Rust from the tap?

The building seems to have been renovated. A casually dressed young person was at the reception, creating a casual atmosphere, but they responded properly. However, black or brown particles, possibly rust, came out together with the water from the bathroom sink, so I couldn't use it. There was a small kitchen, so I used the faucet there, but it was very inconvenient. Probably the pipes are dirty, so it's better not to use the water for rinsing in any room. I noticed this at night, and when I told the front desk in the morning, they asked if I wanted to change rooms. Since it was only a few hours until checkout, I said it was fine as it was, and they gave me a cookie... That's all... Moreover, perhaps to verify the truth, they entered the room during my stay to check the faucet... The amenities include stylish items like a kettle, but there is absolutely nothing in the room like mineral water, tea, or coffee. You can purchase mineral water at the front desk, but not from a vending machine. There are no shops or convenience stores around... At the entrance of the room, you are supposed to take off your shoes, but the door opens into the space where you take off your shoes, making it very inconvenient. The room is stylish, and the bed was comfortable, but that's it. I never want to use it again.
