My CUBE by MYSTAYS Asakusa Kuramae

I’m not usually a fan of capsule hotels, but this one was quite comfortable. It didn’t seem to be fully booked on the day I stayed, so it wasn’t too crowded, which was nice. Because it’s a capsule hotel, some noise at night or early in the morning is unavoidable, but on the day I stayed there were no noisy guests, and the overall crowd felt respectful (there were also many international guests). It was also great to have a spacious lounge where you can eat and relax.

The location was excellent—close to the station, with a supermarket, convenience store, drugstore, and fast-food restaurants nearby. It was also convenient because I could reach Tokyo Station from the nearby bus stop.The Hotel was very clean overall.The bed was spacious, and there was a small table which was handy. There was plenty of space for luggage, and I felt safe knowing there were lockable shutters.Since it was a weekday, there were no waits for the shower rooms and my stay was comfortable.I booked an amenity-included Plan.1) Skincare set (cosmetics, cleansing oil, toner, emulsion)→ I was disappointed that only one use of each item was included. I assumed there would be enough for both night and morning use, so it would be helpful if this could be clearly stated.2) Amenity set (hair tie, cotton pads, cotton swabs)→ This set wasn’t provided at the front desk. (It may have been available somewhere else...)
