I stay here for climbing Mt. Fuji. This was my third time, and it’s very convenient for getting to Mt. Fuji. The station is within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is also convenient. There is a large public bath as well, and it’s very relaxing. The building feels a bit old, but I can spend my time here comfortably and peacefully. I’d like to stay here again when I climb Mt. Fuji next time.

We stayed in a Japanese-style Room for three people, and it was spacious and very relaxing—thank you. We were also satisfied with the Onsen, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you as well to the staff for their courteous service. Although recovery is still ongoing, we sincerely hope for the region’s full restoration.

I didn’t have much time to relax on this trip, but I was very satisfied with the courteous service despite my late-night check-in.

We stayed for two nights because our child had a soccer match nearby. The Onsen, with its black mineral water, was very relaxing, and we were able to unwind. We chose the Plan with two meals included, and everything was delicious—I think we even gained a little weight from eating so much. The breakfast in particular was great, with a wide variety of side dishes. On the way home we got caught in torrential rain and had a difficult trip back, and I hope all the staff were safe. Everyone was very kind, and it’s an Accommodation we would love to visit again.

This was my first time staying here, and it was very clean—I was very satisfied. If I come to Kumamoto again and there is availability, I will make a Reservation without hesitation.

I stayed here for my younger sister’s birthday. The beef in the kaiseki course with Shinshu Premium Beef was very tender, and even when it cooled down, it didn’t feel heavy or greasy—absolutely delicious. All the other dishes were also excellent, and we were very satisfied. Perhaps because I mentioned the birthday in advance, we also received a surprise gift, which made us very happy. The Onsen was wonderful too, and my sister said it was a shame we only managed to use it twice. From the warm welcome on arrival to being seen off at departure, it felt heartfelt all the way through—not just a quick goodbye at the front desk. Thank you very much.

We stayed as two couples. We made the reservation based on the reviews. Upon entering the room, there was a Western-style area with twin beds, a small table, and chairs. Beyond that was a Japanese-style room with a low table and chairs. It was very comfortable to stay in. As for the bath, I personally thought it was nice, but my husband said it felt cold inside and only used it once at night. Dinner was just as delicious as mentioned in the reviews. In comparison, breakfast left a slightly disappointing impression. Overall, I think this accommodation offers great value for money. I would love to visit again if I have the chance!

We stayed as a couple at this gourmet inn I had long been curious about, also to celebrate a special occasion. As reputed, the standard of the cuisine was outstanding—not only delicious, but also beautifully presented, with wonderful tableware. We thoroughly enjoyed both dinner and breakfast and were very satisfied. We would love to return in another season to try a different menu. We were also grateful for the celebratory sekihan (red rice), which was delicious. The two types of open-air baths in our room each had their own distinct atmosphere, and we were able to fully enjoy Takeo Onsen. The private bath offered yet another ambiance as well. It was also nice that we could use them without any crowds. Throughout our stay—from check-in, to dining service, to check-out—we were looked after by a dedicated attendant, who was truly excellent. In every situation, the guidance and explanations were clear and perfectly balanced, with a comfortable sense of distance. Even when we asked questions unrelated to the inn about our plans for the next day, they kindly checked and provided an answer with care; it really impressed us as befitting a long-established ryokan. It was very helpful. At check-out, everyone at the inn saw us off together, which made us want to return even more. We also had an opportunity to meet the owner and were glad we could personally thank him for the wonderful meal.

I stayed in the Kitty Room “Sakura Tennyo.” The wall decorations and the large Kitty plush were so cute that they made me smile the whole time. The bathroom and toilet were standard, but it was comfortable with a separate washing area and a spacious bathtub. Everything was very clean, and the amenities were more than sufficient. The breakfast venue was almost entirely filled with international guests. There was a good variety of dishes, and everything tasted nice. It’s close to Asakusa Station, making sightseeing very convenient—an excellent location. The hotel restaurant does not serve dinner, so you’ll need to eat out, but there are plenty of places nearby so it’s not inconvenient at all. The Kitty Room is special so it’s on the pricey side, but I think the other rooms are reasonably priced for Asakusa.

This Ryokan is located in the center of Takachiho, with convenient access to all sightseeing spots. The meals offered a wide variety of dishes, and both dinner and breakfast were so filling that we ended up eating until we were completely full. The hospitality was warm yet attentive, making for a truly relaxing stay. We would love to stay here again.

