Tabist THE GREEN ASAHIKAWA (Green Asahikawa)

I stayed here during a train trip.As I arrived late at night and left early in the morning, I can only comment on what I experienced.It’s about a 15-minute walk from the station.Asahikawa’s streets are laid out in a grid, so you shouldn’t get lost if you use Google Maps or similar.On the way from the station, there is an AEON and a local supermarket.There is also Kura Sushi right in front of the Hotel, so finding dinner shouldn’t be a problem.This time I used a twin Room by myself, and it felt quite spacious.The sink area, toilet, and bathroom are separate, which made it very convenient to use.However, the water pressure in the bathroom is quite low, so filling the bathtub takes some time.Also, since there is no overflow drain on the side of the tub, if you add too much water it will spill over—so you need to keep an eye on it occasionally.Because it’s not a unit bath (all-in-one bathroom), being able to wash your body outside the tub is another plus.In the early morning there is no staff at reception; checkout is done by returning a business-card-sized paper with your Room passcode to the return box, so be careful not to forget.

We stayed here with four coworkers.There were restaurants nearby, which was very convenient.The Room was also clean.
