to walk around than I expected, which was great.

The Hotel itself was very clean, and the staff, service, and location were excellent. However, I saw several guests with tattoos at the pool. I understand that rules vary by Hotel, but since this is a Resort Hotel pool, clearer rules and guidance regarding tattoos would help families feel more comfortable using the facilities. Other than that, my stay was comfortable and I was satisfied overall.

Breakfast was a choice of Japanese, Western, or a Sasebo Burger, plus a buffet as well—very satisfying. I couldn’t eat a Sasebo Burger the day before, so I never expected to be able to have one in the morning!

It was very clean and well-equipped with amenities, and the 4K TV screen was easy to watch. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of disposable paper cups—excellent attention to detail! The hair dryer worked very well too.

Excellent. The breakfast is very good, the Room is also great, and it’s a nearly flawless Hotel. If you’re driving, parking might be an issue, but even considering that, I think it’s a very good Hotel. If I go to the Ise area again, I would definitely like to stay here. That said, it would be even better if there were a guide map for nearby restaurants and local information around the Hotel. I found the map for the bento shop in front of the Hotel later on, but if you ever go to Tsu, this is an Accommodation you can book with confidence.

I stayed here for a concert at Geibun. The location was convenient, the Room was clean, and the service was courteous—I was very satisfied. For breakfast I chose the shrimp cutlet sandwich, and it was convenient to have free drinks available and be able to enjoy it in my Room. Thank you for your hospitality.

It was a Plan that included both breakfast and dinner buffet-style. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, with plenty of sweets, which was great. Breakfast had fewer items left compared to dinner, and it would have been nice to have a few more sweet options. The seating area was spacious, which was good.

As soon as you step into the lobby, a Nebuta display welcomes you overhead. The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were kind and helpful, making my first stay here smooth and enjoyable. I will visit again in August and November.
