Hotel de Marronnier Utsumi Onsen

We enjoyed a truly relaxing stay at Hotel de Marronnier.We sincerely appreciate the thoughtful hospitality of all the staff.We delighted in the flavorful breakfast and dinner, and felt refreshed by the impeccably maintained facilities, the salt bath, and the charming open-air bath.Even the Shuttle Service for our return trip was perfectly arranged—this is an exceptional Accommodation we would love to visit again in another season.

We enjoyed a BBQ at the neighboring facility and walked over with our luggage, so we arrived earlier than expected. We planned to wait in the lobby, but they told us our Room was ready and we were able to check in right away. We really appreciated it. The next day, they also provided Shuttle Service to Kowa Station, which was very helpful. The view from our Room was amazing—it was truly relaxing. From the Onsen, you could even see the horizon through a small window. The cave-style bath warmed us up nicely, and there were also a sauna and a jet bath, so we felt completely refreshed.
