Great location, and the room was spotless—very satisfied.

Stayed during a trip to Tokyo. Great access to major stations like Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Harajuku, and you can get here directly from Shinagawa on the Yamanote Line if arriving by Shinkansen. The location is very convenient for getting anywhere! Plus, it's very close to the station, so finding the hotel is easy.Amenities are not provided in the room but can be picked up as needed from the front desk floor. Pajamas were available near the elevators on each floor (?), which was convenient as I didn’t have to go all the way down! It would be even more helpful if some amenities could also be placed on each floor instead of just at reception.The best part was the water! All water used, including for showers, is purified. Perhaps because of this, my hair felt smooth and silky, and my skin stayed in great condition! I believe it’s thanks to this water!! The water pressure was also strong enough for a stress-free shower experience. I chose this hotel because of its separate bath and toilet setup but ended up being pleasantly surprised by many other great features during my stay! I’d love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo!
