Hotel Sanko Takasaki

Although it was raining that day, the Hotel was close to the station and the sidewalk was covered, so I arrived with hardly getting wet. The staff were courteous and I was very satisfied. When I visit Takasaki again, I would like to stay here again.

First time staying here for an event.When I left my luggage before check-in, they even brought it to my Room.I checked in after the event, but since check-in can probably only be done at one counter, a line formed. The front desk staff seemed rushed and confirmed my name and Room number in quite a loud voice, and during the electronic signature it was clearly visible to the people behind me, which made me a bit uneasy…The Room was very spacious—more than enough—and it was great that I could use a YA-MAN hair dryer and hair iron. The bathroom area also seemed renovated and felt clean.However, there were hairs left on top of the toilet paper holder and at the entrance to the washbasin area, so I would like them to be more thorough with cleaning.It’s very convenient being close to the station, so if cleaning improves, I’d like to stay again.
