Ryochiku Bettei

It was a girls’ trip with my 4-month-old grandchild. It was my grandchild’s first overnight Onsen trip, so I was a little worried, but we were able to have a wonderful time. The Room was spotlessly cleaned, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept very well. Having meals served in the Room also allowed our family with a small child to dine with peace of mind.My daughter seemed to be able to soothe her postnatal fatigue in the hot stone sauna.We also enjoyed the wide variety of alcohol and drinks in the lounge.What impressed us most were the staff’s warm smiles. Thanks to them, my grandchild stayed relaxed throughout, and it was a Ryokan we would love to visit again.Thank you for taking such good care of us.

The Accommodation was incredibly clean from the lobby to the Room.The kids were fascinated by the penguin robot in the lobby.We really appreciated that alcoholic drinks and soft drinks were all-you-can-drink in the post-bath lounge area.The baths were not crowded both at night and in the morning, and the water was excellent. The open-air bath was located away from the main public bath area, and it was great as well.The meals were delicious, but a bit too much for us as a couple in our 40s. Sorry we couldn’t finish everything.Breakfast was buffet-style with plenty of Japanese dishes, which we liked.We weren’t sure about our plans for the next day, but the front desk kindly explained how crowded it would be, how to get there, and even recommended an order that would be good for children. We truly appreciated it.Thank you very much for taking such good care of us. The kids also said they want to come again. Thank you.
