Hotel Harulot Fukuoka Hakata

I booked after seeing it was a 6-minute walk, but since it was my first time in the area, it was night, and I wasn’t feeling well that day, I called as soon as I arrived at Hakata Station to ask for directions. A female staff member kindly explained the way in great detail and, despite being busy, stayed on the line until just before I arrived. After that, she was standing in front of the Hotel—probably until she could see me. I think it was something she did naturally, and it truly made me happy. Thank you so much!! The next morning, I regretted not being able to thank her properly. I will stay here again when I visit Hakata—please keep that same warm attitude.

I stayed for four nights on a business trip.The Hotel was a bit hard to find at first, but it’s fairly close to Hakata Station, and there are plenty of convenience stores and places to eat nearby, so I had no trouble staying here.Amenities are minimal. I think skincare items were sold at the front desk for about 200 yen per night.They stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The staff were kind, and even when the desk was unattended, they came right away when I called. I’d like to stay here again for business trips.Points to note- I couldn’t find the bag provided for towel exchanges, so on the first day I put them in a plastic bag I brought and left it in the hallway.- The bathroom fan is fairly loud. If you’re sensitive to noise, it might bother you while sleeping.
