    The staff were very courteous, which I appreciated.

    Perhaps because I wasn’t familiar with the area, the location was hard to find, but once I was shown to my Room, it had a double bed and felt clean, so I could relax and felt like I got a great deal.

    It was cheaper than taking a taxi back.

    It’s conveniently located near Tenma Station, so I was able to enjoy drinks around Tenma Station and the Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street area without worrying about the time to head back. Staying overnight was more affordable than taking a taxi home, and the large public bath was perfect for relieving fatigue—really great. With checkout at 1:00 PM, I could take it easy the next morning as well, which was fantastic.

    The building itself ...

    The building itself feels old and lacks a sense of cleanliness. The sauna can only accommodate up to three people, and it cools down quickly every time the door opens. The cold bath is lukewarm. The service that shows the congestion status of the public bath on the Room's TV was helpful. The staff were polite as well.

    The service is excellent, but the rooms are disappointing.

    The hospitality and service from check-in to check-out were excellent. Also, the breakfast was good. The common areas, although old, have a sense of cleanliness. Especially the large public bath was very clean, and the quality of the hairdryer was good, which increased satisfaction. However, the room cleaning was not thorough, and I felt uncomfortable walking barefoot even for a moment. The dark carpet made the dust accumulation in the corners stand out, and the dirt around the sink drain was particularly concerning. I think my expectations were heightened because it was listed on IKYU, but I felt a bit disappointed.
