HOTEL AZ Fukuoka Kurume Branch

I have stayed here several times, but recently many nearby shops have closed, so it feels a bit quiet for shopping on foot.There is a 100-yen shop corner inside the Hotel, and the restaurant serves both breakfast and dinner, so there is no problem staying here,but I feel that options for walking around after check-in are somewhat limited.

When I called to say I might be late for check-in, they responded kindly and willingly. I really appreciated it.The front desk staff (especially the night staff) were very polite and helpful.The only downside was that it was hard to adjust the shower temperature; otherwise there were no issues. I slept soundly, and it was great value for the price.Breakfast was buffet-style. There wasn’t a huge selection, but items seemed to be refilled promptly when they ran out.There was also all-you-can-eat delicious mentaiko—so Fukuoka!They had donuts instead of bread, and being able to warm them in the toaster so they became soft and fluffy was especially tasty.
