I actually made a mistake with my Reservation this time, and only realized it at check-in, but the staff handled it so kindly that it really helped. I felt terrible because it was my fault, and I’m truly grateful. Everyone at the Hotel was very pleasant, which also made my impression of the Hotel even better. In any case, it’s so close to the station that it’s simply perfect. The Room layout also feels relaxing. I think this is a great Hotel when you want to take it easy and enjoy a slow staycation. I always look forward to breakfast when staying here, and once again the selection did not disappoint. The Japanese-style side dishes were delicious, and the Sanuki udon was excellent as well. I was also happy they had green juice. Overall, it felt like a health-conscious menu. The dining area is spacious and bright, which is nice. One downside is that the Room slippers are not disposable. There’s no note saying they’ve been sanitized either, so I wipe them down with disinfecting wipes I bring with me; having something like a sanitizing spray would be appreciated. Other than that, the Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. When you take the elevator down to the first floor, there’s a café right there as well, and guests receive a discount there, which was a nice perk. There’s also a convenience store just steps away on the same floor. Both are close enough to reach without an umbrella even in the rain. In that sense too, it’s a very convenient location. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby (including in the station building), which makes exploring fun as well. They also have laundry facilities, and during the day it seems fine to open your laptop and work in the breakfast area—so for business travelers on a Multiple Night Stay, this might be an especially good Hotel.

Whenever I travel to Kobe on business, I always stay here. As a small suggestion to make the stay even more comfortable, I noticed a little dust in the elevator and near the bottom of the guest room door, so I would appreciate it if you could check these areas during cleaning. I am very satisfied with the staff’s polite service and responses, as well as the large public bath. I always enjoy a pleasant stay here. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next business trip to Kobe. Thank you for your continued support.

The property was very clean, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent buffet meals. Above all, I was thrilled with the all-you-can-drink beverages, including alcohol. I would definitely like to visit again.

We stayed for one night in a top-floor room. The windows offered a full ocean view, and we could see both the sunrise and Mt. Fuji. The open-air bath also had views of the ocean and Mt. Fuji—it was wonderful. The staff were very kind, and we found a hotel we want to keep coming back to for years to come!

We stayed with a group of five. One of us was pregnant and had a seafood allergy. Thank you for kindly preparing special meals for her. Thank you also for arranging a birthday cake and for the wonderful photos.

I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

Close to Osaka Station, the lounge was fantastic—from tea to beer and other drinks, plus delicious snacks. I had an amazing time with my friends. This time, our main plans were visiting the Nakanoshima Museum of Art and chatting. We decided we’ll stay here again next time. I recommended it to both family and friends.

As soon as we parked, a staff member came over and guided us smoothly to the front desk. The guidance to our room and the explanation of the facilities were also clear and easy to understand. The room was spacious and spotless, and we were very satisfied with the private open-air bath. Both dinner and breakfast were incredibly luxurious, with so much food it was hard to finish, but the gentle seasoning made everything easy to enjoy. When we left, all the staff at the front desk came out to see us off. I loved the food, the room, and especially the staff. I’d love to stay again.

We stayed here for a family trip. All of the staff were very welcoming, and we were truly impressed by the complimentary free-flow drinks service. The meals were just the right amount—not too much—and we enjoyed everything to the last bite. The sashimi in particular was outstanding! The Onsen water quality was excellent, and with the clear autumn weather that day, we felt completely refreshed in the open-air bath. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, but the only disappointment was the Wi‑Fi. The signal was extremely weak in the guest rooms, lobby, and all common areas, and it wasn’t usable in practice. Mobile reception was also poor in this location, so the weak Wi‑Fi felt like a serious issue; I regret that I couldn’t get my work done during our stay. Other than that, we were very satisfied with the service, food, and baths, and we hope the Wi‑Fi will be improved. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday. The sashimi came with daikon carved into a crane, and there was also sekihan (red rice). Everything looked beautiful and tasted great, leaving both our stomachs and hearts full. All of the staff were wonderful and very considerate, which made our time here truly enjoyable. Although we stayed in a twin room, the bathroom was spacious and helped us relax after a long day. It was farther from Osaka Station than we expected, but it was easy to find. Thank you very much.

Although we had to stay unexpectedly due to the rain, we were able to spend our time comfortably. Having a microwave in the Room was very helpful. There was also a charger in the Room, and we were satisfied with the complimentary breakfast, as all of the staff were very pleasant. There was also a coffee machine—everything was well provided for.

Since all guests have dogs, you don’t need to worry about being considerate of others without pets. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, and the staff were outstanding. The location is also excellent, so you can fully enjoy Kyoto with your dog. This is the best Hotel for dog lovers—so great that it feels like everyone becomes a repeat guest.

I stayed in Nakatsugawa the night before to attend the Kashimo Meijiza Classic Concert the next day. I arrived earlier than expected, but they kindly showed me to my Room early—much appreciated! Inside the building, you take off your shoes, which caught me off guard at first, but I had brought indoor slippers so I was able to stay comfortable. The cafe space has high ceilings and feels clean and uncluttered. Overall it doesn’t have a particularly relaxing atmosphere, but it’s comfortable as a place to stay. You can take a walk nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants around, so it was easy and pleasant to spend time there.

We stayed as a family! Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from the Hotel buffet, but KASAGO was truly excellent! There was a great variety—seafood, meat, freshly prepared dishes, and more—and everything we tried was delicious. It wasn’t the usual “lots of options but average taste”; each dish was genuinely tasty, which we really appreciated! They also had kid-friendly options, and our whole family was very satisfied. We ended up eating way too much! The Hotel itself has great views, and the staff were pleasant and welcoming, so we could relax and enjoy our stay. If we visit the Washuzan area again, this is a Hotel I’d happily stay at just for the KASAGO buffet!

The room was very clean, and the balcony terrace made it feel even more spacious, allowing us to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. The guest-only lounge had a great atmosphere, and both the drinks and snacks were delicious. The “Miracle Breakfast” lived up to its name—made with carefully selected ingredients, it was outstanding in both ambiance and taste. Also, thank you for kindly storing our luggage before check-in, which allowed us to explore Osaka comfortably.

This was my first stay at Dormy Inn, a place I had always wanted to try. What I liked - The Room felt more spacious than I expected and not cramped, so it was very comfortable. - The ice cream in the post-bath area was a nice touch. - I appreciated that ice packs were available as well. - The “neba-neba” breakfast bowl was delicious. If I could have eaten more, I would have gone back for seconds. What concerned me - I couldn’t watch YouTube or similar apps on the Room TV. - The toothpaste that came with the disposable toothbrush was made in Vietnam (it was my first time seeing that). - There is a Lawson across the street, but it’s a bit of an awkward distance to both the station and places like the department store and Seicomart. - Dust in the Room stood out to me. I didn’t use it myself, but my husband went to the large public bath three times. He said the sauna was great and that it felt like a small Onsen trip. Our Room was on the same floor as the large public bath, which made it easy to go back and forth—this worked out well for us. The front desk staff were also very pleasant, and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

A reliably great Dormy Inn. It was crowded, but I still enjoyed the large public bath, the complimentary ice cream, and the late-night soba. However, it might be a bit far to walk from the station.

This was my first time in Toyama, and I stayed at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Toyama Ekimae. It was conveniently located close to the station, and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a Japanese-style buffet with a wide variety of dishes, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again the next time I visit Toyama.
