10% OFF with a Reservation made 45 days in advance! We stayed on the <Casual Inclusive> Plan featuring Yamagata beef and Yonezawa pork shabu-shabu. The Room was an open-air bath Junior Suite, and a complimentary platter of cut fruit and sparkling wine was prepared for us. The Yamagata beef at dinner was incredibly tender and outstanding. Also, since it is all-inclusive, unlimited alcoholic drinks were included, which we really enjoyed. One small concern: the fence around the open-air bath is low, so we worried it might be visible from the houses in front. If we have the chance, we would love to stay again.

We’d been holding off on traveling until our child was older, and once we felt it was finally a safe age to travel, our family’s first trip was to Yamagata Prefecture! We made a Reservation for the Junior Suite. At check-in, we were surprised when we were told, “There are fruit and champagne in the refrigerator.” Near the front desk there were also all-you-can-drink soft drinks and alcohol, plus welcome sweets. The craft beer was delicious!We explored the Room as soon as we got in, and jumped straight into the open-air bath in the Room (lol). It was amazing! Dinner was shabu-shabu served in a big pot with red wine—everything was delicious.Then our child started saying, “I want udon…” and we were saying, “They don’t have udon (cry),” when a staff member kindly offered, “It would be an additional charge, but we can prepare udon for you. Would you like some?” We really appreciated that thoughtfulness. We ordered right away, and our child was happy to be able to eat their favorite udon! Thank you so much to the staff member who helped us then—we’re truly grateful… Your gentle expression and voice made us feel at ease and allowed us to enjoy our meal calmly.Breakfast was a buffet! I’m from Miyagi Prefecture, but I love Yamagata-style imoni even more than Miyagi-style—I ate so much I ended up completely stuffed (lol). Another staff member who spoke warmly with our child was also very kind; when our child spilled something and panicked, she came from behind saying “It’s okay!” brought an oshibori towel, and wiped it up for us. This Accommodation truly impressed us with such considerate service!When we visit Yamagata again, this is the Accommodation we want to stay at. And thank you as well to the staff member who took photos of us outside at the end! A wonderful Accommodation—applause for all of your team!!
