Hotel Diamant Niigata

I ended up staying in Niigata at short notice, and I really appreciated your help.Even though it was late at night, the front desk staff were very kind and helpful.The Room was clean, and for this type of Hotel, the bathtub in the bathroom was pleasantly spacious.Breakfast offered a wide variety of options—especially the nikujaga and Niigata-grown Koshihikari rice, which were delicious.I’d love to stay again when I visit Niigata.

I’ve stayed at Hotels all over The whole country, and Hotel Diamont Niigata had many thoughtful touches I hadn’t found at other Hotels or Ryokan.1) Towels: In addition to the usual face towel and bath towel, there were also a hand towel for drying hands and an extra face towel (or a body-washing towel). This made me happiest. 2) Next to the toilet, there was a wall-mounted shelf where I could place clothes for changing, as well as toiletries and makeup. It made getting ready in the morning very comfortable. 3) There was also a hand mirror in the bedroom. 4) The staff were very kind and helpful.It made me happy to see what felt like thoughtful details that reflect younger women’s preferences.If I may mention just one drawback: I would like you to include on your website directions for arriving by car on festival days, including the name of the affiliated parking lot(s). Since my stay coincided with the festival, cars were not allowed to enter near the Hotel, and it was difficult coordinating with both Hotel staff and festival security.I imagine many guests run into this same issue every year, so I would appreciate it if you could consider this for next year.I’d love to visit again when it gets cooler.
