Ryotei Ryokan Hitomaru Kadan

An easy walk from Akashi Station to the Accommodation. The Room was very spacious and felt wonderfully open. The bath also felt almost like a private bath, as it was nearly all to myself.\n\nI was looking forward to dinner, and it exceeded my expectations. It felt like there was a top-class chef here. From the way the dashi was prepared to how the vegetables were cut, every dish was carefully made, and I was truly satisfied. With its distinguished history—such as the Tokugawa family crest—this Accommodation delighted my history-loving husband as well.\n\nThank you for taking such good care of us.

This was my third stay.I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in this area.Even though I was scheduled to arrive late and ended up arriving much later than that, every member of the staff provided pleasant service until the very end without showing the slightest displeasure, and I have nothing but gratitude.The meals were as beautiful as they were delicious—truly worthy of a fine dining Ryokan—and absolutely outstanding.The baths may not be like those in famous Onsen resorts, but the open-air bath in particular was wonderful, with a fully wooden tub all the way to the bottom, and I was able to relax and soak at ease.I’m not exactly an ideal guest, but whenever I come back to this area, I would love to stay here again.Thank you very much.
