Ureshino Onsen Kappo Ryokan Kotoen

We stayed in the Kiri Room.It had been renovated and was very clean.Since I was staying with my mother, who has back problems, the Simmons bed allowed her to rest comfortably.It would be helpful to have a chair in the Room.Doing makeup while standing was difficult for her...Because it was a weekday, we were able to relax in the large public bath as it felt like we had it all to ourselves.The water was silky and wonderful.However, the bath chair was too low and she struggled with it.A higher chair would be appreciated.We chose the Light Plan for meals, but it wasn’t light at all—we enjoyed a delicious meal and were completely full.We heard that many fireflies appear here, but it was a little early in the season so we couldn’t see them; we were also told that the cherry blossoms are beautiful in spring.We would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed at Suisen with my mother, my sister, and me. We chose this Accommodation based on Reviews saying the food was delicious and that the Room had an open-air bath. From the start, the front desk staff were very welcoming, and we were pleasantly shown to our Room. The Room was spacious and very clean, and the open-air bath was large enough for all three of us to relax in together. Both dinner and breakfast were thoughtfully prepared, and we were completely satisfied with both the taste and portion sizes. The staff were also excellent throughout—this was a Ryokan where we had no complaints, which is rare. It has become one of the Ryokan we would like to stay at again as a group for a relaxing trip.
