Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kyoto Station Hachijo-guchi

I stayed here on a business trip, and I was satisfied with how comfortable it was, with new Facilities. The breakfast was delicious for me as well, and it is very convenient because it is close to the station. Thank you.

I stay here every year on my annual trip to Kyoto. This time, they prepared a fairly spacious Room on the top floor for me. Thank you for the great service. I’ve stayed many times, so the amenities and other facilities were very convenient.As for breakfast, perhaps due to rising prices, it felt like the quality had dropped a little, though that may be unavoidable.One disappointment was that I asked at the front desk about going to Mt. Hiei and went to the bus stop, only to find that service had not started yet at that time. I checked on my phone as well, and the staff also looked it up on their computer, so it may have been an issue with the bus operator.I changed plans and went to Nara instead and had a wonderful time.Overall, I think the staff are kind and helpful. As I’m getting older, I’m not sure how long I’ll be able to continue traveling alone like this, but I hope to stay with you again when I visit next time.
