The hostess is a true embodiment of hospitality and service—so polished you might mistake her for a TDR cast member. The quiet owner lets his cooking speak for itself. Every staff member was pleasant, and we enjoyed a completely stress-free stay. The views from the open-air bath area and the lobby are wonderful, and being slightly removed from the Kinugawa Onsen area gives it a hidden-retreat feel. Most noteworthy is the food—everything we ate was delicious! It was the perfect Accommodation for food lovers like us. A wider selection of local craft beers would make the meals even more enjoyable.

The meals and heartfelt hospitality were outstanding, and we were especially impressed that every staff member was kind and attentive, enjoying conversations with guests while providing service.The bath temperature was just right, and my son—who doesn’t do well with very hot water—really liked it.We also appreciated the spacious Room and the small-scale Accommodation, which is hard to find around Kinugawa Onsen.The coffee before departure was delicious as well.
