Thank you very much for your hospitality.The service was courteous, the Room was clean and spacious, and I was able to do laundry. There was also a desk and chair where I could relax with tea. The bath had a Mirable shower, a jacuzzi, and a mist shower that felt wonderful. I only ordered breakfast in the morning, and the bread was delicious.

This was our second stay, and we stayed on the 14th and 15th floors— the view is simply amazing. The Room was very clean, and the amenities were excellent. On the 15th floor, even the hair dryers were ReFa, which made my daughters very happy.Since we don’t have a balcony at home, my grandchildren were delighted to blow bubbles on the balcony.We made a Reservation with two meals included, and we asked for both to be served in the Room. You do need to handle some things yourself, but it’s different from home and actually fun.By chance, our previous stay and this one were on floors directly above/below each other, so we noticed that every time you move the dining chairs, the noise carries strongly to the floor below.Last time, from around midnight until after 3 a.m., it really bothered us—so maybe it depended on who was staying upstairs.Still, it was so good that everyone agreed they want to come again. If we can Earn Points and use them for a better deal next time, we’d love to return.
