    Great value Hotel

    About a 5-minute walk from the station, and there is a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. There are private baths, but they were crowded and we couldn’t use them. On the other hand, the large public bath was quiet and relaxing. However, there was hair floating in the tub, so it didn’t feel very clean. Breakfast has a limited selection. Many guests seem to go to the morning market, so it gets busy early; it appeared to be less crowded after around 7:00. The Room is compact, but very well cleaned. Overall, it felt like good value for money.

    It was a very nice Hotel!

    The Room, breakfast, and bath were all clean, and we were satisfied. It’s a little distance from the sightseeing spots, but it’s within walking distance, so I think the location is good. I felt we chose a good Hotel at a reasonable price.

    Bathing Etiquette for International Guests

    I think the cost performance is high. If the Hotel includes "Spa" in its name, there might be issues with the layout and size of the changing room. The breakfast is worth its price. Some inbound guests seemed unaware of Japanese bath etiquette, which made me feel uncomfortable. Please promote further awareness to ensure everyone can relax together.

    It was a Saturday st...

    It was a Saturday stay. The accommodation and facility were very clean and nice, perhaps because it is newly built. The bath was also great, and I think the cost performance is excellent. There were many foreign guests, making it lively, but not unpleasantly noisy. Overall, it was a good stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Great value and excellent service!

    I stayed here during my trip to Nagano and Gifu. The cost performance and service were excellent! I was able to use the private open-air bath, which made it a truly memorable trip! I will definitely stay here again when I visit Gifu!

    The meals were disappointing.

    The hotel's design and atmosphere were impeccable, but the meals were disappointing. I assumed the food was prepared by the Hotel, but it was catered. The service and bath facilities were excellent, so it was a letdown. If the Hotel could provide in-house dining, it would be perfect.

    First-time Business Use

    I have known about the Hotel since it opened, but this was my first time using it for business. It is not at the level of a usual Business Hotel, with a large public bath and family bath available, providing a comfortable experience. Since it was my first time, I didn't know about the system where you bring your own room wear from in front of the elevator to your Room, so I went back and forth between my Room and the 1st floor. Perhaps some caution is needed.

    The worst

    99.9% of the guests are foreigners, and the reception staff are also foreigners, making communication difficult. The Room may look clean but is actually dirty, so for cleanliness-conscious Japanese guests, we recommend paying extra and staying at a Ryokan.

    I was very pleased. ...

    I was very pleased. The staff provided a pleasant service. My friend also said it was excellent, and I would like to book again next time. It was clean, and the Room was warm, so there was no stress even in winter.

    I had a comfortable stay!

    We stayed at the property for our first family trip to Hida Takayama. We chose a triple room, and the room was clean and had a comfortable space. The distance between the beds was not too close, so there was no feeling of pressure, making it comfortable! Above all, we loved the pillows, and my husband, who is a pillow refugee, and I were talking about wanting to know where the pillows are from. The mattress was Simmons, so it was comfortable to sleep on, and we were able to sleep soundly without feeling the fatigue of the trip, allowing us to enjoy exploring the next day!
