Conveniently located near Hankyu Umeda Station, so you can feel at ease even if arriving late at night. The ladies-only Room requires a room key to access the floor, and the amenities were well stocked, including face masks and a variety of teas. The Room also had a ReFa hair dryer, and the shower water pressure was strong—highly recommended for women. Breakfast lived up to its reputation: plenty of options and very tasty, so I’m glad I chose the breakfast-included Plan.The only downside was that the mechanical noise from something like the in-room refrigerator seemed louder than usual and bothered me.Other than that, it’s truly convenient, well equipped with everything you need, and the food is delicious—overall, I think it’s an especially recommended Hotel for women.

I always stay here when I’m on business in Osaka—it’s my go-to Accommodation. Above all, the breakfast is excellent.It seems word has gotten around about how good it is, and when I arrived on time I was told breakfast was fully booked. They said they could prepare seating outside the dining area, past the front desk, but since I wanted to go back for the buffet a few times, that felt a bit inconvenient… so I waited until a seat opened up.However, breakfast slots are divided into one-hour time blocks and you receive an advance card beforehand, so I assumed there would be a limit on the number of guests. The staff member explained that “there are many solo guests.” If that’s the case, I’d like to see some kind of improvement—such as making it clear via the advance card how much table space will be used, or distributing only as many advance cards as can accommodate everyone even if they are dining alone.Since this is before heading to work, time really matters.Because of this time loss (I think), I missed out on the limited-quantity pudding. Disappointing. (Though I was able to have it the next day.)My Room was on the women-only floor, and the hair dryer was very easy to use. When I looked it up because I wanted to buy one myself, it turned out to be quite high-end—so that alone made me very satisfied.I also appreciated having bottled water in the Room. The coffee was delicious too.I definitely want to stay here again next time.
