    Breakfast is a delight.

    I stayed here with my son when he was still little, more than ten years ago. I still remember how convenient the washing area was and how fun it was to have okonomiyaki for breakfast. This time, since it was close to the venue for a concert my son wanted to attend, we chose it without hesitation and enjoyed a relaxing two-night stay. Just as I remembered, the atmosphere was bright and welcoming, and all the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was enjoyable too, with items like deep-fried momiji manju, and we were able to make more wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

    The location is ideal as a base for sightseeing.

    Located in Hiroshima’s downtown area, the location is unquestionably excellent, with department stores, covered shopping arcades, and a popular dining district for tourists all within walking distance—and even an affiliated parking lot in the same building. The breakfast and Facility are not bad, but considering the slightly higher rates, they feel average.

    Convenient transportation access.

    It was very convenient, as the Hotel is close to a streetcar stop and there are shopping streets and commercial facilities nearby. I really liked the bathroom with a washing area, and the bathtub was spacious. However, the underside of the drain cover was darkened, so I would appreciate it if this kind of detail could be cleaned without being overlooked. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable Room, and I would like to stay here again if I have another chance to visit Hiroshima.

    Excellent location

    Conveniently located near Hatchobori Station on the Hiroshima Electric Railway, with Don Quijote, Okonomiyaki Village, and PARCO nearby. The view from the Room was also wonderful. On the first night, there was an issue with the bath. When I mentioned it the next day, they responded flexibly, including arranging another Room for us.

    IKYU rating: 4.46? Not sure.

    I stayed for 2 nights from December 3rd to December 5th in a room on the 13th floor. Upon entering, I tried to put items in the refrigerator, but there was an intense garlic smell. It seemed like the previous guest had stored kimchi or something similar, and the odor was overwhelming. When I contacted the front desk, they responded dismissively, saying nothing could be done. This should have been noticed during cleaning. Additionally, the heating was insufficient, and being near the elevator meant constant noise from its operation. I am astonished that such an accommodation exists nowadays and will not be using it again in the future.

    Convenient

    I made the reservation after reading the reviews here for my trip to Hiroshima. The location is close to the station, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and I personally appreciated having a facial pack among the amenities. Additionally, they kindly stored my luggage before check-in, which was very helpful.

    The room was clean. ...

    The room was clean. However, there was a large scratch (about 15 cm) on the washbasin, which caught my attention. There were no water leaks, though. The breakfast was very delicious.

    Staff Hospitality

    Not brand new, but very clean and satisfactory. Most impressive was the high quality of the breakfast. The hospitality of the female staff was also remarkable.

    The Hotel is located on a main street, making it very easy to find and offering excellent transportation access. The staff's prompt and efficient service was impressive and pleasant to observe. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with the staff demonstrating cleanliness and attentiveness, allowing guests to experience the excellence of this Hotel in every detail.

    A clean Hotel where you can relax and enjoy a safe soak in the bath.

    This is the kind of Hotel you'd want to check out first when visiting Hiroshima. Absolutely fantastic. If I had to point out a minor issue, it would be the laundry service. Washing costs 300 yen, drying 100 yen, so you'll need four 100-yen coins. However, when I tried to break a 1,000-yen bill at the vending machine next to the washing machine by buying a drink, it didn’t accept new bills. Isn’t it more common to use new bills these days? That said, this was such a small inconvenience in an otherwise nearly perfect Hotel experience!

    I always use this place whenever I visit Hiroshima. Overall, there were no major issues, and the staff's warm smiles made my stay very pleasant. However, the refrigerator in the Room I was assigned this time did not cool well, so there were moments when I couldn't enjoy cold drinks during this season, which was a bit disappointing. Also, having to request breakfast tickets in advance from the staff in the morning felt slightly inconvenient. However, the meals were delicious and colorful, making them enjoyable. I believe I will use this place again in the future. Looking forward to staying here again!

    Recommended for business trips to Hiroshima!

    I often use it for business trips! It's a very good Hotel with nothing to complain about. First, the bath has a bathroom and a bathtub, just like at home! It's spacious and easy to enter. The Room doesn't feel cramped at all, and you can spend your time comfortably. The Room is always clean and comfortable to stay in! The breakfast buffet offers various specialties from Hiroshima, giving you a bit of a travel feeling! I definitely want to stay here again on my next business trip.

    It is clean and nice.

    I always use your services. I am grateful. If I were to say one thing, the meals are delicious, but they feel the same every time, so it would be nice to have different menus occasionally. Other Hotels offer different menus.