Every few years I travel to Minamata, where my friend’s family lives, and I stay here each time. We came as a large group, but since we had faxed the arrival cards in advance, check-in was smooth. Some of our group are smokers, so this is an important point when choosing a Hotel. These days some Hotels provide smoking areas outside, but we prefer to relax in our Room, so having smoking Rooms available is greatly appreciated. It’s also nice that breakfast is included. We stayed for two nights this time as well; on the first day we left early in the morning for golf and couldn’t make it to breakfast time, which was disappointing, but on the second day we were able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace. We rented a car and used the parking lot—it was very affordable and really helpful. It rained and we borrowed umbrellas; even though we were a large group, they kindly lent us enough umbrellas for everyone, which we truly appreciated. The Room was clean and well organized, so we had a comfortable stay. It was also nice that there is a service benefit when you decline cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Minamata.

This was my first time visiting Dogo Onsen with my niece. Since I mentioned during the Reservation that I have trouble walking, you kindly arranged a Room right near the elevator. Thank you for your consideration. All the staff were very helpful, and we had a comfortable two-day stay. We especially enjoyed comparing different mandarin orange juices and tasting different mandarins.

1) The toilet paper holder in the unit bathroom is positioned very poorly. I would like the front desk staff to try using it as well—you will find it very difficult to reach the paper. I strongly request that the toilet paper holder and the washlet control panel be relocated to the front of the toilet seat. 2) Mobile phone charger The plug/socket was broken. I would like it to be replaced.

Breakfast with French toast and delicious coffee alone made the stay worthwhile. All the staff were pleasant and responded courteously. The Room was clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Grinding the beans in the Room and drinking the coffee was a different experience from usual, and it tasted even better. I usually stay at a Hotel near Sapporo Station, so I was worried about transferring subways to get here. Even when I asked people walking on the street, they seemed unsure, but when I asked the Hotel staff after arriving, they said it might be easier for people to recognize it if you mention Morihiko’s cafe rather than the Hotel name. Once I arrived, the location was very easy to find. If I have another chance next time, I would definitely like to stay again. Since my Room had only a shower booth, I did not rate the bath facilities. If anything, having disposable shower caps might be convenient.

I enjoyed spending some time without a TV for the first time in a while, listening to music via Bluetooth. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and I was able to relax. The outdoor exhibits were colorful and fun, and I even walked along the beach for the first time in years. Thank you as well for arranging the Shuttle Service to the museum at night. Thanks to that, I was able to fully enjoy a different side of the museum experience. I forgot to check the opening hours and missed seeing the Valley Gallery, so I’d like to try again and make a Reservation for another visit. Thank you for such an elegant stay.

It was my first stay in six years, and I felt that the calm, natural atmosphere is always maintained by the staff and throughout the entire Facility. The comfortable Room and the private pool in the quiet villa allowed me to relax without worrying about anyone else. The staff’s sense of distance was also pleasant, and with a touch of Okinawan language, it feels different from the slightly formal atmosphere of a large Hotel—making me want to visit again.

We stayed here on a family trip. The Japanese meals were delicious, and even after eating a lot, we didn’t feel heavy. The white rice was especially excellent. The Room was quiet and very relaxing, and since we could use the private bath as much as we wanted depending on the time slot, it felt like a great deal to stay at such a wonderful Ryokan—we were very satisfied.

This was my fourth stay, the first in four years. As always, we enjoyed your warm hospitality and the delicious, plentiful dinners and breakfasts. Once again, we were able to take our time over breakfast while looking down at the currents of the Kurushima Strait below us, with a view stretching to the islands of the Seto Inland Sea and the blue ocean beyond! After cycling 70 km from Onomichi, we stayed for one night, and thanks to you we were able to make it back to Onomichi in good spirits the next day. Thank you very much.

First, I was truly impressed by the hospitality. Upon arrival, they greeted me by name, which made me feel very welcome. The Japanese-style room was spacious and spotless. There was even a homemade dessert in the refrigerator. The bath water quality was amazing—silky and smooth—and it left my skin feeling incredibly soft. My dry skin actually improved during my stay. Both dinner and breakfast were lavish, and I enjoyed a full feast. It honestly felt like the best hospitality imaginable. I definitely want to come again!

The bath was very relaxing. The view was great. The food was also delicious. I had imagined traditional ryokan-style Japanese meals, but instead we enjoyed a delicious course-style dinner.
