Sakura Sands Hotel

I stayed for one night to attend an event. Since I came from far away and wasn’t familiar with the area, I was a bit worried, but the hotel was easy to find from Honmachi Station. Also, because there were various Reviews and it was very affordable, I honestly felt uneasy at first—but I was very satisfied, and I’d like to stay here again when I visit Osaka!!As mentioned in the Reviews, it was self check-in. Since I wasn’t used to it, I was a little confused, but there were no issues. There were two foreign staff members at the front desk. When I asked questions during check-in, they responded very kindly, which I really appreciated. There weren’t many power outlets and there were no hangers, but it wasn’t a major problem. There was no noise at all and it was comfortable. Thank you!!

The Hotel’s exterior looks like a typical apartment building.The Room is also a studio apartment unit, and it was great that the bathroom and toilet were separate.The Room is neither particularly large nor small, and I think it’s sufficient for guests who are just staying overnight.There is also a washing machine in the Room, and the bathroom has a drying function, so I think it would be very convenient for guests on a Multiple Night Stay to do laundry.The Room also has a kitchen (with a two-burner gas stove), as well as a microwave and refrigerator.After reading other guests’ Reviews mentioning hygiene issues, I was worried, but I didn’t feel there was anything too concerning.Of course, I did notice some dust around the ventilation area and what looked like water stains on the bathroom door,but they weren’t places you would normally touch. The building also didn’t seem very new,and considering the location, the accommodation rate was reasonable, so it was acceptable to me.The check-in system was a bit hard to understand,so I felt it would be even better if that could be improved.(It felt like there was no front desk staff—maybe someone was in the back—so I couldn’t ask questions and got slightly confused.)Overall, I think it’s a good Hotel,and if I have business nearby again, I’d like to stay here next time as well.Thank you.
