Hotel Lake Alster Alza Izumiotsu

I stayed here again after my previous visit, and the staff provided even better support in advance than I expected. This time I didn’t use the dining options, but the meal last time was very delicious. The parking lot is spacious and felt safe, and I was completely satisfied with how comfortable my stay was. I would definitely like to stay here again.

I chose this Accommodation because it was close to the station and reasonably priced. I booked the limited-time breakfast-included Plan, which said “Japanese breakfast,” but in reality it was a set of toast, salad, and a boiled egg, plus croissants and drinks available self-serve with free refills. Everything tasted great in the morning, and the portion was just right—I was very satisfied.The front desk staff and everyone else were friendly and very courteous, which made me happy. They also kindly helped me exchange money.As a women-only perk, they gave me a DHC cleansing set as a gift. I had forgotten to bring mine, so it was really helpful.I didn’t notice until the next morning so I didn’t borrow one, but it seems you can also borrow a ReFa hair dryer—if I had realized at night, I would have liked to use it (lol). I’ll look forward to that next time.It was also nice that checkout is 12:00 for two guests. After taking care of my morning errands, I could relax.One thing that concerned me was that the bottom of the bathtub looked brown—whether from staining or soap scum buildup. It wasn’t an issue since I only used the shower, but if someone wants to fill the tub and soak, I’d appreciate more thorough cleaning.Also, since the instant water heater is placed close to floor level, dust concerned me. I rinsed it with water several times and boiled once before using it.Other than that, everything was perfect. I will stay again.Thank you very much—I truly appreciated having such a comfortable stay.
