HOPETREE Tennoji

The accommodation was clean and very pleasant. Although there was no bathtub and only a shower, it was more affordable, which was great. The amenities were well-stocked. I forgot my hairbrush, so having a comb available was very helpful. On the first floor near the elevator, there was a corner where you could take tea and other drinks with you. There were many options to choose from, making it enjoyable to pick something out. Since it was hot, I tried the peach tea that dissolves in water—it was delicious! The nightwear provided was a typical long top with front buttons. There were Osaka sightseeing books in the room, which made for an enjoyable read.Due to exit regulations at Nagai live venue and entry restrictions at the station overlapping, I wasn’t sure if I could check in by 10 PM. However, when I called ahead about this concern, they kindly accommodated me—thank you so much.While I'm not really in a position to complain since I also caused some inconvenience for the hotel staff myself, receiving notice of my accommodation change less than one week before my stay felt quite short notice—I would have appreciated earlier communication.I had originally reserved a hotel in Tennoji along the metro line for attending a concert at Nagai Stadium but received notification from the hotel that they couldn’t accommodate me due to their circumstances. They arranged for me to stay at Osaka Grand instead since being left without accommodations would have been problematic.As someone unfamiliar with transfers between lines on public transport systems like this one—and honestly speaking—I would have preferred staying somewhere like Tennoji on that same metro line as Nagai Station itself rather than needing adjustments elsewhere entirely...That said (in hindsight), both how beautiful everything turned out visually-speaking alongside how kind/helpful all staff members proved themselves throughout meant staying here ultimately worked out positively overall! My trip ended happily thanks largely due directly toward everyone working hard behind-the-scenes over @OsakaGrand specifically—thank YOU again!!

I stayed for 4 nights this time. The Hotel is very clean, partly because it’s new. Since it’s located between a main road and a railway, noise might be an issue for some, but I had no trouble sleeping. It’s unfortunate that there is no coin laundry. There seems to be one about 10 minutes away, but I gave up as I needed to use it at night. I’m deducting one star due to the lack of a coin laundry. However, I liked the Hotel and will stay again!
