    The tatami Room was ...

    The tatami Room was wonderful. I loved the simple, calming atmosphere and the spacious layout. The bathroom was also functional, and the toilet was modern and comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were kind and attentive. The Hotel location is not particularly convenient, but it should not be an issue if you are traveling by car. However, one thing about the front desk stood out. Not everyone was consistently helpful, and some staff were not very flexible. For example, there was no service to ship luggage to another Hotel in Okinawa, and there was no guidance or support at all for sending luggage to the airport—we had to figure out how to do it ourselves. Honestly, this part of the experience was a bit disappointing.

    All the staff were wonderful.

    Because the Reviews were so positive, I had wanted to stay here for a long time. When I actually stayed, all the staff were very kind and attentive, and I was able to spend my entire stay feeling comfortable. It was a very good Hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Hotel with sunset views

    A Hotel located on the 9th floor and above of an office building. The Facility is new and very clean! There is no beach, but you can see the ocean from the pool and restaurants. You can definitely enjoy the sunset. The buffet-style breakfast also offers a wide variety of options. Please note that not all Rooms face the ocean, so be sure to confirm in advance. I felt the bed quality was a bit poor and it hurt my lower back. These days, Simmons-level mattresses are pretty much standard—I think they should be replaced.

    Business Hotel level...

    Business Hotel level. Given the location, I think the parking fee is too expensive. For a Multiple Night Stay, there is no housekeeping service. I think breakfast at a Business Hotel might be better. I won’t stay here again.

    This Hotel is very clean and comfortable for a pleasant stay.

    In addition to the Facility being relatively new, it is well maintained and thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis, so everything felt very clean and we were able to stay comfortably. Even the bathroom—where in many other Hotels you often notice pink slime or black mold due to incomplete cleaning—was in excellent condition, reflecting truly meticulous work, which impressed us. Although it is located slightly off the main road, most people get around Okinawa by rental car or other vehicles, so we did not find it inconvenient at all. If anything, we felt this location allowed for a quiet and relaxing stay. Parking is paid, but because it is an adjacent self-parking multi-story garage, there is no hassle of extra machine操作 or waiting your turn. Once you complete payment and procedures at check-in, you can use the latest system that does not require a parking ticket at all. It is also very convenient and can be used with hardly any exposure to rain even in bad weather. While it is not open 24 hours, there is a LAWSON in the neighboring building, so you will have no trouble picking up small items as well as food and drinks. In addition, each guestroom floor of the Hotel has drink vending machines and an ice dispenser, making it very convenient without needing to take the elevator. If I had one wish, it would be that amenities included relaxation items such as bath salts for an even more comfortable time; however overall we are grateful for such a pleasant stay, and would definitely like to use this place again on future trips to Okinawa.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    I stayed here during Golden Week. At check-in, they upgraded our Room. We were traveling with grown-up children, so we really appreciated it. The Room was very spacious and made our stay comfortable. The windows were large, and we enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. Because it is away from the city center, a rental car is essential, but there is a convenience store next to the Hotel, so we didn’t feel any inconvenience. The Room was clean. For a Multiple Night Stay, housekeeping was provided once every two days, and amenities could be picked up from the lobby as needed. The front desk area was minimal and streamlined, and overall it felt eco-friendly in a good way. From the breakfast restaurant you can enjoy panoramic ocean views, and there is also a pool and yoga lessons. I would definitely like to stay again next time. Breakfast included dishes made with Okinawan ingredients, and everything was delicious. Thank you very much.

    I had a great time.

    The off-season rates were affordable, and the Room was new, clean, and equipped with convenient amenities. I had seen comments about the limited breakfast variety, but it seems to have improved. Considering the price, it was more than sufficient and delicious for me. I also appreciated that some of the side dishes changed on the second day. Although it's a bit of a walk from the bus stop, it's not an issue if you don't mind walking. I thoroughly enjoyed my first stay in Urasoe. Thank you!

    I stayed during the New Year holidays, and the staff's service was excellent. Despite the crowded breakfast time, they responded promptly. The cleaning was thorough from the front desk to every corner of the room, and I was very satisfied!
