    Summer in Kyoto is hot, isn’t it?

    I stayed here on business, and it had been a while since I’d been in Kyoto in summer—it was extremely hot. I chose this Hotel because it has a large public bath, and it was the right choice since I wanted to stretch out and soak. The ice cream after the bath was also delicious. The Room had all the essentials, and I really liked the ReFa hair dryer and the shower head in the in-room bath. It was convenient that the air conditioner, lights, and clock could all be controlled from a single device. I was surprised that you could even set it so the Room lights turn on at the same time as the alarm. Breakfast the next morning was tasty, but the dining area felt a bit small (so I deducted one star). It’s within walking distance of the station, and at check-in the staff also provided sightseeing information—I really felt their hospitality. I’d like to stay at this Hotel again when Kyoto is cooler.

    We had a very satisfying stay.

    I stayed here on a business trip to Kyoto, and it was close to Kujo Station, so I had a very comfortable stay. I plan to use it again on my next business trip to Kyoto.

    It was a clean Accommodation.

    I stayed for two nights, and it was very nice—clean and reasonably priced. There is also a large public bath, which was very refreshing.

    The check-in experie...

    The check-in experience was not very pleasant. At breakfast, the dining area was filled mostly with international travelers, which didn’t feel very comfortable. Also, I saw several Asian guests coming to breakfast in loungewear/pajamas, which felt out of place. If the Hotel allows guests to eat breakfast in sleepwear, I think it significantly lowers the Hotel’s overall quality.

    It was great!

    Our family stayed for two nights in two Rooms. When we called before our stay about parking, the staff explained everything kindly and arranged two nearby Rooms for us. When we arrived, all the Hotel staff were very pleasant. The Rooms were clean and quiet. I’m only sorry that I was too tired and missed the large public bath. It’s also conveniently within walking distance of Kyoto Station. Thank you very much!

    What’s the recent average in Kyoto?

    The location is walkable if you don’t mind a bit of effort. The Facility is very clean and well maintained. The Room is small but comfortable. Everything you need is provided. The front desk staff are inexperienced, so don’t expect too much. The bathroom is clean and pleasant. The problem is that it’s noisy from outside, making it hard to sleep. Earplugs are necessary. Breakfast is delicious. The staff are busy, so it’s hard to relax. You’ll need to put up with the long hallway.

    The hair dryer and shower head are ReFa.

    Compact but equipped with everything you need, with a fun little touch and attentive service—overall a very good Hotel. I thought it might be close enough to take a taxi from the station, so I walked and it was tiring, but Kyoto taxis are kind, so it seems fine to take one from Kyoto Station. The large public bath has an Onsen-like atmosphere, so I was able to relax at ease.

    It was a simple and pleasant Room.

    I didn't expect much due to the low price, but I was very satisfied with the adequate Room. The free locker was helpful.

    The best around Kyoto Station

    Moderate Triple (No Meals) was used. Considering location, service, and cost performance, I think it is the best among hotels around Kyoto Station.

    The Business Hotel offers a large public bath, which is a key selection criterion. The presence of an open-air bath-style tub is also a big plus. After check-in and check-out, you can store your luggage in self-service lockers without needing to ask the front desk, making it stress-free. The lockers are 100-yen refundable type, which is convenient. The Room and bathroom are stylish and functional, with a control panel on the bed headboard for easy operation. You can charge both your smartphone and charger simultaneously. Triple rooms feature separate bath and toilet facilities, which is another advantage. The large public bath includes ReFa showerheads and hairdryers, along with high-quality shampoo and conditioner. Overall, this hotel provides an excellent experience.

    About Pest Control

    Due to the recent travel boom, we understand that the increase in guests from both domestic and international locations has made room cleaning quite challenging. During our recent stay (2 days), there was a minor issue of insect bites. We have contacted the Hotel, and while we understand you are busy, we would appreciate thorough disinfection measures. The affected areas were from the neck to the hand, and the same was true for my companion.
