HOTEL R9 The Yard Ota

This is a Hotel converted from shipping containers, but the interior was clean, there were no strange odors, and the bed was comfortable, so I slept well.Another advantage is how close it is to the parking lot, and since it doesn’t share walls with neighboring Rooms, I didn’t have to worry about noise from next door.One minor point: because the walkway is connected to the container units, you can hear some footsteps when guests walk by, but it didn’t bother me much.One frozen meal is included for free; I chose pilaf and it worked well for breakfast.The unit bath, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, and other amenities were all fine with nothing in particular to complain about.The Room isn’t large, but given today’s circumstances I really appreciate the affordable pricing. Considering the price, I think it’s a great value Hotel.(My rating takes the price into account. Since it’s inexpensive, you shouldn’t expect too much.)

I thought most R9 properties had a layout where you can park right in front of your Room, but here the Rooms and parking area are separate. The row of Rooms is also long and can only be accessed from either end, so this was the farthest walk between the parking lot and my Room among all the R9 stays I’ve had so far. Since I had a lot of luggage and needed to make several trips from the car to the Room, it was quite tough in Ota. One of the benefits of staying at R9 is how easy it is because the Room is close to the parking space, but that didn’t really feel like an advantage this time.
