ARIGATOSTAY KANAZAWA-EKIMAE

Thank you as always. I really appreciate the reasonable rates and the wide selection of amenities and drinks, so I keep choosing to stay here. There aren’t many Hotels that provide services like toner and lotion, so I’m very grateful. However, when I opened the refrigerator this time, I found two short hairs inside, which felt unhygienic, so I decided not to use it. Since the refrigerator is white, I think this could have been prevented with a quick check. Aside from that, I think it’s a very good Hotel, and I would like to stay again.

The staff, including part-time employees, were all very friendly. The location is very convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the station. Despite being close to the station, the price is affordable, and having a room with a bath and toilet is a major advantage. On the other hand, there were some concerns. The bath towels had a distinctive smell when wet, which was consistent throughout my 3-night stay; this might be due to management rather than individual differences. Additionally, the system of placing used towels outside the room directly on the hallway floor where people walk with shoes may raise hygiene concerns for some guests. Overall, this Hotel is suitable for those who prioritize proximity to the station and affordability over meticulous cleanliness.
